00:00Right off the main living space is the kitchen, where esoteric meets intentional.
00:07And I love the functionality.
00:08I mean, this is built in, but it's got a purpose.
00:11Yeah, it's funky, but functional, you know.
00:13This is a cutting board.
00:14That's extra storage.
00:16We got a built-in knife stand.
00:19Next to the kitchen is the dining room, where elements that are literally tubular help keep
00:23this home totally cool with temps in the 70s year round.
00:27And then you got, is this extra light coming in?
00:29What's going on here?
00:30So these are actually a big part of the design for the house.
00:33So these allow air flow.
00:34Right now, it's in like winter mode, where if it was cold, all the air is trapped in.
00:39But summertime gets hot, man, that's cool.
00:43Oh, dude.
00:44That's cool.
00:45So it just ventilates from there?
00:47Yep.
00:48No air conditioning, no mechanical heating, all natural.
00:52That's cool.
