Peshawari ice cream without machine

INGREDIENTS

Corn flour 1/2 tbsp 
Sugar 1/2 cup 
Cream 150ml
Milk 1/2kg
Vanilla extract 1tsp

METHOD

In a pan, heat milk. 
When it reaches its boiling point, add sugar. 
Also add dissolved corn flour in it. 

When it thickens, take the pan off the stove and let it cool. 

Mix in cream and vanilla essence in milk. Freeze it.

After 5 to 6 hours take out from the fridge and bleand.

Now freez for 4 to 5 hour or until it's set completely.

Jab ubal anay lagay tou corn flour ko milk mein dissolve ker ka dal dein,ache tarhan mix ker lein aur doodh garha hunay tak paka lein. (thickened milk) tayyar hai ab thanda ker lein.

Ab is mixture main cream or vanilla extract shamil karain or achi tehan mix kar lain.

Ab is mixture ko 5 say 6 gantay freez karain.

Ab is mixture ko blender main dal ker bleand ker lain.

Or dubara 4 say 5 ghantay kay liyay refrigerate ker lain.
