00:00:00Previously, on The Amazing Race Celebrity Edition, in Salta, Argentina, the wild ride
00:00:09continued. UFC fighter Bam Bam and brother Logan had their eyes on the prize, beating
00:00:18all the other celebs to the pit stop. Bam Bam and Logan, you are the first team to check
00:00:23in. And in a sprint to the finish, Matt Bassingthwaite and sister Mel were pipped at the party.
00:00:29Unfortunately, your time on the race is over. You are eliminated. Tonight, high on the
00:00:37Inca Trail. It looks like it's from another world. Our celebs take on feats of endurance.
00:00:43Tunnel vision, this is what we do. Attested in a battle of wills. Of course this is going
00:00:49to happen. We get the one broken llama. And face off. What are you talking about? I'm
00:00:53talking about you being a smart ass. That's what I'm talking about. We're not on that.
00:00:56You got anything else smart to say? No, I'm just going to keep making my... Yeah, I didn't
00:00:59think so. Maybe when you don't know nothing, you keep your mouth shut.
00:01:26Out of all the places I've been, this is my favorite.
00:01:55Out of all the places I've been, I've never seen anything quite like this. We are in northwest
00:02:00Argentina on what's known as the Inca Trail. Stretching across six countries, the ancient
00:02:10pathway linked the vast empire of the Incan civilization who ruled South America. Those
00:02:16who walk the Incan Trail must battle extreme heat. And the air is thinner up here, making
00:02:22oxygen harder to come by. It was a trade route for about 10,000 years and now our teams
00:02:28are about to tread the well-worn path of the third leg of the amazing race Australia. Our
00:02:35nine remaining celebrity teams have travelled north to the township of Perma Marca and are
00:02:40departing in the order they arrived at the previous pit stop. Oh, good rip, good rip.
00:02:47Oh, that was the worst rip in the world. Sorry. Okay, here we go. Slow and steady. Drive to
00:02:53Fabrica de Ladrillos, Pure Marca. Now for the locals, they're brick making. Once you have
00:02:57correctly made 18 traditional adobe mud bricks, you will receive your next clue. For thousands
00:03:04of years, the people of this area have built their homes from adobe bricks. Local clay is
00:03:10mixed with straw and dried in the sun to create a thick brick that insulates against the extreme
00:03:15heat and cold of this high altitude desert region. In this challenge, our racers will get
00:03:21their hands dirty and mould 18 bricks. Once the foreman is happy with the shape and consistency,
00:03:27they'll receive their next clue. I got the keys. You got the keys. Let's go. It's beautiful. Very
00:03:42nice. It's a cactus, huh? Might be a few mountain climbs, I reckon. Oh, look at that. That's called
00:03:48Red Rock. Red Rock, it's called. It's part of the Andes, the bottom of the Andes. You just keep
00:03:56driving up there, mate. David Attenborough. Eyes on the road. This is bloody stunning. This is
00:04:06insane. Oh, let's just take it in before we have to run and then get exhausted. Our knowledge of
00:04:13the Incas is very small. This is great. But it's beautiful. We can say that. Yes. The Incas were
00:04:21people. Are the Incas people? The knowledge of the Incas is very small, as we said. Where do
00:04:33they live? Just keep an eye out for the road signs. Yeah, and so now what are we looking for?
00:04:40Information 1km ahead if we need it. You know what, I reckon we risk it for the biscuits.
00:04:49Okay, here we go. You are a winner. You are a winner.
00:04:56And the boot. Jesus Christ. North. So we've got to go that way. Yeah.
00:05:00This is another pinch me moment. Go on, give it to me. Come on. Come on. Come on,
00:05:05darling. This is surreal. This is sick. I love it. What we want to do is just be resilient today.
00:05:10Say no to nothing. Yeah. Go for everything. Hell for leather. Yeah. And I hope there's
00:05:14some serious crazy adventures coming our way. This is like Palm Springs. Melbourne and the
00:05:22desert are completely different. Well, there's definitely no place to get a soy latte.
00:05:30Kristen, how do you know it's this way, by the way? Is there a train track on the map?
00:05:35So our friendship, 30 years, has gone through so many different periods of our life, as you
00:05:40would expect. So we're going the right direction? I'm not sure. We're confident our friendship will
00:05:46survive the amazing race. It's a military, Kristen. Excuse me. Fabrica de Ladrillos.
00:05:56Thank you. Gracias.
00:06:07Let's go. Let's go.
00:06:09Okay. All right, first clue.
00:06:15Route info. You've correctly made 18 traditional.
00:06:17The mud bricks, you'll receive your next clue. 18 mud bricks.
00:06:24And some of this architecture, I've got to say, I feel like I'm in Star Wars. I feel like I'm in
00:06:28Tatooine. You love when I talk about Star Wars, don't you? I don't know. I don't get the references.
00:06:33You love it.
00:06:36The strategy is to just follow the stronger teams.
00:06:40We're not going to ask for directions as we're driving. We just, we know who we're going to
00:06:43follow. We're just going to follow teams. Ian, Thorpe, and Kristen. Just follow them,
00:06:48Eden. I'll admit it. These teams are stronger, faster, and, well, even smarter than us.
00:06:54They seem to know their way around better. They know Argentina well from the looks of it.
00:06:59We're the blonde leading the blonde. Yeah. Eden and Sarella behind us.
00:07:05Seems like a long drive. Hope we know where you're going,
00:07:07Thorpey. He's better at swimming than he is at driving.
00:07:09Rev it up. We're following you.
00:07:14Oh, what's those colors up there? Left in here. Left in here.
00:07:20I think the girls got in front of us. They won't be that good with their hands.
00:07:24Brick by brick, maybe. Parking is right here.
00:07:33Well, they got here all at the same time. Keep hydrated, boys.
00:07:37Bloody O, it's dry. It's gonna be a bit of laboring here.
00:07:41Being in the construction game, I see this sort of every day. Back home, I'm a qualified
00:07:46scaffolder and it's pretty hard work, but someone's got to do it, I guess.
00:07:52But it's one of those challenges where it's going to be a walk in the park for me.
00:07:56Some of these guys and girls might not like to get their hands dirty, but
00:08:00your boy over here is ready to rock and roll. Let's go, baby.
00:08:05Turn up to the job site. We see a big pile of mud and I looked at Chloe and I'm like,
00:08:10this is going to be some hard yak up. I'll tell you what, the zinc's going on today.
00:08:15For the last 10, 15 years as athletes, we've always either had to have another job,
00:08:20a second job or a full-time study. We've always had to graft for things that we wanted because
00:08:25soccer was never going to pay a full income for us. So we're no stranger to hard work.
00:08:32Grab some hay tie. Grab some hay first.
00:08:38Let's get plenty of mud to start. Yeah, he had a shovel. So do we have a shovel?
00:08:42No. Oh, come on, dog. Get amongst it. I was actually laying bricks as a landscaper.
00:08:48I would wake up in the morning, do landscaping, and then I would go into national team camp,
00:08:52play and then go back into landscaping. And I did that for a while until I made it back
00:08:56into the Matildas. Because remember, as soon as we lift these up, they need to stay.
00:09:00It's fine. You keep stomping.
00:09:05Kick, kick, kick. That's heavy. It's really heavy.
00:09:10Yeah, we're good. Let's go make some bricks, Bridge.
00:09:14Oh, all right. Which station do you want?
