00:03 The father of a terminally ill teenager, made homeless by flooding during Storm Bebette,
00:08 has said he has been overwhelmed by donations and housing offers from members of the public.
00:14 Richard Eden's daughter Emily, who is 18, is currently living in a hotel room with her
00:18 family after they were forced to evacuate their home on Claycrossers Windermere Road.
00:23 Emily was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer just four weeks before her family
00:28 home was inundated with floodwater on October 20th.
00:31 She had been receiving palliative care at home at the time, her wish being to spend
00:35 her final days in the house where she grew up.
00:38 Since news spread of the family's sad story, members of the community have offered their
00:42 homes rent-free to pay the family's hotel bill and started fundraising pages.
00:48 Speaking about the donations and the offers of housing, Richard said "It's unbelievable.
00:53 The response is overwhelming.
00:55 It's overwhelming how good people are.
00:57 The community is amazing, and all the good that people are doing really helps."

01:24 classes, inspiring people to launch their own new businesses.
01:28 People travelled from as far afield as Australia, Hong Kong and India to undertake courses in
01:33 the former timber mill called Rutland Mill next to the River Wye.
01:38 Now Chris and Julie want to pass the baton on.
01:40 They hope to sell both the commercial property and the adjoining two-bedroom apartment.
01:45 Rutland Mill is for sale with a guide price of between £600,000 and £650,000 including
01:50 the apartment and commercial space.
