Seeking how to do long runs for marathon training? This video some MUST listen to strategies to run healthier, farther and faster. There are so many factors that go into running a faster mile to marathon race. The long run is the key element for overall success at the marathon distance. Yes, you can still finish a marathon without ever doing a long run but it will be much more painful if you try it.

The biggest issue I had over the year was the quality of the pace of my long runs needed to improve to run the types of times I was aiming at. Often times, you need strength training and use other methods of preparation which I talk about in this video. Below are some resources to help set you up for success.
