00:09 I love the culture, I love that it can be quite calm and it can be quite, I guess, peaceful,
00:17 but I love that the town kind of gets around each other, there's always so many events going on.
00:23 Yeah, it's just a really nice family place to be.

00:33 I would love for it to be more multicultural, really advocating for the different cultures that we have here,
00:41 that I know it's getting a lot better, but it'd be really cool to see different carnivals
00:48 or different groups of people getting together and celebrating different cultures, I think that'd be really cool.

01:02 Yeah, I'd love to make more connections in Ballarat.
01:05 I think I've been pretty lucky that when I was first starting my business, the Ballarat Council really got behind me.
01:15 I was part of the Youth Awards and I was an ambassador, which was really cool to have that support from Ballarat.
01:22 But it'd be really cool to collaborate with some other Ballarat businesses and things like that.
