00:00Good timing. Hey, how are you doing? Great. How you doing?
00:07Welcome to Saint Charles. Yes, I'm loving what I'm seeing and
00:09this is just the outside. Can I? I'm excited to show you. Come
00:12on in.
00:19Superbad blends warmth and livability with characteristic
00:23industrial design. Clean, open, and exposed. So, Clark, you got
00:28this great metal here, this great steel, right? But these
00:32are just back-to-back shipping crates, right? That's correct.
00:36We have a container on this side and then we have another
00:38container that abuts on this side. On the first floor, we
00:41have four of them and on the second floor, we have three of
00:44them. Gotcha. We've all been in a shipping container for one
00:47reason or another and it doesn't sound like this. This
00:50is like a warm, rich feel in here. The house is well
00:54insulated with spray foam. When you walk in here, you can tell
00:57it's solid. Just by talking and speaking, listen to noise.
01:00It's like a tank.
