00:07 In our latest satellite images, we can see that the Northeast Monsoon
00:11 or the one that is still affecting the Northern and Central Luzon
00:15 while the Easter Leaves are the ones that are affecting the parts of our country.
00:21 The Northeast Monsoon will still bring light rain particularly in the eastern part of Luzon
00:27 along with Cagayan Valley, Aurora Quezon, and Bicol Region.
00:31 In the southern part of our country, we will experience a lot of rain and snowfall.
00:36 As for the winter, we expect that it will continue this week and possibly next week.
00:43 The winter season normally ends on the 3rd week of March.
00:48 Meanwhile, based on our latest data,
00:51 we do not expect a typhoon to enter the Philippine area of responsibility at least for this week.
00:58 So, we have a small chance of a typhoon in the next few days.
01:02 And here is where we expect the weather to be in Luzon.
01:06 For Luzon, we will still see light rain that will affect the Northeast Monsoon or the one that is still affecting the parts of Cagayan Valley Region
01:17 along with Aurora Quezon, La La Higa, and Bicol Region.
01:22 We can see that the chances of rain will be higher in the parts of Quezon Province.
01:29 In the southern part of Luzon, we expect isolated or dry rain
01:35 because of the effect of the cold or Northeast Monsoon.
01:40 The temperature in the south is 22 to 32 degrees Celsius and around 21 to 29 degrees Celsius.
01:47 In Baguio, it is 14 to 24 degrees Celsius.
01:49 In Manila, it is 23 to 32 degrees Celsius.
01:53 In Tagaytay, it is 21 to 29 degrees Celsius.
01:56 In Legazpi and Bicol, it is 23 to 30 degrees Celsius.
02:01 Let's move to Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao.
02:04 In Palawan, we expect light rain in the parts of Palawan.
02:10 The temperature in Calayaan Islands is 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.
02:15 In Puerto Princesa City, it is 26 to 32 degrees Celsius.
02:19 Meanwhile, we will experience light rain in the parts of Cabizayaan.
02:25 The temperature in Iloilo is 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.
02:30 In Cebu, it is 25 to 30 degrees Celsius.
02:34 In Tacloban, it is 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.
