00:16I am here to serve you with a program on the Shariah and jurisprudence of Hanafi.
00:25The question that is asked every year when the days of the birth of the Prophet are near,
00:32is it permissible to celebrate the 12th birthday or not?
00:37It is not a problem to celebrate the birth of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
00:45This is proven from the Quran and Hadith.
00:48Allah says,
00:50Say, By the Grace of Allah and by His Mercy, so let them rejoice.
00:54O Beloved, tell them that they should rejoice in the Grace and Mercy of Allah.
01:04Allah has clearly stated in the Quran that when the Grace and Mercy of Allah is attained,
01:11it is permissible to rejoice in the Grace and Mercy of Allah.
01:22And as for the Grace of Allah, Allah says in the Hadith,
01:26Discuss the Grace of your Lord well.
01:31The Hadith means to spread it and explain it.
01:35This is a speech from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
01:39But you know that after the Quran, the addressees are special and the command is common.
01:45Therefore, it is also for us to express the Grace of Allah.
01:50And there are different forms of expressing the Grace.
01:53Sometimes a person does it with his tongue, sometimes he chooses the Grace.
01:57Others look at it as making a good house with lawful and permissible money
02:01and not to be proud of it, not to be extravagant, to wear a good dress, to eat good food.
02:07All these things come under the definition of Grace.
02:09There is no greater Grace than the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
02:12This means that the expression of happiness is proven from the Quran.
02:16Then, expressing happiness on the special anniversary of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
02:22that is, when these days come, taking care of it, there is no harm in this either.
02:27The real thing is, first of all, objection.
02:30Is there an objection or not? There is no objection.
02:33The second thing is that the thing you are adopting, is it against the Quran and Hadith?
02:38It is not against the Quran and Hadith either.
02:40And if someone is doing against it, like people do superstitions in gatherings, etc.
02:44We ourselves express indifference to it. It has nothing to do with the religion of Islam.
02:48The third thing is that Islam prohibits the addition to religion.
02:53The meaning of the addition to religion is to make something obligatory on yourself in this way,
02:59or to make it a part of the religion as if it is obligatory or obligatory.
03:03And its sign is that it has to be obligatory.
03:06You cannot leave it.
03:08Whatever you don't do, you should blame it.
03:10You should blame it.
03:12You should blame it.
03:13You should call it a bad thing.
03:15These are the signs of making something obligatory.
03:19And no one considers it obligatory or obligatory to take care of the happiness of the Prophet.
03:28So if someone does it, it is okay. If not, it is not a sin.

03:34Remember that the Prophet is a blessing of Allah.
03:38He is a great mercy to you.
03:40He is a great blessing of Allah.
03:42It is permissible to express happiness on the blessing.
03:45Just don't make it a part of the religion.
03:47There are some people who try to forbid it without any restrictions.
03:52Either there are some restrictions that this is right, don't do this.
03:56But anyway, they have to please their own people.
03:59These are the issues that people have their own thoughts.
04:04For their satisfaction, the positive aspects of a person do not pay attention to them.
04:10Only negative.
04:12However, the scholars will not reject us.
04:17It will definitely happen.
04:19So it is not appropriate to forbid people.
04:23Those who are doing it legally, should do it.
04:26And if you forbid it, then you should be polite and ask questions.
04:29These big schools that we have built,
04:31In them, the selection of scholars.
04:33Then in them, special books will be read in the first year.
04:38Second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth.
04:41Why have they been kept for eight years?
04:43Did the Prophet order this?
04:45Did the Companions do this?
04:47Then after becoming a scholar, starting a degree.
04:50Did the Prophet start a degree for a Companion?
04:54Did he give a certificate?
04:56We write Mufti with our name.
04:58We write Allama.
05:00Did the Companions or the Prophet do this?
05:02So pay attention to these.

