00:04 This is our update on the weather for the next 24 hours.
00:10 We will continue to experience the effect of the shear line or the hot and cold wind
00:16 here in the eastern part of Visayas.
00:19 Meanwhile, the northeastern monsoon or the cold wind is still strong
00:24 and currently, the whole Luzon and the southern part of Visayas are affected.
00:31 Because of the shear line, we will experience the heavy rain
00:35 that will cause a flood and landslide in the eastern part of Visayas and the northeastern section of Mindanao.
00:42 Instead of sleeping, let's be prepared for the floods, floods and landslides.
00:47 Because of the shear line, we will experience heavy rain in the eastern and southern sections of Luzon and western Visayas.
01:00 The majority of our country is more sunny than we expected.

01:48 The chances of floods and landslides are lower than what we expected in Metro Manila and the rest of our country.
01:54 The weather is more sunny and there are still chances of thunderstorms or heavy rain brought by the shear line.
02:02 In the areas of Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao,
02:08 Palawan will experience clear weather, generally fair weather conditions,
02:13 where we still have chances of light rains or thunderstorms brought by the Northeast Monsoon or the cold wind.
02:19 Meanwhile, because of the shear line or the heat and cold wind,
02:24 we will experience heavy rains with landslides and landslides here in the whole Central and Eastern Visayas,
02:32 as well as in some parts of Mindanao in the surrounding Surigao del Norte and Dinagat Islands.
02:38 Instead of sleeping, let's be prepared and alert to the threats of sudden floods and landslides,
02:44 especially if the rain we will experience will continue.
02:48 In the lower parts of Visayas, like here in Western Visayas,
02:52 we will also experience the effect of a cold wind.

04:22 we also expect a lower temperature especially in the early morning.
04:27 In the neighboring parts of the city of Legazpi City,
04:31 we expect higher chances of flooding and rain.

04:47 more in particular in the Tacloban City or the larger part of the Eastern Visayas,

05:16 chances of heavy rain in the Tacloban City will decrease.
05:20 We also expect the effects of the cold winds in the mentioned areas.
05:25 In the Central and Western Visayas,
05:28 the effects of cold winds will continue.
05:31 We will experience the weather clearing up.
05:35 In the meantime, generally fair weather conditions,
05:38 there are still chances of flash floods with landslides in the mentioned areas.
05:42 As for the part of Mindanao,
05:45 tomorrow, Sunday,
05:47 generally fair weather conditions will continue in the large part of Mindanao
05:51 until Monday to Tuesday.
05:54 More in particular,
05:56 the Eastern and Central sections of Mindanao,
06:00 we will experience or we may experience the effects of shear line.
06:04 We expect high chances of rain in the mentioned areas in the following days.
06:09 More in particular,
06:10 in Metro Davao,
06:11 on Monday,
06:13 we will experience high chances of flash floods.
06:16 It is possible that the shear line will continue until Tuesday
06:21 where the city of Cagayan de Oro City will also experience rain.
06:27 For the next three days,
06:28 in the Zamboanga City,
06:29 generally fair weather conditions will continue.
06:32 There are still chances of localised thunderstorms
06:37 reaching the city of Zamboanga in the afternoon until nightfall.
06:40 The highlight of the day in Manila will be in the morning of 6.24 am
06:47 and will be low in the afternoon of 5.45 am.
