Aj hum ap ko (karhi) banana sikhayn gy jo k subcontinent ki famous dish hai.

Kadhi or karhi is an Indian dish. It consists of a thick gravy based on chickpea flour, and contains vegetable fritters called pakoras, to which Dahi(yogurt) is added to give it little sour taste. It is often eaten with boiled rice or roti.
In Pakistan, it is usually served with boiled rice and naan.its too much famous in Pakistan specially in Karachi,In summer season it's a regular dish served with cumin fried rice which is also prevent for weather heat.it's usually routine dish which is available in local hotels.
Ingredients:
Chickpeas flour :(basen) ½ kg
Yogurt :(dahi) ½ kg
Turmeric: (haldi) 1tsp
Red chili pwd : (lal mirch pisi hoi) 2tblsp
Salt: (namak) 2tblsp
.For pakory
Oil: (tal) ½ kg
Chickpeas flour: (basen)200gm
Salt: (namak) 1 tsp
Red chili pwd: (lal mirch) 1tsp
Onion: (piyaz)2 medium size chopped
Green chili: (hari mirch) 4-5 chopped
Green coriander: (hara dhaniya) ¼ cup fine chopped
Mint: (podina) 2-3 tblsp chopped
Coriander whole: (sabit dhaniya) ½ tsp
Cumin: (zeera) ½ tsp
Baking pwd: (metha soda) ¼ tsp
.For Fry
Oil: ½ cup
Red chili whole: (lal mirch sabit)10-12
Cumin: (zeera) ½ tsp
Curry leaves: (curry pata)10-15
Method:
Ab sy phly ak bari patili ly is my basen(chickpeas flour) dalyn.
Ab is my pisi lal mirch(red chili pwd) salt(namak) turmeric(haldi) dalyn or mix karyn.
Ab is my dahi (yogurt) dalyn mix karyn jb sb mixture achi tarha mix hojy to is my pani(2-3littre) dalyn or mix karyn .
Ab is ko full flame py pakkyn or ubal(boil) aany tak is my chamcha chalatyn rahyn.
Jb 2-3 boil aajyn to is ko slow flame py pakkayn(120-160mints).
For pakora:
Sb sy phly ak karhai lyn is my oil(tal) dalyn or heat karyn.
Ab ak dish lyn is my basen dalyn pisi lal mirch(red chili pwd),sabit dhaniya(whole coriander),salt(namak),baking pwd(metha soda),green chili(haari mirch),green coriander(hara dhaniya),mint(podina),cumin(zeera),onion(piyaz) dalyn or mix karyn.
Ab is my pani dalyn or garaha garaha(thick) ghol lyn paste ki tharhan.
Ab bari bari spoon ki madad sy garm oil my dalyn or fry karyn.
Jb pakory golden brown hojyn to isy plate my nikkal lyn.
Or karhi my dalyn.jb tamam pakory karhi my daly lyn to is ka bhagar tiyar karyn.
For Fry:
Ab ak pan lyn is my oil heat karyn.
Ab oil my lal gol mirch(red whole chili),curry pata(curry leaves) or zeera(cumin) dalyn or fry karyn.
Ab bhagar ko basen ki karhi my dalyn.
Ab karhi ko garma.garm serve karyn rice k sath.
