00:00I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan, in the name of Allah, Most Gracious,
00:14Most Merciful.
00:15Peace and blessings of Allah be upon you, ladies and gentlemen.
00:18Once again, we are at your service with the topic of Shariah and jurisprudence related
00:22issues.
00:23There are some offer questions.
00:24They say that a person is a very rich businessman, he has billions of rupees in his pocket and
00:31he has the same financial resources.
00:33Yet, in order to run his business, he borrows billions of rupees from government and non-government
00:40banks, which are more than the total financial resources he has.
00:47In this case, what is the Shariah order to take out Zakat from his wealth?
00:53Since Zakat is not obligatory, it is not compulsory for a person to give Zakat to the government
01:00or other institutions.
01:01The rate for Zakat level is 20 to 30 percent out of 20 percent of the total.
01:07Therefore, when there is a period of one year, it is not compulsory for a person to give
01:12Zakat.
01:13And when there is a period of one year, then it is not compulsory for a person to give
01:19Zakat.
01:20to give Zakat, only that will be minused, not the entire loan.
01:24And the rest of the wealth that he has,
01:272.5% of that will have to be deducted from Zakat.
01:30Some Ulema give this fatwa that whatever loan it is,
01:33whether it is to be given immediately or later,
01:35all of it should be minused.
01:37But there are such issues that people,
01:39by doing Heela Sharai,
01:41I won't call it Heela Sharai,
01:43but by doing Heela, they save their Zakat
01:46or disturb other matters.
01:48Therefore, they won't be given Riyayat.
01:50This is our issue.
01:52In our opinion, this is the right issue
01:54that Zakat will be imposed on him.
01:56A young man says,
01:58I have forbidden my mother
02:01to touch her future son-in-law's head
02:04or his back with love.
02:07Similarly, I have forbidden her
02:09to greet her future son-in-law or his father
02:11or to greet him back.
02:14Am I doing the right thing?
02:16A woman should be careful
02:18that her son-in-law,
02:20as he is yet to be born,
02:22as you said,
02:24he is unlawful.
02:26And it is not permissible to touch an unlawful person.
02:28He should stay away.
02:30Yes, the answer to the greeting
02:32is common in our tradition
02:34that when the groom's family comes home
02:36or the groom's family comes
02:38and there is a get-together
02:40or they sit together
02:42to greet each other
02:44then the other person will feel bad
02:46and there will be a difference in the relationship.
02:48There can be an opportunity for an answer to this.
02:50Otherwise, it is right to touch
02:52that this should be avoided.
02:54Yes, when the son-in-law will be born,
02:56then in this son-in-law and mother-in-law
02:58a relationship of prohibition will be established.
03:00Then she can
03:02touch her head with love.
03:04But that also happens
03:06when this hand-touching
03:08is not a cause of sedition.
03:10Because sometimes it happens
03:12that the mother-in-law is young
03:14and because of that
03:16bad thoughts can come to the heart.
03:18So, if she is old enough
03:20then after becoming a son-in-law
03:22this action can also be allowed.
03:24A girl says that
03:26she really wants to watch a drama.
03:28Can I watch a romantic drama?
03:30Look, you can't watch a romantic drama
03:32at all.
03:34I mean, watch any scene
03:36that will cause damage to the heart
03:38which is prohibited in itself.
03:40I mean, such a thing is being shown
03:42that if you see it in reality
03:44then it should be completely prohibited.
03:46For example, watching a drama
03:48has obscene words and
03:50sometimes wrong characters are shown.
03:52Although they are shown
03:54with the intention of
03:56making the society unlawful.
03:58But no one can deny that
04:00you want to show the real picture
04:02of a society.
04:04But the other person accepts
04:06the negative effect from it
04:08It is not so innocent
04:10that we do not understand
04:12what negative effects
04:14will be on the minds of young children.
04:16That is why it will be completely prohibited.
04:18Yes, if there is a drama
04:20in which there is no
04:22illegal scene,
04:24you are getting a chance to learn religion
04:26and there is a lesson.
04:28For example, some Turkish dramas
04:30were dubbed and shown here.
04:32And if there is some passion
04:34and some Islamic
04:36importance,
04:38then there is a chance to learn.