05:15And here, there are some things that have been imposed on them
05:22that they are not ready to go against them.
05:25For example, if there is an eight-year Dars-e-Nizami in an institution.
05:29And someone says, I want to take a degree in seven years.
05:32No, you will get it in eight years.
05:34Which we have set the times of the Jama'at in the mosques.
05:38Neither the Prophet of Allah or the Companions of the Prophet gave the order for these times.
05:41It is only for the convenience of the people.
05:43And even for a minute, you can go up and down and see.
05:45If Imam Sahib does it five minutes earlier or ten minutes later,
05:48there will be a commotion.
05:50That is why my request to all of you is that
05:53you can celebrate the birthdays of the Prophet by staying in the circle of Shariah.
05:59But do not consider it an essential part of religion.
06:01Do not make it such a part of religion that our children think that
06:04maybe it is in the real religion.
06:06Explain to them that if we do it, we will be blessed.
06:09If we do not do it, there is no sin.
06:11Whatever is not doing is okay, it is his will.
06:14Whatever is doing, there is no criticism on it.
06:17If someone wants to stay on his own way, then stay.
06:20Yes, I tell you this for blessings.
06:23When the Prophet of Allah was born,
06:26his uncle, Abu Lahab,
06:29his daughter Suwaibah came and gave the good news that
06:32congratulations, your nephew was born.
06:35So he indicated with the finger of the pen and set her free.
06:39He set her free only for the happiness of his nephew.
06:42But Allah Almighty appreciated this action of his.
06:46In the same way, when he went to hell,
06:49it is the narration of Bukhari that when he asked her,
06:52What did Allah do to you?
06:55There are two narrations. According to one narration,
06:58the one in which I indicated with the finger of the pen and set Suwaibah free,
07:03when I put it in my mouth, water is released.
07:07In one narration, the punishment is reduced.
07:10So a bad disbeliever who all his life,
07:13when he came in front of the government as a prophet,
07:16he expressed his enmity.
07:18When he was in the position of a nephew, he expressed his happiness.
07:21But when he became a prophet, he expressed his helplessness.
07:24The one for whom he expressed happiness, he was not a prophet.
07:27He was not celebrating any festival.
07:29But despite this, Allah Almighty benefited that disbeliever.
07:32Sheikh Abdullah Mohamed Siddiq Al-Rahmatullahi
07:35said while quoting this narration in Madaraj-e-Nabuwat,
07:38that when the Ummah will do this in the love of the government,
07:41then why will Allah not bless it with blessings?
07:44Therefore, my request is that those who are doing it, do it.
07:47There is no obligation or obligation to do it.
07:50But do it, there will be a lot of blessings, Inshallah.
07:53Those who are forbidding it, it is also possible that
07:56according to the correct evidence,
07:58do not criticize anyone, do not fight,
08:01the majority of Muslims celebrate the birthday of the Prophet.
08:04The announcement of holidays to many governments abroad
08:07on this event proves that the majority of Muslims,
08:10Alhamdulillah, consider this to be correct.
08:13And those who sometimes oppose it,
08:16they themselves present this hadith as evidence in some cases,
08:19that do not gather your Ummah on misguidance.
08:22Allah Almighty will never gather my Ummah on misguidance.
08:25A brother had asked,
08:28how is it to sleep with your legs on your legs?
08:31It is permissible.
08:33What is forbidden is that when you have to wear such a dress,
08:36that you sit with your legs on your legs in the state of waking up,
08:39or in the state of sleeping,

09:00He says that a person asked his friend how to divorce,
09:03he said I will tell you,
09:05he said you say this, I divorce you,
09:08and three times, I divorce you, I divorce you, I divorce you.
09:12Then he said that he messaged his friend,
09:15but by mistake he went to his own wife.
09:18So will the wife be divorced or not?
09:21See, the problem is that if the wife was in front of him,
09:24then he would have said, I divorce you,
09:26then even if he would have said otherwise,
09:28this divorce would have been real,
09:30but in the message, there can be a possibility,
09:32that if he says that he did not mean to divorce his wife,
09:35I was forwarding it somewhere else,
09:37suddenly it came here, then there can be a possibility.
09:40But this word is clear, that I divorce you.
09:43If it was in front of him,
09:45the jurist has even written about it,
09:47that if a person is saying to his wife,
09:49that I gave you permission to shop,
09:52suppose he wanted to say this,
09:54and it came out of his mouth, that I divorced you.
09:56This excuse will not be heard, the divorce will be real.
09:58Because it will not be heard,
10:00that there are clear words,
10:02if everyone is given permission like this,
10:04then even after divorcing,
10:06they will lie and say that I had some other intention.
10:10And if you think that no one will do this,
10:13that this is God's fear,
10:15then come with me,
10:17I will show you that by divorcing,
10:19by lying,
10:21to make Haraam lawful,
10:23to keep the spouses with him,
10:25they lie, they lie by putting their hand on the Quran.
10:28So this is not a surprising thing,
10:30so there is no trust in intention.
10:32But in this condition,
10:34there can be a possibility,
10:36because when we are teaching,
10:38the children are told these words of divorce,
10:40from 12 languages.
10:42Now suppose a scholar is teaching,
10:44and the wife is sitting in front of him,
10:46and he says that I divorced you.
10:48Now it is obvious that giving to the wife
10:50is not the intention,
10:51he is teaching,
10:52so will he not intercede in this?
10:54So in some cases,
10:55there is a possibility of intercession,
10:57but if the wife was in front of him,
10:59and there was no classroom,
11:01then we would not have heard any excuse for it,
11:04and the right of divorce would have been given.

12:42but when you turn to the other side,
12:44you don't say Salam,
12:45you just turn your face,
12:46what will be the order?
12:48Look, when you say Salam,
12:50when you say As-Salam,
12:51you are out of Salam,
12:53this is obligatory,
12:54and it is obligatory here as well,
12:56but when we turn to the other side,
12:58before that,
12:59we are out of Salam,
13:01and this is the Sunnah,
13:03that the government turned both sides,
13:05so basically,
13:06they will be out of Salam,
13:08there is no problem in this.
13:10After that,
13:11no matter what they say,
13:12they will be out of Salam.

13:54then I would have believed it,
