In today's program, we look at the new Productive Development Law that was passed in Ecuador. Lawmakers on one side, say this only gives benefits to the richest few in the country. And the government insists it helps small business owners. So, is Ecuador heading towards an austerity model that has put other countries at odds with family budgets?