00:09:18Choose a station. Which one do you reckon? Which one takes your fancy?
00:09:24So he's got box, wet the box so it doesn't stick. Which is important.
00:09:31Smells like tacos. Okay.
00:09:37It's nice and thick, isn't it? Thick.
00:09:39Brooke and Adam aren't here.
00:09:52Okay, Barcena. Nope, still not there. It's all good. Oh, no, that's good.
00:09:57You found Barcena? Are we in Barcena?
00:10:02We've gone past it. We've gone way past it. What a tricky part of the road to navigate.
00:10:07It's a rugged landscape, the Incas. Yes.
00:10:13El Turnerando. I've been following my nose this whole time and it's led us well up until today.
00:10:21I think today Brooke has a blocked nose. This is how we play the game.
00:10:26This is what we do. Yeah. Put ourselves last.
00:10:29Yep. And then catch up.
00:10:31We just crawl. We just crawl our way back.
00:10:34We had such a bad start too.
00:10:39Oh, Jesus, we're coming last now.
00:10:44We're about 18. Just start on the next one.
00:10:47Okay. Two down, 16 to go.
00:10:51It just kind of reminds me of when we built our first house. You know, when we hired somebody to
00:10:56do it, they built it, then we came and looked at it. But it's very different because we're
00:11:02building it ourselves. It's very similar. Bridget's doing all the work and Pete's just
00:11:08standing there. Hey Pete, have you done anything? Oh, you caught one moment. You caught one moment.
00:11:19Bridget's better at most things than me, to be absolutely honest. I'm the weak link here.
00:11:25This is our marriage, guys.
00:11:26So I go right? Yep, that's it. Yep. Perfect.
00:11:37There's the mark, yellow and red. Yeah, there it is there.
00:11:40Get off the road.
00:11:44All right, let's go. Run there now.
00:11:49All right, we can follow Ian and Zingy anyways. Hopefully we're not the last team.
00:11:57Level it out. I'm never following anyone else again.
00:12:05Sweet. Okay, let's go.
00:12:09We'll find a station. Yep.
00:12:12Thorpe Hill and Christian are onto us, I'm thinking. I heard them saying that's the last
00:12:17time I'll follow someone. Yeah, well, go on, let's go get them on.
00:12:22So at this point, I think Christian and Ian have definitely caught on that we've been following
00:12:26them. I heard Christian making several comments that they're getting irritated with us following
00:12:31them. Everyone literally has to go down the same road anyway, so it's not really following you.
00:12:38I know when someone's going to bitch about someone, because if anyone talks about anyone,
00:12:41it's me. So look, we're the type of person you come at us, we are going to throw back.
00:12:47And I'll always defend my missus.
00:12:50Were you able to dig before, Christian, about us following you?
00:12:53About what?
00:12:53About us following you? Were you able to dig?
00:12:55No, why?
00:12:55I thought you were.
00:12:56I'm pretty sure you were.
00:12:57What did we say?
00:12:58About us following you or something?
00:13:01Oh, in the car?
00:13:02Yeah, what was that?
00:13:04We made the wrong turn with the men's team.
00:13:06I'm talking about you being a smartass, that's what I'm talking about.
00:13:08We're not on maps.
00:13:09Yeah.
00:13:11Yeah, and you ain't swimming right now either.
00:13:14It's on.
00:13:15But you're known as Ian Thorpe's friend.
00:13:16You're known as Ian Thorpe's friend.
00:13:18You're known as his mate.
00:13:20Just so you know, Ian's not you, it's all him.
00:13:24Thanks, babe.
00:13:25Yep, you're welcome, you're welcome.
00:13:26You got anything else smart to say, Christian?
00:13:28No, I'm just going to keep making my bitch.
00:13:29Yeah, I didn't think so, yeah, I didn't think so.
00:13:30Maybe when you don't know nothing, you keep your mouth shut.
00:13:33That's what you should do.
00:13:43I need some more mud.
00:13:50Yep.
00:13:51It's game time, baby.
00:13:53We are building mud bricks.
00:13:56I didn't get into stand-up comedy to do manual labour, so this is not my favourite moment.
00:14:01I've never seen bridges that are so dirty, to be honest, but I like it.
00:14:04It's kind of sexy.
00:14:06Signore.
00:14:08They look so good.
00:14:09They are solid.
00:14:10They are solid.
00:14:11It's good, it's good, it's good.
00:14:14Again, again.
00:14:15Annie, it's okay.
00:14:17We didn't wet the sides.
00:14:18Physically, it was hard.
00:14:19Everyone's hurting.
00:14:20We, we're definitely a hard-working bunch.
00:14:24Work smarter, not harder, guys.
00:14:26Get some, get some, hey, hey, hey.
00:14:29You sidekick.
00:14:32Yeah, we could hear them carrying on.
00:14:33I'm not even buying into it.
00:14:35We could hear them carrying on.
00:14:36I'm not even buying into it.
00:14:41Love was such a threat.
00:14:42Oh my god, they're following us.
00:14:45If I'm competing in something, I am focused on how I can deliver the best result.
00:14:51So I can block people out.
00:14:52And sometimes I choose to do it in life as well.
00:14:56Guys, this is rubbish.
00:15:01Here it is, left.
00:15:03Here we go.
00:15:05All right, time for an epic comeback.
00:15:11Time for a sidekick.
00:15:15How good.
00:15:16We're going to get physical.
00:15:19How are your nails going?
00:15:20Yeah.
00:15:22I think I now know why I didn't become a concreter.
00:15:31Oh, the tillies.
00:15:32Down, down.
00:15:33I told you they're catching up.
00:15:34No, no, no, don't worry, don't worry.
00:15:36We're not sussing out the competition does because we're focusing on our task.
00:15:39I know, but Ty and Logan are obviously doing something right.
00:15:41Well, there's some big boys.
00:15:43Tillies, tillies look all right.
00:15:44I agree.
00:15:45That's good, that's good.
00:15:46Oh, that's way better.
00:15:47That's way better.
00:15:49I'm coming for you, Bam Bam.
00:15:51We both missed out on the most recent World Cup because of injuries.
00:15:55We are taking this amazing race like this is our World Cup and we are not losing.
00:16:00Two more lugs and we're done.
00:16:02Well, hopefully.
00:16:04Two more, baby, two more.
00:16:06Let's go.
00:16:09We'll do a check after this, Chloe.
00:16:10Check, check, check.
00:16:13Watch your finger marks.
00:16:14Three, two, one, go.
00:16:17Check, please.
00:16:19Tillies are done.
00:16:26Yeah.
00:16:26Two.
00:16:27Two, two, yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:16:29Two bricks got rejected.
00:16:30Too much, hey.
00:16:32Life is about consistency.
00:16:34It's all about consistency, baby.
00:16:36Let's go, let's go.
00:16:37You can build a house.
00:16:39They're so strong.
00:16:45They're good, they're good.
00:16:46Yes, come on.
00:16:47They're good, come on.
00:16:50Yes, come on.
00:16:53Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.
00:16:55Okay, come on.
00:16:56The boys are right behind us.
00:16:58Let's go.
00:16:59Okay, calm, we can be calm now.
00:17:02Okay, detour, let's go.
00:17:03This is important.
00:17:04Yes.
00:17:04Okay, walk like an Incan or dress like an Incan.
00:17:09A detour is a choice between two challenges, each with its own pros and cons.
00:17:14In this detour, teams will decide between dress like an Incan and walk like an Incan.
