At an early morning meeting, Rumbold talks to the staff about what ideas could be used to boost Christmas sales figures during the holiday season. However, although some ideas are proposed, Mr Grace informs the staff he has already decided on what to do. For Peacock and his colleagues, all are made to wear novelty costumes during opening hours, something which none of them are too happy about.
