Today’s we are making to you Murgh cholay(Karachi waly murgh cholay).
Murgh chola is the most common street food in karachi to refer as a lunch time.which is full of organic and herbivore dish.which is the heart touching recipe which show full of traditional colors,flavor and aroma of the pak land and its variation of the people.
Time duration:145-150 minutes.

Chole is the name for the larger and lighter coloured chickpea commonly found in the West. These are known as kabuli chana in Hindi-Urdu. Chana masala is fairly dry and spicy with a sour citrus note (the flavor usually comes from coriander and onion). Chana are usually replaced by chole in most restaurants and both versions are widely sold as snack foodand street food in IndiaPakistan.
Aloo chole is a Pakistani variation of chana masala made with potatoes as well as chickpeas. In Lahore, a variation of the dish called murgh cholay is used.
Ingredients:
White chickpeas (boiled) (Kabuli cholay) 250gm
Chicken: ½ kg
Oil: 1cup
Onion: 2medium (chopped)
Garlic (paste):1tblsp
Ginger paste: 1 tbsp.
Yogurt: 150gm
Red chili pwd: 3tsp
Coriander pwd: 2tsp
Salt: 1 ½ tsp. (according to your taste)
Black pepper: 8-10
Colve: 4-5
CUMIN: 1tsp
CINNIMON:2”inch
Kawarah: 1tsp
Method:
.Step:1(boiled chickpeas) cholay boil karna
.1litter pani lyn is my cholay(chickpaes) dalyn or soda ¼ tsp. dalyn or (rat bhar)overnight bhigo dyn.
.subha is ka pani phak dyn or new pani dalyn 2 litter k qarib or isy 2 hour tak pakkayn.
.Jb cholay gal jyn to is ko bowl may nikal lyn.

.Step:2 Curry periparetion
.Ab Ak pot lyn is my oil dalyn heat karyn or onion light golden hony tak fry karyn.
.Ab is my ginger garlic paste dalyn or bhunny.
.Ab is my chicken dalyn or isy bhunny.
.Ab tamam spices shamil karyn. (red chili pwd,salt,coriander pwd, dahi,garam masala)
(CLOVES,BLACK PEPPER,CUMIN,CINNIMON).
Ab in sb chizo ko 10 minute tak pakkayn.slow flame py.
.jb chicken gal jayn to is ka oil ak choty bowl my nikal lyn.
.Ab is my boil cholay shamil karyn or bhunny.
Ab isy 15-20minutes k liya dam dyn on slow flame.
.Ab is ko dish out karyn or hary dhaniya or hari mircho or ginger sy garnish karyn.