00:17:19Travelers on the Inca way carried a lot on their backs using this,
00:17:23an awacho, a traditional Incan blanket.
00:17:26They would have passed through here, the seven sands of Permamaca.
00:17:29It's a tough slog.
00:17:30The altitude is real, but the rocks, they've really got to be seen to be believed.
00:17:34First, teams will trek to the mountaintop, close to 3,000 metres up.
00:17:40Then they must fill the carrying cloths with all the goods
00:17:43and carry them securely on their backs down the mountain.
00:17:47The shopkeeper will check the load and if correct, they'll receive their next clue.
00:17:53Meet my mate, the Akeko.
00:17:55Now, in the local Andean culture, the Akeko is a symbol of prosperity and abundance.
00:18:00Local tradition promises if you tie a miniature version of what you wish for to the doll,
00:18:05your wish will come true.
00:18:07Teams who choose dress like an Incan must find the town square market
00:18:11and the demonstration Akeko doll.
00:18:14Then they must tie each wish item onto their doll using only the strings provided.
00:18:20This challenge tests observation, dexterity and patience.
00:18:24Only when every item is tied securely to the doll will teams receive their next clue.
00:18:30Hey buddy, if I wish right now, lip balm.
00:18:34I really need some lip balm.
00:18:37I think that we can walk like an Incan.
00:18:38You want to walk like an Incan?
00:18:39I think so.
00:18:40It's probably going to be a trek.
00:18:41That's fine.
00:18:41Are you good with that?
00:18:41Yeah, let's go.
00:18:42Okay, all right, fine.
00:18:42Let's go.
00:18:45Yep, check, check, check.
00:18:54Yeah!
00:18:56Gracias, senor.
00:18:57Gracias, gracias.
00:18:58It's a who in a bricklay, baby.
00:18:59Let's go.
00:19:01Well, I just need to clean my nails.
00:19:04Bro.
00:19:06That'll do me.
00:19:09I definitely won't be going to get an apprenticeship in Argentinian bricklaying, that's for sure.
00:19:18Detour.
00:19:22Walk like an Incan.
00:19:24Or dress like an Incan.
00:19:25Dress?
00:19:26Yeah.
00:19:29You know what?
00:19:29All right, let's go.
00:19:32I mean, I'm proud of us for getting out of there as quick as we did.
00:19:35We're just going to hustle.
00:19:37There was two challenges.
00:19:38One was walking, who knows where and who knows for how long.
00:19:41Another one was dressing something.
00:19:42We weren't sure.
00:19:43We're athletes.
00:19:44We chose the walk.
00:19:47Hi.
00:19:48Hi.
00:19:48Can we have yellow, please?
00:19:49Yellow?
00:19:50Yellow, see?
00:19:50Yellow?
00:19:51Yeah.
00:19:51Yeah, good shot.
00:19:53We've backed our legs.
00:19:54We've backed ourselves.
00:19:55It's going to get hot and the air is thin.
00:19:58Through your nose.
00:19:59Altitude is not for everyone and it is a killer no matter how fit you are.
00:20:03As elite athletes, we train in altitude so that we can be fit when we go back to ground level.
00:20:08What if we chose the wrong one, Chloe?
00:20:09We didn't.
00:20:10We ain't going back now, dog.
00:20:11We know Bam Bam and Logan are right on our tails.
00:20:14If they pick this, they don't know what it is either.
00:20:17True.
00:20:21Let's go, ladies.
00:20:23I've got a feeling the dressy is going to be hard.
00:20:27We grew up in Mount Druitt.
00:20:29Yeah, you can't compare Western Sydney to Argentina.
00:20:33Nah, it's here, Tai.
00:20:37Glacier Santa Rosa de Lima.
00:20:39Yeah, see?
00:20:40See?
00:20:40Yeah, yeah.
00:20:42So we've got a copy there.
00:20:46This is our station.
00:20:47Yeah.
00:20:47Right here.
00:20:48Just chuck them on anyway.
00:20:49Get them on there.
00:20:51You're more delicate with these things because I'll end up breaking old mate.
00:21:01I'm very grateful for my career.
00:21:04I'm a UFC heavyweight.
00:21:06Yeah, keep it up there, lads.
00:21:07You're doing great, mate.
00:21:08You're killing it.
00:21:11But people want to take photos.
00:21:15I'm a bit of a hit with the cougars, you know what I mean?
00:21:18The old women love me.
00:21:20Come here, come here.
00:21:27You're doing good there, lads, mate.
00:21:28You're killing it, mate.
00:21:29You're killing it.
00:21:30It was a whole lot of little fidgety, having to tie up bits of rope together just to try and
00:21:38make a long one.
00:21:40And it was just, oh, it was very...
00:21:42Tedious.
00:21:43Tedious.
00:21:44The technique you learn when you scaffold is called,
00:21:48if you don't know knots, tie lots.
00:21:52But this is, I can't do this.
00:21:53My fingers can't, they can't...
00:22:00They're good for punching, not for...
00:22:06It's brick making day.
00:22:11Need some more mud.
00:22:14Yep.
00:22:16Mix the hay.
00:22:18Yeah.
00:22:20It's a pretty amazing bridge, we're at the foothills of the Andes.
00:22:22Look at those colours.
00:22:23Yeah.
00:22:23Those colours are spectacular.
00:22:24Those rocks, amazing.
00:22:26We're seeing the positives in this.
00:22:27Yeah.
00:22:27We're going to be glowing.
00:22:30We're going to shit out here.
00:22:32Yeah, we're slow.
00:22:34Everyone's going to struggle, it's a tough challenge.
00:22:37We've got a long way to go.
00:22:40Oh!
00:22:44Bit of stompy then, hey?
00:22:45He's slowing down, the old boy.
00:22:48Slowing down a bit.
00:22:49Oh, this is hard work.
00:22:53How's the shit?
00:22:55The mud is very thick and it takes quite a bit to move it around and grab it.
00:23:01We're up in the mountains.
00:23:02Altitude.
00:23:03High altitude, it's hot.
00:23:05Hot!
00:23:05We've got to carry this mud each time, pick it all up, carry it over,
00:23:09and then you're packing it in, mixing the hay,
00:23:13your hands are getting all chipped from the rocks in there.
00:23:17Yes.
00:23:17Pricked from the hay.
00:23:19It's tough.
00:23:19It's bloody tough.
00:23:22Check, please!
00:23:25Check, can I check, please?
00:23:27Check, please!
00:23:28Other people got there after us and were taking off before us.
00:23:31You go, that's when you start to get a bit frustrated.
00:23:34Keep going, lads.
00:23:36You got this, boys.
00:23:37Doing well.
00:23:37We're thinking of like a nice pizza oven.
00:23:40There you go.
00:23:43Give me a hug, give me a hug.
00:23:46Yes!
00:23:47Thank you so much.
00:23:50Where's our little stick?
00:23:51Huh?
00:23:53Check when you're ready.
00:23:56Yes!
00:23:58Thank you so much.
00:24:01We did it.
00:24:01We did it.
00:24:02Day two.
00:24:05Walk like an Incan or dress like an Incan?
00:24:08Dress like an Incan.
00:24:09Let's go.
00:24:09That's going to be about detail.
00:24:10I think we want the dress the Incan.
00:24:12The other one's going to be about strength.
00:24:13Yeah.
00:24:15Let's do...
00:24:16Do you want to do dress?
