Method for preparing the Rice
3-4 ltr Water (for boiling)
3 tbsp Salt
Green Chillies
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Mint Leaves (chopped)
750 gms Basmati Rice (soaked)
Preparation of the Marination
1 tbsp Oil
2-inch Ginger (chopped)
12 Garlic Cloves
15 Almonds
Nutmeg
1 Mace
15 Green Chillies
Marinating Process
1 kg Mutton (pre-marinated with Raw Papaya)

300 gms Yogurt
1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
¼ cup Mint Leaves
¼ cup Coriander Leaves
Salt (as per taste)
