00:05 Hello guys, my name is Akshay and welcome to Vijay's Recipes.
00:08 Today's recipe is Punugulu.
00:10 The name sounds very cute guys.
00:12 Punugulu sounds like a baby's name.
00:15 So, the cuter it sounds, the tastier it is.
00:19 And it is a world famous Andhra Pradesh recipe.
00:23 If you go to Andhra Pradesh and say Punugulu,
00:26 a smile automatically comes to the face of the person.
00:28 Punugulu is like a potato fritter in Mumbai.
00:32 That's equivalent of Punugulu in Andhra Pradesh.
00:35 And it tastes so good.
00:37 So, it's made either out of dosa batter or idli batter.
00:42 My mom always makes dosa or idli batter.
00:46 And when the batter is left, the very next day,
00:49 I'm actually more excited for those Punugulus than the original dosa or idlis.
00:54 And we can add onions to the batter of Punugulu
00:58 or if you want some other ingredients, you can add them.
01:01 Let's see how my mom makes it because I love how she makes it.
