00:00 Here's a guy that doesn't deal with psychos. He puts them away.
00:03 Here's your look at the brand-new Sly Stallone Shop,
00:05 the Stallone Legacy Collection,
00:07 Cobra's Marion Cabretti 1/6th Scale Collectible Action Figure.
00:11 (intro)
00:18 (unboxing)
00:44 The Sylvester Stallone Legacy Collection presents Cobra's Marion Cabretti,
00:48 the first ever officially licensed figure in 1/6th scale.
00:52 Just before we find out what diseases Cabretti can cure,
00:55 I'd like to go ahead first and thank the folks over at Sly Stallone Shop
00:58 that did make this review possible by sending over this early look at Cabretti,
01:03 who is currently right now on their site as a pre-order with a slated shipping date of January 2024.
01:09 You can currently add this one over on your cart for $290,
01:12 or if as well, you can also go the route of four interest-free installments of $72.50 apiece.
01:18 We're also going to bring in the earlier looked at John Rambo from First Blood,
01:21 but in the meantime as well, I'm obviously going to grab the tape measure
01:24 and show you guys how tall the figure stands.
01:26 Cabretti stands in this case 12 inches in height, or the figure is going to be 30 centimeters tall.
01:33 Now, in regards to John Rambo, let's slide over the Cabretti that we're about to have a look at
01:38 and bring in again the earlier looked at John Rambo.
01:41 Now, I have seen other individuals mention that the figures don't seem to be of the same scale.
01:46 I don't see it myself, honestly.
01:48 Now, I did notice though that Cabretti getting him out of the box, his legs weren't completely straight.
01:52 His knees seem slightly bent.
01:54 Straightening out the legs and you can see that the figures are going to be about the same size to one another.
01:59 If you're lining up about the eye area, John Rambo is again about the same size as Cabretti,
02:04 which of course would make sense because Sly Stallone would have portrayed both the roles.
02:09 The figure comes included with a pretty cool looking display stand.
02:12 That of course telling us right away what movie this is going to be taken from.
02:15 We've got ourselves of course the front crest and head of the Cobra itself.
02:19 The Cobra is spiraling its way around a circular display stand.
02:23 It gives us a real opportunity to see the sculpting work that they've applied to the stand itself.
02:27 And while it doesn't really have a whole lot of coloring, it has the coloring where it counts.
02:31 Beady little red eyes, for example, the gummed areas of the teeth are painted nicely here in pink.
02:36 So that again is a really interesting way to have the figure displayed.
02:39 The thing though about it though is that the figure has an adjustable neck that's located at the back of the display stand.
02:45 The thing about it though is while you are taking the figure of Cabretti and you put him down on the display stand,
02:49 he seems to sit really far back on the stand.
02:52 Let me just turn it sideways so you can see what I'm seeing.
02:55 I would have honestly taken the display stand neck and instead of having it further at the back here,
03:00 I would have actually made it more in the center.
03:02 Because if you were to say, for example, take Cabretti and you had him standing right in the middle,
03:06 then you'd have about the same amount of space of snake on both the front and back.
03:11 It's the only thing I would have maybe done differently when it came to the display stand.
03:14 So for example, it comes in obviously two parts.
03:17 Instead of having it here, I would have had it maybe right around here a little bit.
03:21 Maybe not even dead center in the middle, but a little bit further back from that.
03:25 So at least there was enough real estate space around for where Cabretti would be able to stand.
03:30 Unfortunately, though, they just have put the neck at the back of the display stand.
03:33 It's the only thing I would have done, like I said, a little bit different when it comes to the stand itself.
03:37 Treated on the bottom of this as well, you've got yourself four rubberized feet to prevent scratching on surfaces.
03:42 It also gives you as well an opportunity to kind of see some slightly off coloring that they've added to this as well.
03:47 A little bit more of a yellowish. It doesn't have as much of that here to the top.
03:50 You see a little bit more of it down on the more belly of the snake.
03:54 Another thing I did also want to show you guys before we get down to looking at the accessories,
03:57 is you get yourself also a smaller poster of the bigger box artwork that we saw at the beginning of the video.
04:02 Here we, of course, get Marion Cabretti sporting pretty much the same image that he has on the poster itself,
04:07 but done slightly different. You can see it has sort of more of a painted look to it.
