00:23where various programs and initiatives of small businesses were promoted.

00:29Aside from that, Roque was also involved in various branches of DTI.

00:33Roque completed his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management Engineering,

00:38Minor in Chemical Engineering at De La Salle University.

00:42The President believes that Roque is worthy of his position
