00:07 The low-pressure area outside of our Philippine Area of Responsibility

00:12 has been dissipating since 8am and has no effect here in our country.

00:17 But we have two weather systems that are affecting our country.

00:21 First is the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amian, which is a part of Humina,

00:25 that is why it is only here in Northern Luzon that is affected.

00:28 Because of this, we expect to experience a cloudy weather with light rain

00:33 here in Cagayan, Bali and Aurora.

00:37 We expect to experience a cloudy weather with light rain

00:42 here in Ilocos and Cordillera Administrative Region.

00:47 The Easter list or the hot winds coming from the Pacific Ocean

00:52 is still blowing here in the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao.

00:56 That is why we can see some clouds here in our satellite imagery.

01:00 This is what will bring us a cloudy weather with light rain here in the eastern Samar,

01:05 Southern Leyte, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur and Medabao Oriental.

01:12 For the upcoming weather of our country,

01:16 tomorrow we expect that Northern Luzon will continue to experience the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amian.

01:23 For Metro Manila and the southern part of Luzon,

01:26 we expect to experience generally fair weather

01:29 with chances of localized thunderstorms especially in the afternoon and night.

01:34 For Metro Manila, the temperature will vary between 22 to 33 degrees Celsius,

01:39 Lawag, 22 to 31, Baguio, 14 to 25 degrees Celsius.

01:43 For Tuguegarao, 23 to 31 degrees Celsius, Tagaytay, 21 to 31 and Legazpi, 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.

01:52 For Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao,

01:57 we expect to experience generally fair weather with chances of localized thunderstorms especially in the afternoon and night.

02:05 For Calayan Islands and Puerto Princesa,

02:07 the temperature will vary between 24 to 32 degrees Celsius,

02:11 Iloilo, 26 to 32, Cebu, 25 to 32, Tacloban, 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:18 For Zamboanga, we expect 24 to 33 degrees Celsius, Caguende, 24 to 31 and Dabao, 24 to 33 degrees Celsius.

02:28 We do not have any high gale warnings in any seaboards of our country.

02:33 For our upcoming 3 days in the neighboring cities of our country,

02:38 we will see here in Metro Manila and Legazpi,

02:42 they will experience fair weather throughout the 3 days.

02:45 Meanwhile, for Baguio, for Monday, they will experience fair weather.

02:49 But by Tuesday and Wednesday, they will experience the strong winds again

02:54 so they will experience a storm until the heavy rain that will be falling.

03:00 For Metro Manila, the temperature will vary between 23 to 33 degrees Celsius,

03:05 Baguio, 14 to 25 degrees Celsius, Legazpi, 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.

03:11 For Visayas, we expect that their weather will be clear

03:16 and there will be chances of localized thunderstorms, especially in the afternoon and night.

03:20 For Metro Cebu, their temperature will vary between 26 to 32 degrees Celsius,

03:25 Iloilo, 26 to 32, Tacloban, 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.

03:30 For Mindanao, we will see here in Metro Dabao,

03:35 by Tuesday and Wednesday, they will experience heavy rain,

03:41 possibly because of the new low pressure area and the trough or extension that will be attached to them.

03:49 Likewise, by Wednesday, they will experience heavy rain.

03:54 For Zamboanga City, we expect that they will experience clear weather throughout the 3 days.

04:00 For Metro Dabao, their temperature will vary between 24 to 33 degrees Celsius,

04:05 Caguiende, 24 to 32, Zamboanga, 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.

04:10 The sunset will be at 5.56pm and the sunrise tomorrow will be at 6.24am.