04:11 Really like the neat way they designed that.
04:13 And of course, when it comes to displaying this, I'm going to have this displayed along with the figure.
04:16 Probably not right near the front, but maybe around the back area of the figure.
04:19 But flip this around to the back, you can kind of see all the talented people behind the scenes
04:24 that were responsible for making Cabretti a realized figure.
04:28 Obviously, supervision and direction by Sylvester Stallone himself, executive producer and direction,
04:33 Nick Cardasco from the Sly Stallone Shop, artistic direction and production management by Fabio Verresi.
04:40 3D head sculpt by Inigo Gill, 3D accessory design by Sean Dabbs, master paint Dario Barbera,
04:47 and box artwork, the one that I, again, I really liked.
04:50 This is one of my favorite things about it, is the fact that the box artwork was done by John Rivoli.
04:55 And again, you can check out his by heading over to www.iconinart.com.
05:01 And of course, down below, you've got still the advertisement for the store itself at www.slystalloneshop.com.
05:06 As it is right now, I think they only have John Rambo and then the pre-order here for Cabretti,
05:11 but they also have since advertised images of the new upcoming Rocky 1 Rocky.
05:16 A figure I'm definitely looking forward to seeing in hand.
05:19 Running now through the figure's accessories, the first thing we'll start with happens to be the smallest and most likely to be lost.
05:25 I'm not sure if you guys can even see this or not, but the figure comes in clear like he has in the movie.
05:30 Three tiny little matchsticks. The matchsticks are quite small.
05:34 I'm hoping even that the camera is able to pick it up.
05:36 The material, in fact, that they've used for this almost does seem like it's wood.
05:40 It also means that because it's made of wood and just by the thin nature of it, it's very prone to bending.
05:46 Just pick your figure up and when you look at Cabretti, you'll notice that there doesn't seem to be a hole anywhere on his lip.
05:53 So it's only just by the friction alone to get the matchstick in his mouth.
05:57 And I've already done this several times where I tried to get the matchstick in only to ultimately drop it.
06:02 They're quite small and again, very prone to losing.
06:05 I have again dropped one. I'm going to see if I can do it with another one.
06:09 With them being so thin like this, they're very prone to bending.
06:13 Again, you're probably not wanting to do this too often, but he does have somewhat the means to hold the matchstick,
06:18 although it's just really not easy to do.
06:20 I would have said it would have been nice if they could have put a hole in his mouth,
06:23 but the only thing about that though is by not always having a matchstick displayed with him,
06:28 the figure would then be very likely, well, you would then see a hole left behind in his lip.
06:32 Again, it does fit okay. There's real no work around.
06:36 See, there we go right there. I've just barely balanced it in there.
06:39 He has the means at least to hold the matchstick, but again, it's more just a case of frictioning it in,
06:44 in between his lips to get him to hold the matchstick in place.
06:47 I mean, I wouldn't necessarily say I would have wanted a head sculpt that had a permanent matchstick attached,
06:52 because you may not always want that specific look.
06:54 Just again, be careful because you only have three of these to work with.
06:58 Putting that down, I'm just going to kind of slide those matchsticks to the side,
07:01 because I definitely don't want to lose those.
07:03 I guess in next order of smallest things, the figure comes also included with his movie wristwatch.
07:08 The watch seems to be the case where they've actually printed the face of the watch
07:12 and then added a clear dome over top of it.
07:14 The attention to detail for something so small like this really shows the dedication that Sly Stallone's shop has
07:21 to faithfully reproduce these figures as they would appear in the movie.
07:25 I think he actually has the wristwatch, if memory serves me correctly, on this side of his hand.
07:29 So again, all we'll really need to do is just roll up the sleeves here, remove one of the hands.
07:34 We only really need to remove the one, and then take the wristwatch and carefully slide it up.
07:38 We will eventually, I will eventually, be removing the jacket to show you guys all the musculature
07:43 that they sculpted into the figure.
07:45 Like the case when we looked at John Rambo before, the attention to detail on these things is incredible.
07:50 Another small thing that comes included with the figure, and not as much likely to be lost as, say, the matchsticks,
07:56 the figure also comes included with his chain necklace.
