Khubani Ka Meetha is a popular Hyderabadi dessert made with dried apricots. Khubani ka meetha or Qubani ka meetha is a very popular sweet dish of Hyderabad. In English, Qubani ka Meetha translates to apricot sweet or dessert. Most of the Hyderabadi restaurants serve this delicacy, Qubani Ka Meetha is the perfect dessert to serve after a delicious meal of Hyderabadi biryani.
It is classic Hyderabadi desert, perfect in the Ramadan after the prayer. Its a perfect Iftar recipe in this summer.

Ingredients:
200 gms Apricots (deseeded & Soaked)
Almonds
1 tsp Ghee
4 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom Powder
200 ml Cream (chilled)
2-3 tbsp Condensed Milk
1 tbsp Rose Water
Method: First Lets take Apricots (deseeded & Soaked) in the bowl, then roast the Almonds for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add in Ghee into the pan and let the almonds roast in the Ghee for a minute. Now take Almonds out and add Apricots with the water into the same pan (as shown in the video). Let it boil for 6-7 minutes, then add Sugar. Mix it properly and let it boil for another 6 to 7 minutes. After 7 minutes add in Cardamom Powder, Roasted almonds mix it together. Now remove it into the bowl and let it cool down. In the meantime, start mixing some cream (chilled) as shown in the video. Add in Condensed Milk and whisk it properly for 10 minutes.
Now add Rose Water into the Qubani, mix it together. Pour in the cream into a serving bowl, then layered the Qubani on top the cream. Garnish it with some roasted Almonds