04:40Otherwise, nowadays,
04:42in such dramas,
04:44such a thing is shown
04:46that in the mind of a girl
04:48who lives at home,
04:50in her heart,
04:52despite all the precautions of her parents,
04:54bad thoughts come to her mind
04:56and then she goes to do her practical.
04:58Then when she goes to school or college,
05:00similarly, friends with girls
05:02who keep in mind,
05:04hundreds of such cases come to us
05:06that when the work is spoiled,
05:08sometimes the girls themselves
05:10are contacting us,
05:12sometimes the parents themselves
05:14are learning Shariah from us.
05:16Therefore, the more we avoid it,
05:18the better it is.
05:20There is a caller with us.
05:22Assalamu alaikum.
05:24Wa alaikum salam.
05:26How are you?
05:28Is everything okay?
05:30May Allah bless you.
05:32If the Jama'at is formed
05:34after two or one,
05:36then the intention
05:38of the Jama'at
05:40is not to say
05:42Salam or not,
05:44it is a matter
05:46of agreement
05:48and non-agreement.
05:50Tell me again,
05:52sister.
05:54I work in a college
05:56and my timings there
05:58are from 8.30 to 2.30 pm.
06:00Now,
06:02everyone's timings are the same
06:04as the number of staff and faculty.
06:06So, our head of the department
06:08is also there,
06:10so no one is following this time,
06:12only one or two people are following it.
06:14So, the head of the department
06:16also comes till 10.30 pm,
06:18goes at 1 pm or comes at 11.30 pm,
06:20goes to do clinic somewhere
06:22or goes to take lectures in other colleges.
06:24Ok.
06:26So, and the female staff
06:28goes at 12.30 pm or 1 pm.
06:30Ok. Now, what do you want to ask?
06:32Is it permissible or not?
06:34Will I also become like her?
06:36Whose responsibility will it be?
06:38Will it be on the head of the department
06:40or should I complete the time?
06:42In the end, only one or two males remain,
06:44all females go.
06:46I will tell you.
06:48See, the first thing is
06:50that if you reach the mosque
06:52and the Jama'at is ready,
06:54then according to the jurisprudence of Hanafi,
06:56apart from Fajr, all the Jama'ats
06:58are instructed not to start Sunnah.
07:00Ok. Now, it doesn't happen before Maghrib,
07:02but like before Zuhr,
07:04before Asr, before Isha,
07:06then you cannot start Sunnah.
07:08If the time is so tight that the Jama'at is about to stand,
07:10then it is forbidden to be busy in Sunnah.
07:12Now, you will directly join the Jama'at,
07:14then after the Jama'at,
07:16first they will teach Sunnah Qabliya,
07:18then if there is any Sunnah after this,
07:20then it will be taught.
07:22But in Asr, they will not do this.
07:24You cannot start Sunnah after Asr,
07:26but like in Zuhr, you can start it later.
07:28In Isha, you will start it later.
07:30But the command of Fajr is that
07:32ok, I will complete my answer,
07:34but after a short break.
07:36Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.
07:38So, I was requesting you
07:40that if you come to the mosque at such a time
07:42that the Jama'at is about to stand,
07:44then apart from Sunnah of Fajr,
07:46you will not do any Sunnah.
07:48The command of Sunnah of Fajr is
07:50that you first think
07:52that before saying Salaam,
07:54I can read Sunnah and join the Jama'at.
07:56If the answer is yes,
07:58then first read Sunnah on one side
08:00and then join the Jama'at.
08:02Because the Sunnah of Fajr is more recited.
08:04And if you are sure that the Jama'at will stand,
08:06then you cannot read it.
08:08And one more thing is that
08:10as you have asked a question,
08:12I have added that you have started
08:14before Zuhr, before Asr or Isha,
08:16and the Jama'at has already stood,
08:18then what should you do?
08:20For example,
08:22there are four Sunnahs before Zuhr,
08:24four Sunnahs before Jummah,
08:26and if there are four Sunnahs
08:28before Asr and four Sunnahs before Isha,
08:30then it is better to read two and
08:32then say Salaam.