07:58 It seems to be a real chain, and while normally a chain necklace like this
08:02 would only involve you having to kind of detach this, fit it around whatever you want to put in,
08:07 and then put it back in place, I find it's actually just easier just to take the figure
08:11 and pop his head off to provide its cylinder post.
08:14 Instead of relying on ball joints, I'm glad to see that they actually use these cylinder cans, essentially,
08:19 where you have a much larger socket and then it basically just fits over top,
08:22 instead of having to fight with ball joints all the time.
08:24 Take your necklace, carefully fit it over top of the cylinder there,
08:28 and get it far enough down then on the neck, you can put the head back on top of the neck.
08:32 Now he's got his chain necklace in place.
08:35 The figure also comes included with his badge.
08:38 Now the thing about the badge is that, like in the movie, I think he wears it on the side of his belt.
08:43 It clips in a way, it's actually a plastic clip, and I found it was kind of hard initially to do this.
08:49 What I ended up doing was, and if you look at actually the way they've designed this,
08:53 like in the movie, he has his belt buckle, instead of being in the center, he wears it off to the side.
08:58 Again, attention to detail.
09:00 The badge isn't, again, honestly the easiest thing to fit in place.
09:03 I found if anything, it just helps to kind of take yourself something to wedge it out.
09:09 I'm using a knife, probably a knife is not the best idea to be using,
09:12 but it's just enough to again pry this away.
09:14 You could also use a screwdriver too, but it's just enough to get the belt away from the pants
09:19 and then slide the badge in place.
09:23 Again, it just slides in place like that.
09:25 Now again, it's not the easiest thing to do.
09:27 The belt is just so close to his pants that it makes things almost very difficult.
09:32 You can also even really use your finger too.
09:34 Just pry that enough away that you can get then the badge in there.
09:38 Maybe you just have to revisit that a little bit later, but he does have, again, a tiny little badge.
09:44 Very nice detail that they've added in there as well.
09:47 And while we put the figure back down, he also comes included with his glasses.
09:52 Now you choose for yourself as to how you really want to have this displayed.
09:55 I like the glasses personally on my Cobra figure,
09:58 and I think when it comes to actually displaying him,
10:00 I'm likely going to be taking the jacket off and leaving his rolled up sleeve shirt underneath,
10:05 and I'll be wearing the glasses from there.
10:07 The glasses are, though, slightly tinted in purple.
10:10 And you can just take your figure once again and fit the glasses over top.
10:14 There's enough sticking out from his ears at least, more than is enough to hold the glasses in place.
10:20 You just want to make sure that, of course, when you're doing it,
10:22 that you have the lenses, the little arms of the glasses, fit well enough over top of the ears
10:27 so, again, the glasses aren't going to fall off. They're going to stay in place.
10:30 And, again, that finished the look really nicely.
10:32 And, of course, the only thing left to then do is just add the little matchstick.
10:35 Easier said than done.
10:37 The figure also comes included, like he has in the movie, two firearms.
10:41 He has the smaller of the two, which, while he didn't have it in the poster,
10:45 he usually more sports it kind of tucked in at the top of his pants.
10:49 The figure has, I think this is actually a gold or colt gold cup national match.
10:55 It does actually have, what's rather interesting, though, a removable magazine.
10:58 The magazine's a little hard to get to, though.
11:00 You have to kind of get your finger in there and pry the sides, or actually even just, there you go,
11:05 get your finger in there. It does actually have a removable magazine.
11:08 You can see a bullet already in the chamber, and that just slides in place.
11:11 The detail, as you can see there, is done to the handles like it has in the movie.
11:15 A little cobra symbol, and that's the case actually on both the sides if I just spin this around.
11:19 Yeah, a really neat-looking gun.
11:21 Again, I think this is a colt gold cup national match.
11:25 A little harder to kind of come that all, say that all out of your mouth.
11:28 The figure also comes included with the kind of more recognizable weapon that he has in the movie.
11:33 It's a Genomatic submachine gun.
11:35 It actually has a few little things, extra little goodies here.
11:38 First of all, this does swing out like in the poster.
11:40 It does swing out, so you can actually have this on, like, sticking out like this.
