00:00Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro met this Monday with the fifth generation of the Bolivarian
00:04Revolution at the Miraflores Palace.
00:06The meeting was held in the context of what was called the Generations Data, a space to
00:11debate ideas focused on the task of the Bolivarian Revolution for the future and to discuss the
00:17challenges for the materialization of the plan of the homeland for the so-called seven
00:22transformations.
00:23During the meeting, Maduro highlighted the potential of Chávez's ideas for social unity,
00:27both within the revolutionary process and the South American country, and proudly declared
00:33that he is the first Chávez president and that he expects to hand over power to a Chávez
00:38and Bolivar president.
00:47Chávez vaccinated us with the best vaccine against betrayal, with the best vaccine of
00:52loyalty, the Bolivarianism of the 21st century, and we have always been asked, what is Chavismo?
00:59And I was saying it now in the pilgrimage, Chavismo is the original Bolivarianism with
01:03a project of the 21st century or for the 21st century.
01:16And I used to tell people that if that interpretation was very intellectual, Chavismo is the greatest
01:22love that a people can feel for its history and for its right to the future, that is Chavismo.
01:32The Venezuelan president emphasized that Chavismo is at its best with conscientious peoples
01:38immune to betrayal.
01:43We are already vaccinated with pure Bolivarianism and we have several booster vaccines against
01:48destructive and divisive viruses that has made Chavismo an unassailable and indestructible
01:57force because Chavismo at this moment in history can say it is vaccinated against treason,
02:11against divisionism and is an unassailable fortress of a conscious people.
02:19Also this Monday the public ministry of Venezuela issued an arrest warrant for former presidential
02:24candidate Mundo González Urrutia.
02:26The arrest warrant specifies the alleged commission of crimes of usurpation of functions punishable
02:32under article 213.
02:35Forgery of public documents provided for a punishable law order under article 319.
02:43Instigation to disobey the law punishable under article 283.
02:49Conspiracy provided for a punishment by article 132 of the Penal Code.
02:55Sabotage of system damage punished by article 7 of the Computer Crimes.
03:00Possession provided for and punished by article 37 of the Organic Law against organized crimes
03:07and financing of terrorism.
03:20In official communique issued also this Monday Venezuela accused the government of the United
03:25States of illegally confiscating an aircraft used by President Nicolás Maduro.
03:30In the document the South American nation said the action was a repeat criminal practice
03:36that cannot be qualified as anything of other than a piracy of illegally confiscated an
03:43aircraft that has been used by the President of the Republic.
03:46The text also signaled that this action reveals that no state and no constitutional government
03:52is safe from illegal actions that disregard international law.
03:56It also added that the United States has already demonstrated that it has used its economic
04:01and military might to intimidate and put pressure on states such as the Dominican Republic to
04:07surrender as accomplices in its crime actions.
04:10It continues by saying that this is an example of the so-called rules-based order which disregards
04:18any international law seeks to establish the law of the strongest, create rules that
04:22suit its interests and enforce them with total impunity.
04:29Finally the document affirmed the Bolivar Republic of Venezuela reserves the right to
04:33take any legal actions to repair this damage to the nation as well as all other damages
04:38caused by the criminal policy of unilateral courts and measures and finished by sentencing
04:43that Venezuela respects itself and continues to firmly defend its dignity and sovereignty.
05:06In Argentina President Javier Millet vetoed on Monday the pension mobility law after it
05:11was approved by the country's Senate.
05:14Faced by lawmakers, social and political organizations who regard this agreement, Millet justified
05:19his decision by pointing out that the initiative does not contemplate the fiscal impact of
05:25the measure nor does it determine the source of its financing.
05:30After the veto, the law must return to Congress where both chambers must reach a two-third
05:35majority in order to reject the President's decision and force the executive to approve
05:40the bill.