08:34These two will become Nafl,
08:36and then you keep the Jama'at ahead.
08:38If you complete this and join the Jama'at,
08:40then you will not be a sinner.
08:42One person says that
08:44the college time is from 8.30 to 2.30 pm,
08:46but almost all the teachers
08:48come late,
08:50leave early,
08:52and if I stay and complete the time,
08:54then in the end there are
08:56two male teachers left,
08:58so should I follow their way
09:00or should I complete my time?
09:02We have said this before,
09:04when you provide a service
09:06to someone,
09:08it is called Ijara in Shari'a,
09:10and the employee
09:12is called Ajeer in Arabic,
09:14there are two types,
09:16Ajeer-e-Khaas and Ajeer-e-Mujtaraq.
09:18Ajeer-e-Mujtaraq is one
09:20who is doing the work of many people at one time,
09:22like tailor, plumber, electrician etc.
09:24and the other is Ajeer-e-Khaas.
09:26Ajeer-e-Khaas is one who
09:28is associated with a special institution
09:30and has a special timing,
09:32like you said about the college,
09:34you are Ajeer-e-Khaas,
09:36and Ajeer-e-Khaas will be made
09:38on the basis of two reasons,
09:40number one,
09:42he should complete the time,
09:44like if you have 8.30 to 8.30,
09:46then come by 8.30 to 8.30,
09:48and number two,
09:50he should complete the work assigned to him,
09:52so if he doesn't complete the work,
09:54then also the salary will be deducted,
09:56and if you reach late or leave early,
09:58then the salary of the month,
10:00if you divide it by 30,
10:02then the salary will be deducted per day,
10:04then in that,
10:06the number of hours,
10:08the number of minutes you have worked,
10:10then divide the one day's salary
10:12by the number of hours,
10:14so as much as you have worked,
10:16you don't deserve that much salary,
10:18it is completely unlawful for you to take that,
10:20and understand that,
10:22in the hereafter,
10:24there can be a severe punishment,
10:26and if you come there,
10:28there is no work,
10:30like in the days of exams,
10:32sometimes there is no activity in the college,
10:34the students are also preparing,
10:36in that also,
10:38if there is no work,
10:40you will have to complete your time,
10:42so if you want that,
10:44when he is standing in the field of society,
10:46bowing his head in shame,
10:48his feet are trembling in fear,
10:50and God forbid,
10:52God forbid,
10:54for him,
10:56the displeasure of Allah is necessary,
10:58if you are also part of this list,
11:00then do whatever you want,
11:02and make it a proof,
11:04that if everyone is doing it,
11:06then I will also do it,
11:08but if someone doesn't agree,
11:10and you want him to be busy,
11:12I am happily going to Jannah,
11:14with my deeds in my right hand,
11:16and everyone is looking at me,
11:18with regret,
11:20and regretting,
11:22that I wish I had done it like him,
11:24if they want,
11:26then the world can do whatever they want,
11:28you have to do that,
11:30which is Allah's will,
11:32so you complete your time,
11:34and when you have joined there,
11:36if you are a male teacher,
11:38you may have said this sentence,
11:40that the command may change,
11:42and the woman will be left alone,
11:44so you are working with them,
11:46and you may have some obligation,
11:48so even if you are a male teacher,
11:50you may sit separately,
11:52and do not interfere with them,
11:54but you have to complete your time,
11:56we have a caller with us,
11:58Assalamu Alaikum,
12:00Walaikum Assalam,
12:02Walaikum Assalam,
12:04the first question is,
12:06if the wife dies,
12:08the husband can see her funeral,
12:10and if the husband dies,
12:12the wife can see it,
12:14and the second question is,
12:16Allah says,
12:18when I do not want to harm anyone,
12:20then no one can harm him,
12:22this is a matter of observation,
12:24and memorization,
12:26please explain this,
12:28ok, let's go,
12:30there is another caller,
12:32my husband comes in my dreams,
12:34when he is worried,
12:36otherwise my mother has just died,
12:38so she never comes in my dreams,
12:40so how do I know,
12:42if he is happy or angry with me,
12:44the third question is,
12:46people say,
12:48if you don't sleep at night,
12:50then you have to perform tahajjud,
12:52and to sleep at night,