11:44 The only thing about it, though, I'm going to go ahead and retrieve the laser in a second.
11:47 This only, it doesn't swing out necessarily.
11:50 It looks almost to be the case that there's these tiny little clips on both sides,
11:54 and for all intents and purposes, it's supposed to sit on the end of this,
11:57 and I'm guessing it's supposed to swing forward.
11:59 I don't really necessarily swing it forward, as I find every single time I do it, this pops off.
12:04 I just find it's easier just to remove it, then slide it in place,
12:08 or actually more so just kind of pop it onto the end of it,
12:11 and then you have the submachine gun displayed like that.
12:14 Now, in the movie, and also in the poster art as well, he has this little red marking there on the side,
12:19 and again, they've added the attention to the detail there as well.
12:24 Going now and retrieving the sight.
12:25 Back then, it would have been a Laser Productions Corporation laser sight.
12:28 Now, commonly more known as Surefire laser sights.
12:31 Either way, though, there's a little clip on the back, sort of a C-shaped clip,
12:35 and then the front of the barrel of the sight actually then fits into the clip that's provided on the front of the gun.
12:40 When you are, though, putting the two together, it doesn't really sit to the point where I feel it clicks in place,
12:46 and usually when I'm then moving the figure around or I'm just moving the gun itself,
12:50 this is always something, again, that usually falls off.
12:52 There almost seems to be like a little notch there on the end of it,
12:55 where for all intents and purposes, it looks like it should actually fit on the inside there,
12:59 but actually more so just sort of fits in place, and you want to just kind of hope that it stays in place.
13:05 It clips better here than it does on the front, but again, it survives at least to tip this upside down.
13:10 And speaking of which, upside down, or at least on the bottom of it, you can as well remove the clip.
13:15 Let's just remove the magazine here from the submachine gun.
13:18 And while it doesn't seem to have a bullet in the chamber, I'm glad to see as well that there's still a removable clip to it.
13:23 Now, this will be, of course, displayed with the figure when it comes to putting this guy on my shelf.
13:27 You can also as well take the provided holster that he has, like he has in the movie,
13:31 and this is a two-shoulder, basically essentially a strapped shoulder holster.
13:35 On one side would be the thing that holds the submachine gun.
13:38 On the other side, though, he has all these removable clips.
13:41 Now, you can't just open these up and remove easily the magazines.
13:44 All of the magazines, by the way, don't seem to have bullets in their chambers.
13:47 I'm glad to see that they actually had, again, attention to detail,
13:50 the means to at least remove the magazine if you wanted to have additional ones used.
13:55 Of course, all of this will then involve having to take off the jacket for Stallone.
13:58 And one other thing I did also want to mention, though, about his belt going back to it earlier,
14:02 the belt I did realize was actually on a Velcro closure.
14:06 So, and actually, it's a lot easier to remove the belt or open the belt at least,
14:10 and then take yourself your badge and slide the badge then on the inside,
14:14 rather than even having to pry it open in the first place.
14:17 You can also do that as well with the next accessories that we're about to have a look at.
14:21 You just literally slide this in place, and then you take the other end,
14:24 which basically has the hooks, and loop it then onto the Velcro, and it closes in proper place.
14:29 One other thing, actually, just before we get down to looking at the hands,
14:32 the figure also as well comes included with grenades.
14:34 He comes with two grenades. I just happen to have another one over here to the side.
14:38 Let's just grab that right now. He's got two grenades.
14:41 Don't seem to have removable pins, necessarily, but he has two grenades
14:44 that, of course, you can clip then onto the belt itself.
14:47 Rounding out the last remaining things, the figure also as well comes with some swappable hands.
14:52 Already, as you can see, installed to the forearms, the figure has some closed fists.
14:56 But if you, though, prefer to have him especially with guns in his hands,
14:59 triggering, firing finger hands definitely would be the better hands to go with.
15:03 And then he also as well comes with some relaxed hands, too.
15:06 So, there are a couple of hands to work with.
15:08 Now, of course, let's go ahead and get the jacket off,
15:10 because I did want to show you guys how to install the holster.
15:13 First of all, it's easiest to really first remove the hands.
15:17 If you're feeling a little uneasy, though, by the idea that his belt, or his watch, I should say,
15:21 is just attached onto the wrist, it's actually even better just to remove that as well.
