Seeking new endurance performance training tips to get you to the next level in your running? Tired of doing the same routine and getting similar results? Often times it is just a matter of making some small, minute changes in how you prepare for your races that will make the biggest difference over the long-term.

Endurance performance is most affected by, at times, inability to slow down, allow time to recover from our workouts and pushing too hard for too long. Remember, the best middle to long distance runners are not always the hardest workers but the smartest in their preparedness. You have to be thinking outside the box. What areas of your preparation have leaks? What is your competition not doing that you need to be doing in order to get the advantage?

I cover some of the questions some of my subscribers and visitors asked in this video that I hope will be helpful to you. Have a question or concern? Leave me a comment below this video and I'll do my best to assist you. Have a business inquiry? Feel free to email me at nathanpennington at protonmail dot com.