12:54you have to perform tahajjud,
12:56and my third question is,
12:58our ladies,
13:00we can perform tahajjud without
13:02our husband's permission,
13:04ok,
13:06let me explain,
13:08they say,
13:10if the wife dies,
13:12can the husband see the funeral,
13:14yes, he can see it,
13:16he can see the face,
13:18he can give his shoulder to the funeral,
13:20he can take his wife to the grave,
13:22because seeing it,
13:24and touching the veil,
13:26is not prohibited,
13:28according to the world law,
13:30according to the Islamic law,
13:32the nikkah is terminated temporarily,
13:34it is not that the wife is no longer a wife,
13:36in the field of society,
13:38if they are husband and wife,
13:40they will go to heaven,
13:42but because the wife has passed away,
13:44if the husband wants,
13:46he can have 4 more nikkahs,
13:48that is the fifth,
13:50because the rule of law is,
13:52that you can have 4 nikkahs at a time,
13:54because if the wife has passed away,
13:56he can have 4 more nikkahs,
13:58because that nikkah was terminated due to death,
14:00so on the basis of this rule of law,
14:02they say that the nikkah is terminated,
14:04but the reality is not terminated,
14:06that is why the husband and wife
14:08will rise in the field of society,
14:10so the same nikkah,
14:12the husband can see it,
14:14he can give his shoulder to the funeral,
14:16and touch the veil,
14:18yes, he cannot give the veil,
14:20because he has to touch the veil,
14:22and for the wife,
14:24that is why she cannot have the second nikkah,
14:26although there are other wisdoms,
14:28like mourning,
14:30this is also the purpose of Shara,
14:32but the wife can see the husband,
14:34she can even give him a bath,
14:36in the light of Hanafi jurisprudence,
14:38but the husband cannot do this,
14:40it has the same principles that I told you,
14:42they say that when Allah,
14:44mentioned the meaning of the verses,
14:46that without my will,
14:48no one can harm anyone,
14:50then what is this magic,
14:52there is no contradiction in this,
14:54it is true that without Allah's will,
14:56no one can harm anyone,
14:58without Allah's will,
15:00no one can harm anyone,
15:02but when someone intends to harm,
15:04and Allah does not stop him,
15:06then it means that Allah himself,
15:08is pleased to harm him,
15:10or he wants to test him,
15:12or he wants to test him,
15:14otherwise if Allah did not want,
15:16it would not have happened,
15:18the magic that the Israelites did,
15:20Allah said about it,
15:26that they cannot harm anyone,
15:28through this magic,
15:30except with Allah's permission,
15:32so if someone does magic,
15:34if Allah does not want,
15:36Allah's eternal will is that,
15:38this magic does not reach him,
15:40no matter how much magic he does,
15:42nothing will happen,
15:44and if Allah has decided from the beginning,
15:46that I will test this person at this time,
15:48and if his effect reaches here,
15:50then it is with Allah's will,
15:52so there is no contradiction in this,
15:54we will take a short break,
15:56I am sure you will be with us.
15:58In the name of Allah, most Gracious, ever Merciful.
16:00So in your service,
16:02we were making this request,
16:04and keep this Hadith in mind,
16:06when I was a student,
16:08I have repeatedly said that
16:10I have kept it here,
16:12and till today,
16:14I have received a lot of support from it.
16:16The Prophet said to Hazrat Ibn Abbas,
16:18may Allah be pleased with him,
16:20that Ibn Abbas,
16:22if the whole world is gathered
16:24to benefit you,
16:26then it can only benefit you
16:28as much as Allah has written in your destiny.
16:30And if all these people
16:32gather to benefit you,
16:34gather to harm you,
16:36then they can only harm you
16:38as much as Allah has written in your destiny.
16:40This means that
16:42no one can harm you without Allah's will.
16:44When we use the word will,
16:46there are two things.
16:48One is that
16:50Allah will not be a hindrance in this.
16:52This is what happens.
16:54But will Allah be pleased with that action?
16:56This is not necessary.
16:58For example, magic was done,
17:00and it was decided by Allah that
17:02whoever it was done on,
17:04Allah wants to test him.