15:25 We'll do the... You know what? We'll also take the glasses off, too,
15:28 because I just don't want to damage these in the process.
15:30 Just easily unhook those. Just put them to the side.
15:33 We'll go ahead as well to remove the other hand.
15:36 And then all we'll really need to then do is just bring the jacket back.
15:39 I guess, really, before we do that, I did want to show you guys the work
15:42 that they put into the jacket itself.
15:44 Individually stitching in their separate buttons, a totaling of five.
15:48 One down at the bottom there as well.
15:50 There's even a little belt loop there on the back to tighten up the jacket.
15:52 Rolled up sleeves. Again, like, the attention to tailorship on this.
15:56 Like, even on the inside, everything looks really nicely finished for the jacket itself.
16:00 But if you, again, did want to have this, I prefer myself for displaying Cobra.
16:04 I'd rather have, really, the jacket removed.
16:06 Slide off easily the jacket. We'll just put that to the side.
16:10 And then we'll basically then just put the holster in place.
16:13 Before I actually do that, I did want to fix the belt. There we go.
16:17 I did also want to roll up the sleeves because I did want to show you guys
16:20 the work that they put to sculpting the arms.
16:22 Now, the build and body here for Stallone is very obviously different
16:26 from other sixth scale figures we looked at normally here on this channel.
16:29 Like, there's a lot of musculature that they've actually sculpted.
16:32 It's a little, granted, hard to do this, obviously, with the shirt being tucked in.
16:35 But he, as you, hopefully, you guys can see, he's got a really good muscular body.
16:39 Really full in figure, obviously, matching that of Stallone back in the day.
16:43 Now, obviously, if you guys did want to then add the vest, or I should say, like, the holster,
16:48 the holster will slide on one side of his body.
16:51 Just slide it up as provided arms.
16:53 And you can then just drape this around to the other side.
16:55 I find it's actually easier just to kind of get it on one arm first.
16:58 And then from there, just kind of bend the other arm that you weren't already attaching onto.
17:02 And then just slide the other holster in place.
17:05 So, essentially, what it is, is it runs across the back of his shoulder.
17:08 It doesn't necessarily attach anywhere in place either.
17:11 So, I mean, basically, it just runs loose like this to the side.
17:14 But on one side, again, you're going to have the magazines.
17:17 It's going to be a little bit more closer in quarters when it comes to his arms.
17:20 Because, again, his arms are going to get really close to the holster.
17:22 But then on the other side is the section that holds, then, the submachine gun.
17:25 Just going to bring his arms up.
17:27 And this actually does open up as well.
17:29 This is, by the way, using kind of more of a plastic tab rather than actually using material.
17:34 By using plastic, it's a lot easier to do this back up.
17:37 Instead of having, like, material, for example, that's very prone to bending back and forth.
17:41 Just move his arms, though, out of the way.
17:43 You can then take yourself your machine gun.
17:45 Just maybe put the figure down here for a second.
17:47 What I will, though, do is I'm just going to take the laser off first, the laser scope.
17:51 You can leave the magazine where it is.
17:53 It doesn't need to be removed at all.
17:55 Just make sure I got it going the right way.
17:58 And then from there, you're just going to holster this inside.
18:01 Now, I find it's actually easier first to attach this into the holster.
18:04 And then once that's in place, then go back and take the laser sight and then fit that in place on top of it.
18:10 But it basically just--let's see if I can actually show you what's going on here.
18:14 All you're really going to then do is you're going to take this, you're going to wrap this around.
18:17 And then you're going to take the other end.
18:19 You want to make sure everything's kind of in place here.
18:22 And then that's just going to tab just into that little plastic piece.
18:26 It's not really easy to do, obviously, if I'm just doing this in front of a camera.
18:29 It's a lot easier, obviously, if you're going to be doing this.
18:32 Just, you know, if you guys are just holding the figure in your hand.
18:35 Let's just see if I can actually get this.
18:37 I may have to even again go back to that a little bit later.
18:39 But it essentially holds the gun in place.
18:41 And then you can attach the laser on top of the laser sight on top of that.
18:45 Like I said, when it comes to the holster, if we just spin this around to the back, you can kind of see it.
