00:00 Hi, my name is Holly. I'm the store manager of rituals in the eSkate Centre in Evernite.

00:05 We are celebrating our one-year anniversary today. It has been a very successful year.

00:11 In the eSkate Centre, we're having lots of activities in the store and it's been a great day.

00:19 We've been very lucky with the eSkate Centre that they have helped us support with other brands as well.

00:26 I do believe that we haven't had any concerns in regards to us closing down.

00:31 We've been successful in reaching our targets every month and as well collaborating with other brands in the eSkate Centre.

00:38 I do believe we don't have a store like ourselves in the eSkate Centre, which makes us very popular to customers that come in to see us.

00:46 We work with different companies within the eSkate Centre.

00:50 We have Hotel Chocolat here, we have our mascot eSkate Dog here as well.

00:57 It feels like we are a small community and we work together to make sure that we can get the best out of what we want to provide.

01:04 We do work very well together and we make sure that we have fun, as you can see.

01:09 We can only get bigger and better from now on.

01:12 We have had a very successful year in terms of the revenue that we've taken.

01:18 We know that we have already built a huge customer base and it can just continue to get bigger and better from here.
