Ingredients:
Oil
Butter
Green Garlic
3 Eggs, beaten
Coriander leaves, chopped
2 Onions, chopped
Ginger-garlic paste
4 Tomatoes (puree)
2 Green Chillies, chopped
Salt
Red Chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder
1/2 cup Water
Coriander leaves, chopped
Cheese
2 Eggs, boiled

Method of preparation:
Heat a pan, add oil, butter, green garlic, eggs, chat masala, coriander leaves, mix well and let the egg cook.
Take it out in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan, add onions, saute it until it turns translucent.
Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree and mix well.
Add green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, saute it nicely.
Add coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, garam masala and mix well.
Add water, coriander leaves, cheese, eggs, lower the flame and add the scrambled egg.
Sprinkle some garam masala, coriander leaves and our Anda Chingari is ready to serve.