18:50 They're using sort of more of a faux leather material.
18:53 There's a little adjustment strap there on the top.
18:55 And there's, well, some additional adjustment straps on the front of the shoulders as well.
18:59 Personally, for me, when it comes to displaying the figure, short of maybe just adding some additional hands,
19:03 definitely going to be going more the route, I think, of displaying the figure without the jacket.
19:07 And let's go ahead and just attach a few couple of extra hands there as well.
19:11 For me, at least, I would much rather have the figure displayed, I think, without the jacket.
19:15 Just because when, again, I think of when I think of Cobra, I tend to think of the poster right away.
19:19 Or I tend to think of usually most of the production stills when it comes to that character.
19:23 And he always seems to be more displayed, I feel, with the jacket off.
19:27 So that's what he looks like with the holster in place.
19:30 With all that being said, let's now get a closer look at Cobra himself.
19:34 Now, I've got to say, like Marion Cabretti, one of my favorite roles for John Rambo,
19:38 right up there, I feel, with like Tango and Cash.
19:41 I know, obviously, people always think of Rocky or they think of Rambo.
19:44 And I really like both the roles for the actor.
19:47 But there's something to be said about, I want to say, like the charm that goes along with Cobra.
19:51 And certainly when it comes to doing a six-scale release of him,
19:54 I feel like Cobra is a good candidate for really showing, again, like the work that they put into these pieces.
19:59 From a head sculpt standpoint, it's definitely one of the best Sylvester Stallone sculpts we've gotten.
20:04 And even then, to compare it with their earlier release, of course, the John Rambo from First Blood,
20:09 I will say, like, I think this one looks much more like Stallone.
20:13 Not that it wasn't the case before when we looked at John Rambo.
20:16 I'll just bring back in John Rambo, you can see.
20:18 Like both of them both do a superior job of showcasing Stallone.
20:21 But I feel like the one that we get here with Cabretti looks maybe just a little bit more like him,
20:26 which is really, again, hard to say.
20:28 Maybe it just has something to do with the fact that he's also sporting shorter hair.
20:31 Of course, when it comes to the rest of his body, all the new sculpting that they've applied to the body,
20:36 I think actually Stallone has some notable muscle that's right here on the top of his forearm.
20:41 They've taken the time to sculpt that in place as well.
20:43 The only thing that does concern me, though, is being the fact that this is using a plastic flesh-colored body.
20:48 I wonder if over time this will start to develop staining from the shirt itself.
20:52 I mean, you're only probably going to have the shirt rolled up like this all the time anyways.
20:56 Maybe, perhaps, it could be the case that with the jacket being on him all the time,
21:00 it may start to settle some of the stain off the black onto the skin.
21:04 Not having that figure for that very long, I can't really tell if that's going to be the case or not.
21:08 For me, at least, again, I'm probably just going to have the figure displayed with the sleeves,
21:12 the shirt sleeves underneath, and maybe just not have the figure displayed with the jacket.
21:16 I mean, the option is still there. I prefer, I think, having the figure without the jacket.
21:20 Further from that, of course, down below here, he's got a pair of scuffed up jeans.
21:24 There are a few little natural wear and tear that jeans would start developing over time.
21:28 And they have even taken the liberty of stitching in the natural coloring of jeans,
21:32 like the threading that they would have actually used, like the yellowing, for example,
21:36 is around the areas of his pockets.
21:38 These pockets, by the way, are real functioning pockets.
21:40 Not that you really have anything to fit inside the pockets.
21:42 I guess if you wanted to, you could try to put the pistol in there.
21:45 I would certainly not recommend putting the matchsticks in there.
21:48 That would be definitely something that would be lost.
21:50 And of course, they also have stitched pockets on the back of the figure's body as well.
21:53 It doesn't feel as much like denim, but it certainly feels like it's pretty close to denim.
21:58 And if we just roll up the bottoms of his legs as well, the figure does also have cowboy boots.
22:02 The thing about the boots, though, is this seems to be kind of more of a harder material.
22:06 It still seems to be material, but you can definitely notice that there's more of a faux leather
22:10 that they've used for the top of the boots.
22:12 And of course, you've also got the straps that are across the top there as well.