00:24:17Okay.
00:24:18Physically should be a bit easier.
00:24:19Okay, let's do dress.
00:24:20Yep, yep.
00:24:21Yes, senor.
00:24:23Yes, mate.
00:24:24Please, sir.
00:24:24Please, please, please.
00:24:28Oh, we got it.
00:24:30Oh, well, here you go again.
00:24:34Yeah, as the pressure builds, you're wasting more and more time.
00:24:37We can see Thorpey and Christian,
00:24:39Brooke and Adam,
00:24:40and Cyril and Eden there too.
00:24:42Yeah, one of us could be going home tonight.
00:24:45He's a tough judge.
00:24:47Yep.
00:24:55Oh, this is it.
00:24:57That's beautiful.
00:24:58Yeah, we got him down pat now.
00:25:00Doing well, mate.
00:25:02We are making the Great Australian Amazing Race comeback.
00:25:05Because we got totally lost,
00:25:07we are running so far behind.
00:25:09We had to give up our dignity.
00:25:11We did.
00:25:12We had to sacrifice our clothing.
00:25:13Great to go, yeah.
00:25:14Scrape.
00:25:16Just scrape.
00:25:17And just get our hands dirty.
00:25:18And we did.
00:25:20Oh, check.
00:25:22Check, please.
00:25:24Mate, you want to feel bad?
00:25:26What?
00:25:26Blue, who came here 10 minutes after us.
00:25:30You know what's a worry?
00:25:32What?
00:25:32After we do this, we've probably got to drive somewhere.
00:25:35Mate, it's okay.
00:25:35It's not our strongest point.
00:25:36Come on, come on, come on.
00:25:42Hey, give me a cuddle.
00:25:46My muscles are all sore from detour.
00:25:48Detour, okay.
00:25:49Walk like an Incan or dress like an Incan.
00:25:52So that's going to be detail.
00:25:54You want to do that?
00:25:54Let's do that one.
00:25:55Let's dress like an Incan.
00:25:56Let's go.
00:26:05Oh, this is sick.
00:26:11This is sick.
00:26:14I swear I'm an athlete.
00:26:15I swear I'm an athlete.
00:26:16And it's all about the breathing.
00:26:18Can we cut, Chloe?
00:26:19No, we can't cut.
00:26:22Why are you such a stickler for the rules?
00:26:24This has to be it.
00:26:25Hello.
00:26:26Hi.
00:26:27Oh no.
00:26:28We have to load this?
00:26:29The goal for this mission is to get everything into that cloth.
00:26:33Yes.
00:26:33To wrap the cloth up.
00:26:35Put the wool down for me somewhere.
00:26:38And let's wrap it around.
00:26:39No, no, no, no, no.
00:26:39One wool at a time.
00:26:40Emily.
00:26:41Yes.
00:26:42Put the wool down.
00:26:42Yours.
00:26:43Put your wool down.
00:26:44And what?
00:26:45You, I go around.
00:26:46You make sure it's done correctly.
00:26:49Okay.
00:26:49One at a time.
00:26:50Let's get this right.
00:26:51We had a bit of a strategy.
00:26:52Yes.
00:26:52We're going to tuck everything in.
00:26:53Yes.
00:26:54And we're going to get all four corners.
00:26:56Put it there.
00:26:56Stick the broomstick through.
00:26:57Throw it on the box.
00:27:01Oh, I'm going to break my shoulders doing this.
00:27:04You know what's going wrong?
00:27:05Okay.
00:27:05The basket needs to be...
00:27:07It needs to be like that.
00:27:08Yeah, we need to go like a backpack.
00:27:09That's not going to work.
00:27:10That's not going to work.
00:27:12It has to be held up like this.
00:27:14It has to be.
00:27:15It was heavy.
00:27:16It was awkward.
00:27:17I'm sure the Incans would have had a better technique.
00:27:19But at this point, as long as we get this job done, we don't care.
00:27:23Oh, yeah.
00:27:24Oh, no, no, no.
00:27:25You're about to lose an onion.
00:27:26Okay, you got to go back down.
00:27:27You got to go back down.
00:27:29Yep.
00:27:30All your veggies are coming out.
00:27:31That's okay.
00:27:31How am I?
00:27:32You stay.
00:27:33Chloe, are you regretting this?
00:27:34No, no regrets.
00:27:36Let's go.
00:27:37Squat range.
00:27:39Okay, yep, let's go.
00:27:41Calm.
00:27:43I'm just going to scream soon so I can get it out of my system.
00:27:45Get it out.
00:27:46You want to do it together?
00:27:47Yeah.
00:27:57Some more.
00:27:59Matt, near the bucket, please, mate.
00:28:01Yep.
00:28:01So we knew we were in the bottom three.
00:28:05Basically, we needed to nail it.
00:28:06Check.
00:28:11Hey, gracias.
00:28:13Okay, cool, thank you.
00:28:15Senor, check.
00:28:16What do you think, mate?
00:28:17Come on.
00:28:17It's been a long, hard day.
00:28:20Thank God.
00:28:21Don't step on it.
00:28:22Gracias, muchas gracias.
00:28:23Oh, yes.
00:28:24Walk like an Incan or dress like an Incan?
00:28:26Walk like an Incan.
00:28:26Let's go, let's go, let's go.
00:28:28Yeah, I can walk.
00:28:28We've got to collect the load from a local traveller and deliver.
00:28:31I think it'll be tough, everyone.
00:28:32Let's walk.
00:28:33All right, check, please.
00:28:35Yes, thank you.
00:28:36Gracias.
00:28:37Yes.
00:28:38This one's remembering and this one's...
00:28:41All right, I say walk like an Incan.
00:28:42Walk like an Incan, let's go.
00:28:46Get in the hole.
00:28:50F***, who picked this?
00:28:53Barbie or so, 2023.
00:28:55Enko dolls, 2024.
00:28:58We do have a moment to take a look around.
00:29:00We're at the foothills of the Andes.
00:29:02And also this beautiful village.
00:29:03There's a market going on.
00:29:04I'll get some slippers.
00:29:05We wish we could grab a quesadilla or something,
00:29:08but we have no time for quesadillas.
00:29:11Hola.
00:29:13I think everything's there.
00:29:14We just got to put it on.
00:29:15I used to play with my sister's dolls,
00:29:16more the strawberry shortcakes and the cabbage patch kids.
00:29:20I can't remember an Enko doll, to be honest.
00:29:23No, I didn't have an Enko doll growing up.
00:29:25You know, putting your tongue out helps.
00:29:29So the strings around the bells.
00:29:30One string's tied all the bricks together.
00:29:32Just needs to be attached.
00:29:33Yeah, let's go.
00:29:35It's over there, right this side.
00:29:38All the things here, yeah.
00:29:41Food bag bum.
00:29:42I feel like we might have an advantage here.
00:29:45Why?
00:29:46We've got smaller hands than I think maybe the boys.
00:29:52Oh, yeah.
00:29:52Don't you reckon?
00:29:53You said smaller, you didn't say I had small hands.
00:29:56Put all the small shit in there.
00:29:59Ah.
00:30:03Check.
00:30:04Check, check, check.
00:30:15I'm going to read it again.
00:30:17We have to tie them up.
00:30:20The auntie has securely tied all the supplied items.
00:30:23We did not play with any dolls as kids.
00:30:27All right.
00:30:28Here, tools.