17:06So Allah did not put any hindrance,
17:08and the effect of magic reached him.
17:10So we will say that it was done by Allah's will.
17:12The word will is
17:14Riza, Khushi.
17:16Here, when we say
17:18that it was done by Allah's will,
17:20then it means that
17:22Allah did not put any hindrance.
17:24Otherwise, if we want to harm
17:26a Muslim brother,
17:28then Allah will be pleased with him.
17:30And the second is
17:32that it was done by Allah's will.
17:34In that, you can say
17:36that someone did something
17:38and it did not affect him.
17:40So it means that
17:42Allah loved
17:44that his Muslim brother,
17:46his obedient brother,
17:48should be protected from this harm.
17:50So Allah did not let it affect him.
17:52I hope you have understood.
17:54Magic is right in its place.
17:56The evil eye is also right.
17:58But it will only affect
18:00when Allah removes the obstacles.
18:02Nothing can happen without Allah's will.
18:04So instead of being afraid,
18:06those who are doing it,
18:08instead of being afraid of those
18:10who are doing it,
18:12keep a firm heart towards Allah.
18:14He will love you.
18:16The whole world will be your enemy.
18:18Not even a hair can break you.
18:20Keep your faith strong.
18:22This sister says
18:24that if you see your parents
18:26in a dream,
18:28they are also worried.
18:30If you look at Khushi,
18:32you can see happiness.
18:34But how will I know
18:36if they are happy or angry?
18:38The problem is
18:40that why do you keep it in a dream?
18:42Look at your life.
18:44Did you misbehave with them?
18:46Did you speak harshly to them?
18:48Did you look them in the eye?
18:50Did you scold them?
18:52Did you think of them as lowly?
18:54Did you abuse them?
18:56Did you scold them for small things?
18:58Did you call them stupid?
19:00Did you scold their hands?
19:02Did you think of them as lowly
19:04and delayed their work?
19:06If these things are there,
19:08then they may be
19:10happy with you.
19:12But these are very big signs.
19:14And if you had served them fully,
19:16had quietly bowed your head
19:18at their scolding,
19:20had accepted all their permissiveness,
19:22had never hurt them,
19:24had spoken to them intentionally,
19:26then they will be happy with you.
19:28Instead of knowing
19:30if they are angry or happy,
19:32I will tell you a way
19:34which will make them happy.
19:36You are a woman,
19:38do not go to the graveyard.
19:40If you are a man,
19:42visit their grave every Friday.
19:44And our sisters can do all this
19:46that pray for them with forgiveness
19:48and forgiveness.
19:50Do a lot of good deeds for them
19:52and do a lot of good deeds.
19:54If they have a loan,
19:56then pay off the loan.
19:58If their relatives and friends
20:00have made an unlawful will
20:02or if they have sworn
20:04to do something,
20:06even though it is not a legal oath,
20:08but if there is no
20:10legal violation,
20:12then fulfill it.
20:14This is the reason for their comfort.
20:16So this was your answer.
20:18Now I am telling you
20:20that when parents die,
20:22I do not deny this good sentiment
20:24that I do not know
20:26if they are happy or not.
20:28But keep in mind
20:30whether Allah is pleased with me or not.
20:32What good deeds I am doing
20:34or what bad deeds I am doing
20:36that Allah will be pleased with me
20:38or Allah will be angry with me.
20:40We have not upset
20:42the heart of His Beloved.
20:44We have not served
20:46the religion of His Beloved.
20:48Pay attention to this too.
20:50Sometimes we pay full attention
20:52to the creatures,
20:54but we are very careless
20:56But when the command of Allah
20:58is to pray five times a day,
21:00we will not pray.
21:02We will not learn the knowledge of religion.
21:04We will not fast in Ramadan.
21:06We will not eat halal food.
21:08We will not see bad things.
21:10We will not say bad things.
21:12We will not hurt people.
21:14We will definitely do everything.
21:16I do not know if my mother is happy or not.
21:18This is a strange situation
21:20that Allah should be angry
21:22and my mother should be happy.
21:24Allah will be pleased with me.
21:26Allah will be pleased with me.
21:28This means that if you please your parents,
21:30then you can do any sin.
