This Raksha Bandhan Make These Delicious 'Coconut Ladoo' With Chef Kapil on at swaadanusaar

Ingredients:
Khoya - 150 gms (grated)
Desiccated Coconut - 1 cup
Full Fat Milk - ⅓ cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cardamom Powder - ½ cup
Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
Coconut Powder
Almond (sliced)
Pistachios (blanched & chopped)
Dry Rose Petals

00:00 So all of you, for your lovely sisters, on this Rakshabandhan,
00:06 make this easy Coconut Laddu and surprise them.
00:09 So let's start making it.
00:11 To make the Laddu, first we'll add 150 gms of Grated Khoya to the Kadhai.
00:20 And we'll roast the Khoya for 1-2 minutes.
00:25 After the Khoya is roasted, we'll add the main ingredient,
00:30 which is desiccated Coconut.
00:34 After mixing, we'll roast the desiccated Coconut with the Khoya
00:39 for 5 minutes on a low flame.
00:43 We just have to make sure that the colour of the Coconut
00:51 is not too dark or changed.
00:53 Now we'll add 1/3 cup of full fat Milk.
00:59 And along with it, we'll add 1 tbsp of Ghee.
01:03 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder.
01:07 We'll mix it.
01:09 We'll cook it for 2-3 minutes and then turn off the flame
01:17 and let it cool down a little.
01:20 We'll add 1/2 cup of Sugar.
01:22 It has cooled down a little, we won't let it cool completely
01:38 because then the Sugar won't melt.
01:41 So we'll add 1 cup of Sugar.

01:49 Instead of desiccated Coconut, you can grate fresh Coconut

01:55 But you'll have to roast it on a slow flame for a longer time

02:06 After the Sugar is mixed well, we'll bind it and see

02:29 Now in a plate, we'll take Coconut Powder.

02:41 Blanched and finely chopped Pistachios.

02:47 We'll mix all of these well.

02:54 So that the Rose scent gets absorbed in the Coconut Powder.