00:30:29I'm going to tie all the tools together.
00:30:31Majority of it tied on, I guess.
00:30:35But not everything was securely tied on.
00:30:37So we'll just start again.
00:30:41Should have went to school, eh?
00:30:46No worries.
00:30:48We'll get there.
00:30:50We found it.
00:30:52We got the dress.
00:30:53Oh, here's the doll.
00:30:55You're dressing him nice.
00:30:56Dressing him nice.
00:30:57Aw.
00:30:58OK, we got this.
00:31:01Don't cut corners.
00:31:02No, I'm not.
00:31:02Don't cut corners.
00:31:04Why is anyone wishing for a bell?
00:31:06I got the motorbike.
00:31:08All we were wishing for was longer pieces of string.
00:31:13That didn't stay on.
00:31:16It's got to be tight on you.
00:31:24Look at this.
00:31:25Oh, that's beautiful.
00:31:26It looks like it's from another world.
00:31:28Look at that.
00:31:28It's amazing.
00:31:30Em, is this harder than training for an Olympics and missing out on a Home World Cup?
00:31:34No.
00:31:35We got this.
00:31:36We got this.
00:31:36This is easy.
00:31:38It wasn't about the physical effort.
00:31:39It was the gruelling, agonising imbalance of all the stuff that was on my back.
00:31:46But we are elite athletes.
00:31:48We're built for this.
00:31:49We are built for this moment.
00:31:51Tunnel vision, this is what we do.
00:31:53We do this on a daily basis.
00:31:55Your mind is so strong and your body will follow.
00:32:01Onion.
00:32:05See the girls ahead?
00:32:06Yeah, all right.
00:32:08Yeah, let me help you.
00:32:09No, it's okay.
00:32:09All right.
00:32:10Is it far up that way?
00:32:11300 metres.
00:32:12200 metres that way.
00:32:13Cool, we're good.
00:32:16All right, let's make up some time here.
00:32:21Are you sure?
00:32:21Like this?
00:32:22Yeah.
00:32:22Oh, easy.
00:32:25Take some deep breaths.
00:32:29Yeah, mate.
00:32:30Oh, we're ready.
00:32:30All right, take your time.
00:32:31We're resting, you go.
00:32:32Oh, okay.
00:32:33Take your time, boys.
00:32:35Oscar, Billy, this is going to be the hardest thing you f***ing do today.
00:32:38Oh, no.
00:32:38Did you collect the load up there?
00:32:40Up there.
00:32:40Wait, all the way to the top.
00:32:41Get your legs pumping, guys.
00:32:44Didn't exactly fill us with confidence after we've just come from the bricklaying.
00:32:47We're tired.
00:32:49Not far.
00:32:50We can see it.
00:32:51Last push.
00:32:52This is the shop?
00:32:53No.
00:32:53No, no, no.
00:32:54Go back to the gate.
00:32:55The shopkeeper.
00:33:01Cross your legs and sit down.
00:33:02I can't.
00:33:03Okay, just...
00:33:05I'm going to have to...
00:33:11Opening our...
00:33:13Packs?
00:33:13Packs.
00:33:13Laying them down and the lady coming over.
00:33:16Every vegetable accounted for.
00:33:18Counting every single item.
00:33:20No, do you know what this feels like?
00:33:21Lining up to take a penalty shootout.
00:33:23Oh, my God.
00:33:23True, true.
00:33:24This has to be us.
00:33:25This has to be us.
00:33:26Please, please, please.
00:33:27Please, please.
00:33:28Yes!
00:33:30Come on, Peggy.
00:33:36I don't know how you do this.
00:33:37It's hard.
00:33:39Hold that.
00:33:39Okay, here we go.
00:33:40I knew it.
00:33:41Roadblock.
00:33:42Who wants to be the leader of the pack?
00:33:44A roadblock is a challenge only one team member must choose to complete based on a cryptic clue.
00:33:50Teams will drive to the town of Tilkerra and locate the Caravana de Llamas.
00:33:55One team member will get up close and personal with the locals.
00:33:59But watch out, they spit when they're annoyed.
00:34:03They must dress the notoriously stubborn llama and take it on its daily walk.
00:34:08Once they've navigated the llama through the valley, they'll be awarded their next clue.
00:34:13No dramas, llama.
00:34:14I'll do it.
00:34:15You do it.
00:34:17Okay, make your way to the caravana.
00:34:20In Tilkerra to take a llama on its daily walk.
00:34:22Yes!
00:34:25Come on, this way, this way.
00:34:31I've got to get these together too.
00:34:33I wish we win.
00:34:35Gorgeous, beautiful, stunning little hat.
00:34:37I'm gonna have a little nap and just really meditate for a second before I smash the doll.
00:34:44I'm definitely glad I had Logan there because once I kind of get frustrated,
00:34:51I lose my mind a little bit.
00:34:54We're literally trying to tie everything on now.
00:34:59We went from the hard things to the small things.
00:35:03We'll get there.
00:35:04Because in the end, we always get there.
00:35:07Can we check?
00:35:08Senor, check.
00:35:14How are we looking, senor?
00:35:19Don't chase up again.
00:35:22Yes!
00:35:24Come on, baby!
00:35:26Yes, baby!
00:35:27Come on!
00:35:36That one.
00:35:38Same with me.
00:35:43Yes!
00:35:48Who wants to be leader of the pack?
00:35:50Yeah, I got that.
00:35:51You got it?
00:35:52I'm the leader of the pack, baby.
00:35:53I reckon we could come back here.
00:35:55Oh my lord, how have you done that?
00:35:57Check.
00:35:57Check!
00:35:58Check, please!
00:36:08Take a llama on its daily walk.
00:36:10That's awesome, let's go!
00:36:13It's a kid going, don't you?
00:36:20Struggling a bit, it's hot.
00:36:23Hey!
00:36:24Hola!
00:36:25Beautiful!
00:36:27Let's lay it on, see what we can fit on each.
00:36:30Is there a smaller load?
00:36:31No, hang on.
00:36:31Do we have to bring down one load or two?
00:36:33One.
00:36:34Why are you getting those sticks for, mate?
00:36:35Sorry, mate.
00:36:37Hey!
00:36:41Christian, we're overthinking this.
00:36:42Yeah, let's just get it done.
00:36:43Let's put this here.
00:36:45Port me and Christian.
00:36:47Ignore Daz completely.
00:36:48Righteous.
00:36:49All right, you give me all the heavy stuff for real.
00:36:52All the heavy stuff.
00:36:52Yeah, I know, but we also can't let it break sometimes.
00:36:54I know, I know, but you take some of the food.
00:36:57I'm not motivated by who is behind me.
00:37:00It doesn't affect me if I like them, I dislike them.
00:37:03None of that is relevant to allowing me to perform.
00:37:07Wanting to finish ahead of them, of course, it's obvious.
00:37:10We're in a race.
00:37:11Okay, let's go.
00:37:11Let's go, Christian.
00:37:12How do we carry all this?
00:37:17How do you feel, man?
00:37:18I feel my head, but I'm going to soldier on.
00:37:24You good?
00:37:30Walking up the hill, it was hot and then I started to feel terrible.
00:37:36Have a breather.
00:37:38I honestly thought I couldn't do it.
00:37:39A couple of times there, I thought, oh, I don't know if I can do this.
00:37:43We are on the Inca Trail, 10,000 years old.
00:37:54It is rocky, it is dry, it is hot.
