00:00If necessary, the illegal recruiter's strategy to get their victims out of the country is to infiltrate the government offices.

00:09The Bureau of Immigration has opened a new mode and this is the implementation of immigration stamps for passports.

00:18According to the Bureau of Immigration, they have seen this mode in four Filipinos.

00:23One of them is going to Hong Kong and the other three are going to Singapore.

00:28They were able to get a pecking stamp from an illegal recruiter in exchange for money.

00:34According to the report we got, the pecking stamp is around P120,000.

00:39Maybe the recruiter is just checking to see if it's valid. If it's valid, he's happy, he earns money. If not, he doesn't.

00:46Even if they say that they have cleared their passports, they are still checking it in our system.

00:54This is not a scheme that can be passed easily just because they have their passports.

01:03What's more alarming, according to the BI, one of the victims was only able to talk to her on Facebook.

01:09She got a job here and they were surprised to find out that the pecking stamp was placed on her passport.

01:16But the BI explained that the pecking stamp will not be valid for them.

01:21There are security features on our stamp that are not seen under the naked eye.

01:27There are also a lot of other security features that only immigration personnel know about.

01:32That's why our immigration officer thinks that the inconsistencies have already been seen.

01:36The BI would like to remind everyone not to just believe the online posts that claim jobs.

01:42It's better to go through the right process in order to get a job in another country.

01:48Meanwhile, if there are illegal immigrants who want to leave the country,

01:52the BI also caught four Vietnamese who illegally entered the Philippines.

01:59According to the BI, they were caught because they used to overstay and work in the Philippines without a 9G visa.

02:06That's why they didn't let them enter the country.

02:09The BI believes that there are a lot of illegal immigrants who want to enter the Philippines as tourists,

02:14but they will turn out to be illegal aliens because the holiday season is slowly starting.

02:20We are strict with those who come.

02:22When we see that there is evidence that this person has malicious intent in coming to the Philippines,

02:29we exclude them. We do not allow them to enter the country.

02:33According to the BI, those who go through illegal activities will not be able to enter or leave the country.
