With so many mega-contracts due, will the Cowboys be able to afford to pay DaRon Bland?

The Cowboys are about to give out massive deals to Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, and Micah Parsons, and they're already paying players like Trevon Diggs & Terence Steele around $20m a season. With so much money already spent, will they have money to keep a young standout like DaRon Bland? Shan & RJ discuss that and what Micah Parsons said at his presser here at Cowboys camp last week.

00:00But the Jaguar signed Tyson Campbell to a new extension, and this is a guy who does
00:19not really have any accolades.
00:22He just got a four year, $76.5 million extension, that's $19 million annually, for a corner
00:29that has never made the Pro Bowl in his career.
00:32Doesn't have All-Pro, I don't even think he's ever made any of these NFL Top 100 lists.
00:38Tyson Campbell, I think he was an honorable mention on that corner list we did a couple
00:43weeks ago from ESPN, he was not in the Top 10.
00:47So the highest paid corner in NFL history without a Pro Bowl, this very well might set
00:53the floor for Derron Bland at $21 million a year.
00:56You're already paying Trayvon Diggs $20.
00:59You're paying Terrence Steele almost $20.
01:02You're going to have $35-ish around there if you want to get Mike NCD done, and you're
01:08potentially looking at $60.
01:10Is Derron Bland set up now to be the highest paid corner, or is this more setting up for
01:15a squeeze?
01:16The highest paid corner in the NFL, which is $21 million right now, for Jair Alexander.
01:20Or are you setting yourself up for this as a squeeze, and Derron Bland may be a rookie
01:24contract and done here in Dallas?
01:26Didn't you say corners fall in line more so than wideouts, or no?
01:31Typically they've not had an aggressive reset the same way.
01:34Oh, does it have to be either or?
01:37Like he's either going to be the highest paid or gone?
01:40I think that what you're looking at spending the minimum of $20 million, does Dallas feel
01:47like they can commit another $20 million to somebody else on defense?
01:50I don't think so.
01:51I'll lean towards a squeeze.
01:52And when is he up?
01:53He's got one more year after this year.
01:55So he'll see the end of this year, and then he's got the next season.