00:37:58And have I mentioned the altitude?
00:38:02Feeling okay?
00:38:03I'm all right.
00:38:04Altitude's awesome.
00:38:07So at least we know now.
00:38:09We've got two people that are behind us now.
00:38:11Yeah.
00:38:11That's good.
00:38:13Good job, honey.
00:38:15That is fantastic.
00:38:16You're a machine.
00:38:18You got this, honey.
00:38:19As long as it's in.
00:38:21I'll take it, I'm going to sprint.
00:38:22All right, let's go, Eden, quick.
00:38:24Eden, hold the bottom of the bag that nothing falls out.
00:38:29All right, Dave, you have to sit in shape.
00:38:31Yep.
00:38:32Oh, we got up the hill.
00:38:34Yep.
00:38:35And I was stuffed, I was struggling.
00:38:37The body's, oh, it's getting a bit sore, to be honest.
00:38:40Played 198 games for the Cats.
00:38:43When you play, there's obviously sacrifices you've got to make.
00:38:46Had a hip replacement, had a fused ankle.
00:38:49And oh, that's right, I've done my shoulder, I can't lift.
00:38:54I'm all right, yeah, I'm all right.
00:38:55I'm getting better, I feel, yeah, yeah.
00:38:57Do you need my help?
00:38:59Ideally.
00:39:01Oscar, to his credit, he did everything.
00:39:03Packed it all up.
00:39:04You hold the, you've got to hold the stick.
00:39:06Hold that, hold this end up too, if you can.
00:39:08Yeah.
00:39:09Actually put it on my back and did everything, so.
00:39:12Good on you, boy.
00:39:13Good work.
00:39:14Yeah.
00:39:15Righto, mate, let's go.
00:39:15Slow and steady.
00:39:17Slow and steady.
00:39:18Just don't walk too fast because then the back will get too far away.
00:39:20At this point going down, we're not thinking about where we are or who's in front.
00:39:24It's just getting down that hill.
00:39:25Okay, this is good, slow and steady.
00:39:27Yeah, I'm happy with this, cock.
00:39:29Yeah.
00:39:34Oh, for goodness sake, it's so fiddly, I know.
00:39:37These are wish items that Argentinians, I guess, wish for.
00:39:41I'm wishing for a pass.
00:39:44Did you get them all?
00:39:45Oh, they've all come out again.
00:39:46That's all right.
00:39:47We realised knots with small pieces of string are in the same department as directions for us.
00:39:54Not very good at either.
00:39:55I think I've stuffed this rope up.
00:39:57And then all of a sudden.
00:39:58Check.
00:39:59Check, please.
00:39:59Check, please.
00:40:00I'm watching everyone else.
00:40:02You're getting checked.
00:40:07Everyone just disappeared.
00:40:10We'll last to leave there again.
00:40:12Oh, great.
00:40:18Who wants to be a leader of the pack?
00:40:19Havana.
00:40:20Yes, he does.
00:40:21I think you're a good leader, Bridget.
00:40:21I'll be a leader.
00:40:23Take a llama on its daily walk.
00:40:25Let's go find a llama.
00:40:26Let's do it.
00:40:28Llama's going to love me.
00:40:29I mean, llamas are basically messed up horses, really, aren't they?
00:40:33They don't really know what they are.
00:40:34They're part giraffe, part sheep, part horse.
00:40:39Find the marked person.
00:40:40Yeah, and there's llamas here.
00:40:41Where?
00:40:42So the marked path.
00:40:43I'm so excited to walk some llamas.
00:40:47I'm happy.
00:40:47The first thing that we see, no Bam Bam and Logan.
00:40:51We can go.
00:40:53Palermio.
00:40:54Palermio, my G.
00:40:56I am ecstatic.
00:40:59So all of a sudden, we're in first place.
00:41:00Ecstatic.
00:41:02So all of a sudden, we're in first place.
00:41:04And it's game on.
00:41:07Yes.
00:41:07Good job, Chloe.
00:41:08Crushing it.
00:41:11Perfect.
00:41:12Read that.
00:41:12Read it out loud.
00:41:13What does it say?
00:41:14Put on the saddle.
00:41:16Secure the gall around its neck.
00:41:18Around your neck?
00:41:19Yes, Chloe.
00:41:20Once your llama's fully killed, make your way down to the riverbed
00:41:23to deliver your llama to the farmer.
00:41:24Yes, you are.
00:41:26You are a legend, llama.
00:41:28Thank you so much.
00:41:29Keep giving love to that llama.
00:41:30We don't want no drama.
00:41:32Emmie, I think I'm good.
00:41:34Good job, Chloe.
00:41:35Let's go.
00:41:36You got this, Chloe.
00:41:38The boys are still not here.
00:41:39We're looking good.
00:41:39Come on.
00:41:40Just get a good stride.
00:41:41One step at a time.
00:41:43Come on.
00:41:45Should I bring them out?
00:41:47Huh?
00:41:50Have you got everything?
00:41:51Yeah.
00:41:53Boys have dropped back, I think.
00:41:55Yeah, I mean.
00:41:56Dropped a bit?
00:41:57Hopefully.
00:41:58Come on.
00:42:01Being at altitude, you can feel the difference.
00:42:04The way you breathe.
00:42:05It makes it harder when you weigh a fair bit.
00:42:08Let's go, lads.
00:42:09Keep going.
00:42:10Not long, not long.
00:42:12It was a dalaama.
00:42:17We had a dalaama.
00:42:19We had a dalaama.
00:42:21The way that the hill was working, I had a dalaama with my breathing.
00:42:28Hello.
00:42:30We get to where the llamas are.
00:42:32We've seen the tillies.
00:42:33Come on.
00:42:34And bamaloga just behind us.
00:42:36We had the opportunity to overtake them.
00:42:38The llamas?
00:42:39I like the one with the green.
00:42:40You like the red-headed one, don't you?
00:42:42I feel like Simon is my boy.
00:42:45I was standing there watching you and I thought.
00:42:48Come on, Simon.
00:42:49You got this in the bag.
00:42:51Let's go for a walk, shall we?
00:42:52Oh, look, he's been.
00:42:53I know, look at him.
00:42:54He's being at one with the llama.
00:42:58This will be interesting.
00:42:59And the llamas can be a bit of a pain.
00:43:01OK.
00:43:01They don't always want to listen.
00:43:03Kind of like me.
00:43:05Oh, you really don't like me, do you?
00:43:07And I was like, oh, no.
00:43:08I am in all sorts here.
00:43:10Oh, Simon does not want to go anywhere.
00:43:15Babe, I picked a terrible llama.
00:43:18Let's go, lads.
00:43:19Together, boys.
00:43:20They would be furious.
00:43:26That walks, um, that walk appears.
00:43:29Horrendous.
00:43:33I could see a couple of the other teams.
00:43:34Come on, Simon.
00:43:35Let's go for a stroll, huh?
00:43:37There's Attilies who are struggling.
00:43:38Come on.
00:43:41Find the boards up here at the moment.
00:43:42We've got to.
00:43:43This is like the traditional dress or something like that there.
00:43:46I'll come back.
00:43:48Costco, Costco, Costco.
00:43:49Good, good, good.
00:43:50Attilies overtook us.
00:43:52But, um, there's still a chance to come first.
00:43:54Costco, Costco, Costco.
00:43:56Costco, Costco, Costco.
00:43:58Come on.