21:32You can drink alcohol.
21:34You can commit adultery.
21:36Will Allah be pleased with you?
21:38You will say that this is not what we mean.
21:40Then what is the meaning?
21:42This means that Allah has to be pleased
21:44and the creatures have to be pleased
21:46by the command of Allah.
21:48Only then will the hereafter be beneficial.
21:50So do not limit your attention
21:52and think about your beloved
21:54Prophet Muhammad.
21:56We have to reach him
21:58in the field of society.
22:00The government will also
22:02consider the actions of its followers.
22:04They will also intercede for them.
22:06And if there is someone
22:08who does such a wrong thing,
22:10then it is possible that your heart
22:12is upset.
22:14So we should do such a thing
22:16that your head is proud.
22:18Your heart is happy.
22:20Some people say that
22:22it is obligatory to sleep after Isha
22:24to perform Tahajjud.
22:26This is absolutely true.
22:28I have explained this to you many times.
22:30I will say it again.
22:32There are some actions
22:34that were not introduced
22:36before the Prophet's introduction.
22:38Their introduction was only
22:40introduced by the government
22:42by Shariah.
22:44And the condition of the action
22:46is that the way the Prophet
22:48performed Tahajjud,
22:50you will have to follow
22:52the same way.
22:54Because we cannot know
22:56with reason.
22:58We can know only by the Prophet's
23:00introduction.
23:02So the method of the government
23:04in Tahajjud was that
23:06after performing Isha,
23:08you used to sleep.
23:10After this, you used to wake up
23:12and perform Tahajjud.
23:14Whether you sleep for a short time
23:16or not,
23:18you will perform Tahajjud.
23:20If you do not sleep
23:22and you wake up in the night,
23:24you will definitely call it
23:26Qiyamul Layal.
23:28But you will not perform
23:30Tahajjud.
23:32This sister said that
23:34the sisters who
23:36fast because of
23:38menstruation,
23:40is it necessary to
23:42get permission from
23:44the husband?
23:46But if the husband is
23:48refusing without any reason,
23:50then the husband's name
23:52will not be heard because
23:54these are obligatory fasts
23:56and their Qaza is necessary.
23:58So the husband's obedience
24:00is not there.
24:02Yes, if there are
24:04Nawafil or Sunan,
24:06then the husband's
24:08obedience is absolutely
24:10necessary.
24:12If you have to go to a party
24:14or a religious program,
24:16then if the husband refuses
24:18to stay at home and take care of the children,
24:20then obedience will be necessary.
24:22But Qaza fasts have a different
24:24command. If the husband is
24:26refusing for no reason,
24:28then do not obey.
24:30And if it is due to a valid reason,
24:32then since you can keep it all your life,
24:34then do not spoil the atmosphere of the house.
24:36At that time, listen to the husband
24:38and then leave it for a day or two.
24:40How to watch
24:42Vlog on YouTube?
24:44And how can you watch it?
24:46See, nothing is
24:48absolutely forbidden to watch.
24:50Absolute means without any condition.
24:52Conditions are, if there is
24:54a bad scene. Anyway, there is a conversation
24:56going on in the vlog.
24:58You can watch any documentary
25:00in which there is nothing bad.
25:02In this way, it is a good thing in a vlog.
25:04It is a standard thing because a lot of people
25:06are providing information.
25:08Some things are very beneficial.
25:10So you can listen to it.
25:12There is no harm.
25:14But there are things that are
25:16contrary to the Sharia.
25:18And especially, if God forbid,
25:20there is such a vlog in which
25:22it is being said against your Akabirs.
25:24The companions of the Holy Prophet
25:26are being said about the
25:28Ahl-e-Bayt-e-Atuhar.
25:30Then watching it is a very
25:32severe sin. And towards the destruction
25:34of faith, if I say this is the first
25:36time, then it will not be without reason.
25:38Save yourself from it and try to
25:40save your children from it.
25:42A sister said that can we
25:44celebrate our birthday or not?
25:46And if we celebrate, will we celebrate
25:48according to Islamic months or
25:50according to English years?
25:52See, birthday,
25:54this was not the way of our religion.
