00:08Today's recipe is Valache Bhaat and it's a very very famous Maharashtrian recipe.
00:13When we go to the remote areas of Maharashtra, it is served with ghee, pickle, curd and it's a great source of protein.

01:23The recipe that we are making today is a Maharashtrian rice recipe.
01:29We will use two types of wal.
