00:00 Good morning from the weather forecasting center. This is our update for the next 24 hours.
00:09 The effect of the Northeast Monsoon or the cold wind is still strong and the sun is affecting a large part of the Luzon.
00:20 Meanwhile, the hot wind from the Pacific Ocean is still easterly.
00:24 It is also blowing in the whole Visayas and Mindanao.
00:29 For the next 24 hours, we will still experience cloudy skies with scattered rain, snow and lightning
00:35 brought by the easterly to a large part of Mindanao, particularly in the northern and eastern sections of the mentioned area.
00:44 Meanwhile, in the eastern section of Luzon, the Northeast Monsoon will also be affected by clouds and rain.
