00:00Assalam-o-Alaikum, today I am going to share with you a very delicious and aromatic beef yakhni pulao recipe.
00:08Today I am going to share with you the recipe of 1 kg rice perfect yakhni pulao, which I have prepared with perfect measurements.
00:16Believe me, when you make this aromatic pulao once, you will want to make this pulao every time.
00:23This recipe is also a super hit recipe in my family. We will not waste any time here. Let's start the recipe.
00:32First of all, we will take 1 kg of beef with bones in a pan. I am also adding a big piece of bone here.
00:40It weighs about 250 grams. Now we will add 7-8 big-sized garlic cloves.
00:47Also, we will add 2-inch pieces of ginger and roughly chop a medium-sized onion.
00:55Now we will add 2 tablespoons of coriander seeds.
00:59Also, we will add 2 tablespoons of fennel seeds.
01:03Now we will add half a tablespoon of cumin seeds.
01:08You have to add a big-sized cinnamon stick.
01:12Also, we will add 2 big-sized black cardamoms.
01:16Now we will add 2 big-sized bay leaves.

01:28Also, we will add 6-7 cloves.
01:31Now we will add 2 tablespoons of salt. You can add salt according to your taste.
01:37Now I will add 3 liters of water to prepare the yakhni.
01:41You can use 2.5 to 3 liters of water.
01:45To prepare the yakhni, you have to add all the spices.
01:50You don't have to add any ground spices.
01:53Now we will cover it and cook it on high heat for 10 minutes.
01:57You have to keep the flame high until the water starts boiling.
02:01As soon as the water starts boiling, you have to turn the flame from medium to high.
02:06To cook the meat, you have to cook it on medium to high flame.
02:10To make the pulao, you have to cook the meat up to 95%.
02:14It took me 1 hour and 10 minutes to cook the meat.
02:18The time to cook the meat depends on the quality of the meat.

02:26If you want, you can cook the meat in the cooker.
02:30But when you cook the meat in the cooker, you will keep the amount of water a little less.
02:36Now you have to separate the cooked meat from the yakhni and keep it aside.

02:47While making the yakhni, the work of the bones was only up to here.
02:51You have to take care that whenever you make yakhni pulao, you have to use bones.
02:57Now we will take 8 to 10 cloves of garlic and 2 inches of ginger.
03:02We will also take 12 to 15 green chilies and grind all these things to make a paste.

03:10Now we will put 1 cup of oil in a pan and add 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped.
03:17We will brown the onions on medium to high flame.
03:20You have to keep stirring the onions while frying.
03:24As soon as the onions turn brown, you have to remove half of the fried onions.
03:30Now we will add 2 teaspoons of cumin seeds to the remaining onions.
03:34We will add 3 small-sized bay leaves to it.
03:38We will add 1 large-sized bay leaf.
03:41We will add 4 to 5 green cardamoms to it and fry it until it smells good.
03:46As soon as the spices smell good, you have to add the meat to it.
03:52You have to fry it on medium to high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
03:57After frying the meat well, we will add the paste that we had prepared of garlic, ginger and green chilies.
04:05We will fry it well so that the raw smell of it is gone.
04:09To save time, I had ground the green chilies together.
04:13But if you cut the green chilies and add it, its taste will be very good.
04:18Now we will add 3 quarters cup or 150 grams of yogurt to it and cook it until the water of yogurt dries up.
04:26As soon as the water of yogurt dries up, you have to add 2 medium-sized chopped tomatoes to it.
04:32We will add 3 to 4 tablespoons of black pepper powder to it.
04:36We will add half a tablespoon of garam masala powder to it.
04:39We will add 3 to 4 tablespoons of salt to it.
04:42We will add half a cup of finely chopped coriander to it.
04:46You can add salt according to your taste.
04:49Now we will fry all these spices well.
04:52As soon as the spices are fried well with the meat, you have to add the prepared broth to it.
04:59I have added 10 cups of broth to it.
05:02If you have a lot of broth, you don't have to use all of it.
05:06You have to use a total of 10 cups of broth.
05:09Now we will increase the flame and let the broth boil.
05:13As soon as the broth boils, you have to add 5 cups of soaked basmati rice to it.
05:19I had soaked it for 40 minutes.
05:22I have used 1 kg of rice.
05:26You have to stir the rice very gently and let it cook on a high flame.
05:32As soon as a quarter of the water is left in the rice, you have to stir it gently with the help of a spoon.
05:39We will add fried onions to it.
05:42We will also add half a cup of finely chopped coriander to it.
05:46You have to cover it and cook it on a dum for 15 to 20 minutes.
05:51Be careful that when you start steaming the rice, you have to keep an old pan or pan under it.