25:56It came from the British.
25:58But it is necessary that if
26:00a non-Muslim way came to us
26:02and it is not a religious
26:04sign and not a national sign.
26:06Religious sign means
26:08such a sign that
26:10if someone sees it, he will say
26:12it is such and such. Like Christians
26:14hang a cross. If a Muslim
26:16hangs a cross, then no one will
26:18believe that he is a Muslim.
26:20They will say that he is a Christian.
26:22So this is called a religious sign.
26:24And the meaning of a national sign
26:26is that the action with a nation
26:28is so special that when you see
26:30that action or that thing,
26:32For example, when the British came
26:34to India from outside, they wore
26:36a pantshirt and their soldiers
26:38were in special uniforms,
26:40which also included a necker.
26:42So if it was coming from a distance,
26:44they would have seen it and said
26:46that the white man is coming.
26:48But now this is called a national sign.
26:50But if there is something that
26:52has come from there, but
26:54it has become very common among
26:56our Muslims and neither
26:58is it a religious or national sign,
27:00which we are celebrating today.
27:02If there is no other sign,
27:04such as breaking crackers,
27:06disturbing people's sleep,
27:08or a mix of men and women,
27:10or if there is a condition
27:12that whoever comes will
27:14definitely give at least
27:16ten thousand rupees as a gift.
27:18If this is not the case,
27:20men are separate, women are separate,
27:22and there is an atmosphere of happiness,
27:24then our religion does not
27:26prohibit all forms of happiness
27:28Those who read the Quran and Hadith
27:30know everything.
27:32So calling a birthday as Bidat
27:34can be permissible,
27:36but it will not be prohibited.
27:38And then the events of our life
27:40are all in accordance with
27:42Islamic history,
27:44so make it the basis.
27:46A girl asked that if a virgin
27:48opens her hair at night and
27:50goes to the roof,
27:52even though she is not
27:54afraid of the evil eye,
27:56she can stick to it,
27:58so be very careful.
28:00Our Prophet said that
28:02when it is time for Maghrib,
28:04put the children inside and
28:06close the doors,
28:08because at that time a creature
28:10spreads which you do not see.
28:12The Shariah has stated that
28:14Jinn and Satan are dangerous
28:16types of infidel Jinn,
28:18who forcefully try to
28:20influence the children.
28:22And there are also such
28:24infidel Jinn,
28:26who sometimes treat
28:28children in this way.
28:30Allah has clearly stated in the
28:32Qur'an that those who take
28:34interest in the world,
28:36will be in a state of
28:38bewilderment,
28:40as if the devil
28:42touched someone and
28:44made him crazy.
28:46It is certain that there are
28:48some such creatures,
28:50and when Allah Almighty
28:52puts a barrier,
28:54no one can touch them.
28:56But when Allah removes
28:58the barrier,
29:00it is proven that
29:02Satan sometimes makes
29:04people go crazy.
29:06Therefore, sisters should
29:08avoid going out after Maghrib.
29:10Some people say that
29:12even the British go out,
29:14but no one touches them.
29:16I ask you to stay with
29:18every British,
29:20there are hundreds of reports
29:22about the effects of Jinn.
29:24All the reports are positive.
29:26Do doctors also go crazy?
29:28That is why they also
29:30have the concept of
29:32Jinn and witches.
29:34But we have the concept
29:36of Jinn.
29:38If a female Jinn is
29:40imagined, it is a different matter.
29:42In short, it is possible
29:44that sisters should be careful.
29:46It is also said that
29:48if a female Jinn is imagined,
29:50it is also possible.
29:52But if there is a perfume
29:54that spreads a lot,
29:56then the Satanic Jinn
29:58may not be aware of it.
30:00Human Jinn will definitely be aware
30:02that whoever is passing by,
30:04who has passed by,
30:06the fragrance is very strong,
30:08then this person will be aware.
30:10That is why the Prophet
30:12forbade the woman
30:14to apply such a fragrance
30:16so that it does not spread far away.
30:18Avoid this too.
30:20Similarly, he said that if a woman
30:22with hazardous breath
30:24urinates under a tree or
30:26goes to a desolate place at night,
30:28does it affect things?