00:43:59Come on, boy.
00:43:59Come on.
00:44:00Come on.
00:44:01Come on.
00:44:01Being a spectator is so hard.
00:44:04I'm looking at Chloe.
00:44:05She knows what she's doing, where she's going.
00:44:06But feeling helpless.
00:44:08And I'm wanting to get out there and help her move that llama to where it needed to go.
00:44:12Because Bam Bam and Logan are right on our tails.
00:44:14Underly, underly.
00:44:15Costco, Costco, Costco.
00:44:16Come on.
00:44:16Not going to lie.
00:44:17It's stressing me out.
00:44:19Come on, come on.
00:44:23Don't miss a moment of the action.
00:44:25Yes!
00:44:27With full episodes of The Amazing Race Celebrity Edition on TenPlay.
00:44:39What a shocker today, hun.
00:44:40We have had a shocker.
00:44:46Just got to keep thinking positive, hun.
00:44:48Thinking positive all the way.
00:44:50Checky check.
00:44:50Checky check.
00:44:53Let's try.
00:44:54I hope it doesn't fall.
00:44:55Oh my god.
00:44:56It's got to fall off.
00:45:03Please.
00:45:05Yeah!
00:45:09Thank you so much.
00:45:10Appreciate it.
00:45:14All right, what do we got here?
00:45:15Who wants to be the leader of the pack?
00:45:17It's your turn.
00:45:18Okay, you got to do it.
00:45:19Let's go.
00:45:19Let's go.
00:45:21Let's go, hun.
00:45:22Come on.
00:45:23We're still in it.
00:45:24We're still in the game.
00:45:31You can throw it in there, mate.
00:45:33Make mine, I'll do all the heavy lifting.
00:45:38Ah, basket.
00:45:40Here, I'll pick it up.
00:45:44How's the serenity?
00:45:48It's actually quite peaceful walking down.
00:45:51You good?
00:45:52Yeah.
00:45:54Yeah.
00:45:54Once we understood how we were actually going to do what we needed to do,
00:45:59it was just a matter of taking the necessary care to get down there without things falling out.
00:46:04Hello.
00:46:06Okay.
00:46:07Check.
00:46:11Hey, muchas gracias.
00:46:14Gracias.
00:46:16Cool.
00:46:19Yeah, you do it.
00:46:20Take a llama on its daily walk.
00:46:22It's awesome.
00:46:23Let's go.
00:46:24Bummed.
00:46:27I'm starting to think we should have just gone with the memory thing.
00:46:29We didn't.
00:46:31Remember some of our charities, Brave Hearts.
00:46:32That's what we're going to be now.
00:46:33We're the Brave Hearts.
00:46:35I don't want to give up, but it is hard work.
00:46:38I'll give it up, honey.
00:46:39But I keep thinking, it is true.
00:46:40I'm thinking about the charity.
00:46:41I don't want to lose.
00:46:43I want to come out strong.
00:46:44It's so hard.
00:46:46Come on, cyclone.
00:46:48Don't make me laugh.
00:46:49Come on, cyclone.
00:46:50Don't make me laugh.
00:46:51Or I'm going to lose me.
00:46:52I'm not giving up.
00:46:53You can do it, cyclone.
00:46:55I'm not giving up.
00:46:58Down the hill, we fought hard and never gave up.
00:47:01The charity meant so much to us.
00:47:03Almost there.
00:47:04Come on.
00:47:06Beautiful.
00:47:08Hold the lemons.
00:47:08Everything's fine.
00:47:11Yay, thank you.
00:47:17We're fighters.
00:47:18Look, if we're going to go down, we're going to go down fighting.
00:47:21Who wants to be the leader of the pack?
00:47:23I'm the leader.
00:47:24Take a limo on its daily walk.
00:47:26Oh, well, there you go.
00:47:27I was going to beat horses yesterday.
00:47:28This better work out.
00:47:29All right, let's do it, baby.
00:47:34Good view.
00:47:35Beautiful view.
00:47:36I must admit, I haven't seen it.
00:47:37I've looked at just one step at a time in front of me.
00:47:40I can't tap out here.
00:47:42I thought about Oscar, you know.
00:47:43I've got to do it for him.
00:47:44Brought him halfway around the world.
00:47:46And, you know, we can't tap out now.
00:47:48Yeah, keep going, Toby.
00:47:49Yep.
00:47:50Doing well.
00:47:51Hola, how are you?
00:47:53Mate, well, nothing dropped out.
00:47:55It's all there.
00:47:59Please.
00:48:00Please.
00:48:07We've passed the walk like an Incan challenge.
00:48:10And I can safely say we'll both never walk like an Incan again.
00:48:13Never, ever walk like an Inca.
00:48:15Ever.
00:48:17Who will be leader of the pack?
00:48:18You better.
00:48:19Take a llama on its daily walk.
00:48:21Nice, you wanted to do that.
00:48:22Yeah.
00:48:26Good job, Koi.
00:48:27Let's go.
00:48:29Come on.
00:48:31Come on.
00:48:41Yes, go on, Koi.
00:48:42Go on, Koi.
00:48:43Come on.
00:48:45Matilda's the team to beat.
00:48:47They're real competitors, you know, they're Olympians.
00:48:49Go on, Koi.
00:48:50Come on, get a stride.
00:48:54You have to come with me.
00:48:55Come on, one step at a time.
00:48:56My llama, he was stubborn.
00:48:59Bam Bam had no drama with that llama.
00:49:01You want this?
00:49:02I need to go there first.
00:49:04Oh, they are past us.
00:49:11Come on.
00:49:13Come on.
00:49:14Coming for you, Bam Bam.
00:49:18Well done.
00:49:21Good boy.
00:49:25You know what?
00:49:26Llama's like a furry giraffe.
00:49:30Find Bo at the pit stop.
00:49:31Hurry, the last team.
00:49:32Check in, maybe eliminate you.
00:49:34Hilcara de Tilcara is one of the last towns of the Inca civilization in Argentina.
00:49:40Back in the day, this fortified hilltop settlement was abuzz with trade in gold and silver.
00:49:48Strategically chosen because of its commanding valley views,
00:49:53it's a place where you can see the enemy coming.
00:49:56It's a heritage listed site and it's where our teams will find the pit stop
00:50:00for the third leg of the Amazing Race Australia.
00:50:03Let's go.
00:50:07See, I keep my promise.
00:50:09Here, take it.
00:50:10Take it.
00:50:11Good boy.
00:50:12Here you go.
00:50:14Yes.
00:50:15Thank you so much.
00:50:16Thank you, llama.
00:50:17Here's your corn, buddy.
00:50:19Oh, man.
00:50:20I'm so glad that's over.
00:50:21Paloma was an absolute legend.
00:50:23He loved corn.
00:50:24I love corn.
00:50:24How did I not know that?
00:50:25He just needed a treat just like me.
00:50:30They're coming for us at the moment.
00:50:32We're back into the middle here.
00:50:34Let's see what is behind us.
00:50:38Let's go, let's go, let's go.
00:50:41Let's go.
00:50:41Come on.
00:50:42Vamos!
00:50:43Making sure, you know, make sure I can see who's on my tail.
00:50:48Let's keep an eye out.
00:50:49There's the girls there.
00:50:53I reckon follow the boys as much as we can and just see if it's adding up.
00:50:56I know, this could be a foot race.
00:50:58I really, Chloe, I really hope we are the first ones.
