01:32In the middle of increasing the price of goods, the DSWD is studying the possible adjustments to the grants given to 4Ps beneficiaries.

01:40The DSWD and the National Economic Development Authority are studying how much or how many percent the possible increase is.

01:49The Department of Social Welfare and Development helped the National Economic and Development Authority

01:55to present the proposed adjustments to the cash grants.

01:59But this is for the approval of the President and our economic managers.

02:21At the same time, the DSWD is also studying the possibility of an amendment to the 4Ps law

02:34At present, the 4Ps beneficiaries receive a grant of P300 to P700 depending on the rate of the school of the child.

02:42There is an additional P750 health grant and P600 monthly rice allowance.

02:48For pregnant women and newborns, the DSWD has just approved an increase in the health grant they are receiving.

02:55The DSWD has previously clarified that the 4Ps beneficiaries are not being doled out,

03:03but are being paid according to their needs.