22:15 All in all, though, again, it's a figure that looks just like him from the movie itself.
22:19 And I think from a paint standpoint, they've really, I think, landed a perfect portrait
22:25 of, again, Sylvester Stallone from "Cobra."
22:28 The only thing I would also say, just before we kind of get down to looking at the post-building on the figure,
22:32 is that when you look at the coloring of the neck, isn't it quite not the same color as this face?
22:37 The face is maybe just a little bit of a lighter skin color.
22:40 But again, it's pretty close to the coloring of his neck, just something, again, I did want to notice.
22:44 Now, for the figure's posability, starting first, of course, with his head sculpt,
22:47 it is on a ball joint, so it's going to allow you to move the head up and down, back and forth as well.
22:52 And for all intents and purposes, you can also rotate it as well.
22:55 The neck itself, if I can actually just open up the V section of his shirt,
22:59 you can kind of see, again, like there's all just one sculpting.
23:02 So, like, the chest goes right into the neck. There's no secondary ball joint.
23:05 I don't really think it in a case like this.
23:07 But the sculpt is the key. The thing that sells the figure the most is how well they've sculpted the figure.
23:11 I don't think it necessarily needed a secondary ball joint at the base of the neck.
23:15 Now, the arms do hinge out. They are going to be a little on the more tighter side,
23:18 just because, again, he's got a much more bigger build than other sixth-scale figures.
23:22 But you can bring the arms out at about 45 degrees.
23:25 You can bring the arms forward and, of course, back.
23:27 I would probably not recommend, though, rotating the arm all the way around.
23:30 The figure seems to only have a single hinge in his elbow.
23:33 It does mean, unfortunately, when it comes to bending the arm,
23:36 that you can only go so far, unfortunately, with the bend of Cobra.
23:39 So, like, if, for example, you wanted to have him in that iconic movie poster pose,
23:43 where he's actually got the gun in his hand, you can still pull it off,
23:46 but you can't quite pull it off because he doesn't have a full 90-degree angle.
23:49 I mean, even just to roll up the sleeves, you can see there. There it is right there.
23:54 You can only see that he's got a single hinge there working behind the scenes for the elbow.
23:57 Now, the upper torso is on a ball joint.
23:59 It actually cuts, so not really where his pectorals are, but just a little bit lower than that,
24:03 right around here in this abdomen area is actually the part where this crunches.
24:07 He also has a secondary ball joint at the base of the abdomen,
24:10 so that rotates all the way around as well.
24:12 Legs do split out only about that far.
24:14 Normally, like regular wearing jeans as well, you can only go so far when it comes to splits in jeans.
24:20 You take the legs and move them forward only about that far.
24:22 You can also, as well, move them back.
24:24 The figure has a swivel at the top of the thigh, a double hinge, unlike in the elbows.
24:27 He has at least a double hinge in the knees, and he also has articulation in the boot.
24:31 Now, again, going back to the boot, though, because, again, this is a softer faux leather material that they would have used for the boot,
24:37 I don't know how much I would want to really be bending the boots back and forth,
24:41 because I would feel like over time this would start to split that material that they're using.
24:45 I don't plan to put him in any crazy poses anyways.
24:48 The pose that he's in right now, short of maybe just adding the glasses, adding the matchstick,
24:52 and, of course, adding the armory that he carries around with him all the time throughout the movie,
24:56 that's about the only way I'm going to be displaying the figure as well.
24:59 All in all, though, job well done by the folks over at Sly Stallone Shop.
25:02 Again, we're just going to slide over here, Marion Cabretti, bringing the earlier look that John Rambo from First Blood.
25:09 And, again, I'm really loving this line so far.
25:11 Now, again, to compare the two figures, if I can just get him to stand here,
25:15 some had said, though, that the Cobra didn't look like he was going to be, or it looked like he was a tad bit taller than Rambo.
25:21 Maybe he is just only by a little bit.
25:23 I mean, again, I'm looking at the eyes and I'm lining them up as best I can,
25:27 and it looks to me like they look like they're the same height.
25:30 And I would imagine as well, with Stallone working behind the scenes,
25:33 doing that final go ahead of approving these figures before they hit the collectors market,
25:38 got to believe that he would have also looked at these as well and said, "Okay, they have to be of the same size."
