00:07 And in our latest satellite images, we can see that the northeast monsoon or mihan is already affecting the extreme northern Luzon,

00:17 which will bring a weak rain, particularly in Batanes, Cagayan, and Isabela.

00:22 The easterlies or the wind from the Pacific Ocean will bring generally fair weather, but it is still possible for rain, especially in the eastern part of our country.

00:34 We expect that today, it will be a bit hot and it is still in the afternoon, we will experience that.

00:39 And in the next few days, the easterlies or the wind from the Pacific Ocean will be more severe.

00:46 Based on our latest data, we still have no low pressure areas, possibly until at least for this week,

00:54 we will have a small chance of a storm that will enter or form inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

01:01 Meanwhile, here is what we expect for the Luzon, we will see a big chance of a weak rain that will affect the northeast monsoon or mihan,

01:10 particularly in Batanes, Cagayan, and Isabela.

01:15 In the eastern part of Luzon, we expect isolated or dry rains with lightning and thunder.

01:21 The temperature will rise in Lawag at 23 to 31 degrees Celsius.

01:26 In Baguio, 16 to 25 degrees Celsius.

01:28 In Togegarau, 22 to 31 degrees Celsius.

01:31 In Manila, 24 to 33 degrees Celsius.

01:34 Meanwhile in Tagaytay, 21 to 30 degrees Celsius.

01:38 In Legazpi, in Bicol, 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.

01:43 In Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao, we expect isolated or dry rains with lightning and thunder,

01:50 similar to local thunderstorms.

01:52 The temperature will rise in Calayaan Islands, 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.

01:56 In Puerto Princesa, 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:00 In a large part of Cabizayaan, we expect dry rains with lightning and thunder,

02:06 and we may still experience hot and dry weather in the afternoon in the province of Cabizayaan.

02:12 The temperature will rise in Iloilo, 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:16 In Cebu, 25 to 31 degrees Celsius.

02:19 Meanwhile in Tacloban, 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.

02:23 A large part of Mindanao will experience isolated or dry rains with lightning and thunder,

02:45 but we still expect moderate to high sea levels,

02:49 especially in the northern part of the country and in the eastern part of our province.

03:21 The temperature in Metro Manila is 24 to 33 degrees Celsius in Baguio City,

03:26 16 to 25 degrees Celsius, while 24 to 32 degrees Celsius in Legazpi City.

03:33 Here in Cabizayaan, we expect dry rains with lightning and thunder in the next three days,

03:41 and the temperature in Cebu is 25 to 32 degrees Celsius in Iloilo,

03:46 25 to 32 degrees Celsius while 24 to 31 degrees Celsius in Tacloban.

03:53 While there is a high chance of rain in the next few days in Metro Davao,

03:58 like Easterlees,

03:59 possibly until Wednesday, there is a chance of rain in the Metro Davao area.

04:05 In Cagandeoro and Zamboanga City,

04:07 we still expect generally fair weather with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms.

04:12 In Metro Davao, the temperature in the next three days is 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.

04:17 In Cagandeoro City, it is 24 to 31 degrees Celsius,