30:30Just like I said,
30:32our sisters should avoid
30:34these things.
30:36In fact, the government
30:38has forbidden to urinate
30:40under the trees.
30:42One reason is that people
30:44will be worried.
30:46Secondly, sometimes
30:48Jinn are worshipping under the trees.
30:50They are not disbelievers,
30:52they are Muslim Jinn.
30:54If you do such things,
30:56they will be hurt.
30:58That is why such things
31:00should be avoided.
31:02It is said that a person
31:04came from a neighboring country
31:06who has a government job
31:08in a gas station.
31:10He works in hotels,
31:12but he goes beyond the date
31:14and does not pay the bill.
31:16So, it should be done
31:18to cut the meter of his gas.
31:20But he does not cut it,
31:22he gives him time.
31:24The benefit of this is that
31:26he orders food from his hotel
31:28for free,
31:30he orders sweets,
31:32he orders roti from his children,
31:34etc.
31:36What is the judgment
31:38about this?
31:40First of all,
31:42this kind of leniency,
31:44which is not given by the court,
31:46is a great sin.
31:48Yes, they have said it themselves.
31:50Sometimes, it is a strict order.
31:52But the court tells them
31:54to give him time
31:56if he is worried.
31:58But if he is not worried,
32:00they cannot give him a day's time
32:02because he is not the owner.
32:04Secondly, it is a bribe
32:06and it is a great sin.
32:08It is a fire of hell
32:10that he is putting in his stomach.
32:12And certainly,
32:14if such a person is so unlucky,
32:16then if you give him money
32:18and ask for roti,
32:20it is possible that he will
32:22give you the bribed roti.
32:24So, he should avoid
32:26such a person.
32:28In fact, if he announces everything,
32:30then we should do something
32:32to express our displeasure.
32:34Sometimes we see that
32:36a person is doing a good deed,
32:38taking bribes and
32:40harassing people.
32:42But we say that
32:44he is doing a good deed
32:46and we treat him well.
32:48Then that person believes
32:50that despite my bad deeds
32:52and actions,
32:54there is no loss in my reputation,
32:56there is no scandal,
32:58people are not hating me.
33:00It means that sometimes
33:02we treat such people
33:04with arrogance.
33:06Even though we do not intend to.
33:08So, we should express our displeasure
33:10and end relations with such people
33:12so that they get pressure
33:14and stop committing sins.
33:16This is a very good and
33:18desirable solution.
33:20It is said that sometimes
33:22women apply henna
33:24on the forehead
33:26and on the forehead.
33:28How to do this?
33:30For this, you have to go outside
33:32and apply henna on the forehead
33:34and on the forehead.
33:36If you are not sure
33:38whether to apply henna or not,
33:40then where should you apply it?
33:42A woman can adorn her forehead
33:44only if she does not intend
33:46to show her forehead.
33:48She should be careful
33:50not to show her forehead.
33:52So, apply henna on your forehead
33:54and on your husband's forehead.
33:56If you get a chance to go out
33:58and some people apply henna
34:00on their forehead,
34:02it looks more beautiful.
34:04If a man goes out
34:06for no reason,
34:08then it is better
34:10to buy gloves.
34:12There are black gloves
34:14for women.
34:16So that no man
34:18looks at you.
34:20It is not right
34:22to say that men should not
34:24look at women.
34:26Our women are stubborn.
34:28It is right that men should not
34:30look at women.
34:32If men do not look at women,
34:34then they are doing wrong.
34:36If they are freeing their eyes,
34:38then they are also doing wrong.
34:40So, you should be careful.
34:42I hope that you will pay attention
34:44to this.
34:46Now, our program is coming to an end.
34:48I would like to take your leave.
34:50It is my humble request.
34:52Alhamdulillah, many people
34:54are watching this program.
34:56Please show this program to
34:58at least one person every week.
35:00It is also available on YouTube.
35:02It will be available tonight.
35:04If anyone wants to watch it later,
35:06please invite them to watch it.
35:08InshaAllah, your efforts will
35:10also be included in the propagation
35:12of the religion and the distribution
35:14of knowledge.
35:16May Allah grant you success.
35:18Ameen.
