00:00 Rescue workers scour the rubble of this charred building in the hope of finding survivors.
00:04 Just hours before, over a thousand people were gathered in this venue for a wedding.
00:09 But what started off as a celebration quickly turned into a nightmare when a fire broke out,
00:14 killing a number of guests as well as the bride and groom.
00:17 Survivors were rushed to local hospitals across the region.
00:21 "I came here to the hospital and after a while,
00:25 they called me and I was told that 22 members of my family were burned in the incident.
00:30 So I came here and searched for them and once I found them,
00:34 they were transferred to Mosul because their condition was critical."
00:38 Almost half of those injured are in critical condition
00:42 and dozens have been gathering at one of the main hospitals to donate blood.
