Forearms are toast from shoveling hundreds of pounds of stones sooooo l figured some Underhand Kelly Snatches were just what the Myofascial Release Practitioner ordered!! Upped the release ante a bit by using a thumbbless grip. This would put my hands into FULL Supination which means I was in for some intense stretching!! I worked up to 101lb and they just felt great!!
Kelly Snatches with the weakest grip possible felt SO good that l decided to go Overhand and see where l ended up. WOW!! This is 117.5lb and I had a BUNCH more in the tank but, that'll be a video for another time. So, not only can this stretch out your forearms, Biceps Brachii, & shoulders but, it works the Lower Traps INTENSELY! When you get a heavy weight held at arm's length, the Mid Traps take over at getting fried! I would DEFINITELY use this as a back finisher if I was to get back into Bodybuilding. Lots of good stuff out there you ain't tried yet...God Bless!!