25:42 The same actor, they have to be of the same size.
25:44 And, again, having the two on the shelf, if you're a big fan of Sly Stallone and all the movies that he's appeared in,
25:50 especially if you're also a fan of Cobra, picking up Mary Cabretti seems like a no-brainer.
25:55 Being a big fan of Cobra myself, I was certainly excited to see what Sly Stallone's shop was going to do
26:01 when it came to handling Mary and Cabretti.
26:03 Now, finally, having him in hand, you know, he looks the part.
26:06 He looks like a smaller Stallone in six-scale format,
26:09 and he has all the accessories that you would have seen in the movie him wielding,
26:12 all conveniently stored away on the figure.
26:15 Some of the accessories, though, are a little harder to put on the figure,
26:17 like, for example, his little tiny badge.
26:20 The little grenades aren't as hard to clip around his belt, for example.
26:23 But I had, honestly, the hardest time just trying to attach onto the badge.
26:26 At least now, realizing that you can detach the belt by Velcro.
26:30 It's a lot easier, I will say, to slide the badge in place.
26:33 And, of course, when it comes to him being displayed,
26:35 I'm leaning more to the idea of displaying him without the jacket, personally,
26:38 just because, again, like, looking at him right now, I mean, again, it looks like the movie poster,
26:42 just in a smaller scale.
26:44 The only thing about the figure is the matchsticks.
26:47 Now, obviously, with the matchsticks, there's really no designated place on the mouth that I can see, at least.
26:52 There's no hole, necessarily, because, obviously, if the matchsticks weren't on his face,
26:56 then you'd just see a hole left behind on his lip.
26:58 Rather, instead, it's actually just relying on you with a little bit of patience, a little bit of time,
27:02 and, of course, making sure that you're not losing those matchsticks, because they are pretty small.
27:06 But they do fit there, and they stay there,
27:08 providing you're not going to be moving the figure around.
27:10 It's probably best advised, I find, at least, to probably move the figure around,
27:13 decide what pose you want to put him in,
27:15 then carefully, carefully putting the matchstick in between his lips.
27:18 All in all, though, I really like the John Rambo that we got earlier from First Blood.
27:22 I'm loving, though, Marion Cabretti.
27:24 Now, that may very well change with the future releases that they have planned.
27:27 Already, we are seeing images online of their pre-order for the Rocky 1 Rocky,
27:32 and I'm hoping, at some point, we obviously are going to be running more the gambit of all the Stallone movies,
27:36 with Sly Stallone now running this,
27:39 and ensuring, of course, that the quality is made from the time that they're producing the figures
27:42 to the time that collectors are getting these figures.
27:44 Rest assured, I'm sure, this isn't going to be the end of the Sly Stallone Legacy Collection.
27:49 I'm really liking, again, what they've done with Marion Cabretti.
27:52 What do you guys think of the figure? Let me know down below in the comments section.
27:54 Is this a figure you guys could see yourselves picking up?
27:57 Once again, a big thank you to the folks over at Sly Stallone Shop
27:59 that did provide this early look at Cobra's Marion Cabretti,
28:02 that we could have a look at this review.
28:04 He is still, as of right now, a pre-order on their site for $290.
28:08 He's slated to ship in January of 2024,
28:11 so at the beginning of next year.
28:13 And at the price point of what this guy's going for is $290,
28:16 or again, you can go the route of four interest-free installments of $72.50.
28:21 What do you guys think of this figure?
28:23 Again, let me know down below in the comments section.
28:25 And what other characters, what other Stallone characters from movies,
28:28 would you like to see be released from the Sly Stallone Shop?
28:31 I mean, the obvious ones would be Rocky.
28:33 The obvious ones would also be John Rambo.
28:35 But what is another character that you would love to see a sixth scale release for?
28:39 I'm thinking personally, Stallone from Tango & Cash.
28:42 Yeah, I like Tango & Cash.
28:44 I mean, we're not probably going to be getting a Kurt Russell anytime soon,
28:46 unless Kurt Russell has got his own store that's going to be making sixth scale figures.
28:50 But I would certainly like to see Sly Stallone from Tango & Cash get a sixth scale release.
