Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
- 1 cup Leftover Chivda (crushed)
- 1/4 cup Wheat Flour
- 1/4 cup Gram Flour
- 1 Onion
- Coriander Leaves
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Tumeric Powder
- Salt
- Water
- Butter Paper
- Oil
Method
1. Grind leftover chivda in a grinder and then take it in a bowl, add wheat flour, gram flour, chopped onion, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to it.
2. Mix all the ingredients together and then add water till the bater is converted into thick ball.
3. Take some of the mixture and make a round thick medium size thalipeeth with your hands.
4. Put this thalipeeth on the pan and let it cook. After a couple of minutes, add some more oil and flip the thalipeeth.
5. Let it cook from both sides. Similarly, make the rest of the thalipeeth.
6. Serve the hot chivda thalipeeth with curd, pickle or ghee!
