Endurance Performance is Most Affected By...

What is endurance most affected by? This video is a MUST watch to turn your running around in 2020 and beyond. There are specific areas that we have to change in our training to make significant improvements.

Obviously, there are things outside of our control. You cannot control what the weather is going to be like the morning of your race. That being said, you can control what information goes into your head. Always focus on the positives and things in your control and you will set yourself up for success.

I have experienced the tides of change within this sport myself. I know what it feels like to break a 2:20 marathon and also what a DNF feels like. We all want to be successful but success doesn't just fall in your lap. Endurance performance training success takes time. You need to continue to monitor what is going well, what is working and what needs to be changed to be the best athlete you possibly can be.

Below are some resources to ensure you are set up for success. Leave a comment below with any questions or concerns you may have.