00:51:07Hola.
00:51:08Hola.
00:51:09Oh, that's for me?
00:51:10Oh, thank you.
00:51:13Awesome, thank you.
00:51:14I'll be drinking this.
00:51:16Beautiful.
00:51:17I've got to drive.
00:51:18Good?
00:51:22Bro.
00:51:27Let's go, let's go, let's go.
00:51:28We are onto the pit stop.
00:51:29Vamos!
00:51:30We know Bam Bam and Logan are right in front of us.
00:51:33They were neck and neck.
00:51:33Behind us.
00:51:36We're in it to win it.
00:51:37A lot of people may have underestimated us.
00:51:40We do come across like a very funny, very jokey, very loud.
00:51:44But when it's time to work, it's time to work.
00:51:47Logan, let's go.
00:51:48Come on, it's this way.
00:51:49We've got to run.
00:51:53Okay, we've got to ask someone.
00:51:54Yeah, go.
00:51:56Do you know where Pucara de Tocara?
00:51:58The bridge.
00:51:59Cross the bridge.
00:52:00Cross the bridge.
00:52:01Okay, muchas gracias.
00:52:02Muchas gracias.
00:52:03Emi, tie up your bag and run in shoes on.
00:52:06We're slowly jogging.
00:52:07No, that's not it.
00:52:09We see Bam and Logan.
00:52:10They've gone the wrong way.
00:52:12Pucara, Pucara.
00:52:15This is our chance to bring home another win.
00:52:18It is a run.
00:52:18It's this way.
00:52:19We're off to the races, darling.
00:52:21Is it in here?
00:52:22Pucara de Tocara.
00:52:23Yes.
00:52:24Let's go.
00:52:27Come on.
00:52:29Let's get this.
00:52:30Let's get this.
00:52:31We want this lead.
00:52:32We have to be at the top.
00:52:34Walk for your feet.
00:52:35We have to be first.
00:52:36Come on, surely.
00:52:37All right, we've got eyes.
00:52:38Here it is.
00:52:41I've never wanted to see you more, buddy.
00:52:45Oh, here it is.
00:52:45The girls.
00:52:47Matildas.
00:52:49I'm sure it's altitude because we are athletes.
00:52:52That's where Emma tells.
00:53:00Chloe and Emily, you are the first team to check in.
00:53:07Oh my God.
00:53:09Take your bag off.
00:53:10Okay.
00:53:12That's two.
00:53:13You've won now.
00:53:13Two legs.
00:53:14So you are setting the benchmark, but you're also going to be a target.
00:53:17I think Logan and Bam Bam.
00:53:19Yeah.
00:53:19They're coming on our heels.
00:53:21And they're our new underdogs.
00:53:23So we're looking out for them.
00:53:25Well done, girls.
00:53:26Because you checked in first, you'll get a luxury hotel upgrade again.
00:53:31It was a grueling day.
00:53:32It was a tough day.
00:53:33I loved every single second of it.
00:53:35We're out in front, baby.
00:53:37You're number one.
00:53:38Do you watch the UFC?
00:53:40You watch the UFC?
00:53:48Bam Bam and Logan, you're like the second team to check in.
00:53:54How do you feel about the altitude?
00:53:56It catches you.
00:53:57The altitude was playing with my attitude.
00:54:01The attitude was playing with my emotion.
00:54:04The attitude was playing with my emotions.
00:54:09I'm seeing stars right now.
00:54:11Have a rest now.
00:54:12Jordan, second place.
00:54:13Wonderful effort, boys.
00:54:14Bring it in.
00:54:16I'll be honest with you.
00:54:16I'm having a bleeping blast.
00:54:19Bro, this has probably been the best experience I've ever had.
00:54:28How do you think I'll react if it spits on me?
00:54:30There's a little part of me that hopes it does.
00:54:33I won't lie.
00:54:33So we're coming into a nice little valley here, Pete.
00:54:36See the one up ahead.
00:54:40Good job, Lama.
00:54:41Simon wants his bread now.
00:54:43He can see the finish line.
00:54:48I'm going to go misky.
00:54:49Misky is risky.
00:54:51At this point, I'm thinking I'm sore.
00:54:54I'm tired.
00:54:56Lama Pete, please just be good for me.
00:54:59You're a stubborn bitch.
00:55:04Of course this is going to happen.
00:55:06We get the one broken Lama.
00:55:08Lama on the loose.
00:55:10This is not good.
00:55:12A Lama can spit, so be careful.
00:55:15Yeah.
00:55:16And if they do spit on you, we'll disinfect it later.
00:55:19Just don't worry.
00:55:21I've had zero experience with Lamas, but I do love them.
00:55:24They're so funny looking.
00:55:27You need to be at one with the Lama.
00:55:29Okay.
00:55:29And be calm.
00:55:30I'm going to start again.
00:55:31I know, I know.
00:55:32You want to go with your friends.
00:55:34And that was the game plan to kind of connect with the Lama.
00:55:38And now, now we're going to try and walk you.
00:55:41Come on.
00:55:43There we go.
00:55:44Now we're riding.
00:55:45Come on, Jet.
00:55:46You got this.
00:55:48Good job, Lama.
00:55:50To be fair to Simon, once he started...
00:55:53There was no stopping him.
00:55:55Hola.
00:55:55How are you going?
00:55:57I have brought Simon.
00:55:59Gracias.
00:56:00Gracias.
00:56:01Thank you so much.
00:56:02Boom.
00:56:03Boom.
00:56:03Two roadblocks in a row.
00:56:05Nevada's making good time.
00:56:07Does it look pretty?
00:56:08Beautiful.
00:56:09Very Instagrammable.
00:56:10I wish I had my phone so I could take a photo.
00:56:13I think he's really loving this walk.
00:56:16He saw his friend's head up here.
00:56:18So he wants to follow his friend.
00:56:20So I think that's a benefit of having someone in front of you
00:56:23when you're dealing with a Lama.
00:56:27Yay.
00:56:29This is for you.
00:56:30Oh, thank you so much.
00:56:32Well, he's very excited to be back with his friends.
00:56:35Okay.
00:56:37Fun.
00:56:38Hurry, the last team to check in.
00:56:40Let's go.
00:56:42Okay, let's go quick.
00:56:43You need to walk fast.
00:56:44I feel we did get some good energy today.
00:56:47I really believe that you create the energy around you.
00:56:51And if you have good energy that it'll come back to you.
00:56:55Do not let us get lost because this is it.
00:56:58Good.
00:56:59On our way.
00:57:00Go.
00:57:00Here we come.
00:57:02I've never actually met a Lama that I've liked.
00:57:05Every Lama I've seen on the internet is rude,
00:57:07spitting on people, sneezing on people.
00:57:09Lamas suck.
00:57:10Vamos.
00:57:11Vamos.
00:57:12Hello, Bridge.
00:57:15Hello, Lama.
00:57:16Let's find a Lama.
00:57:17Yay.
00:57:18You got this, honey.
00:57:20Come on.
00:57:21I've just got to pick a nice Lama and get this done.
00:57:24We've got to get it around here.
00:57:26Could I drop another one?
00:57:29Yeah, we're used to farming music.
00:57:32Not animals.
00:57:33Wow, Thorpeian Christian?
00:57:35Really?
00:57:36We're in front of them?
00:57:38Okay.
00:57:39I don't think I'll be changing careers anytime soon to become a Lama farmer.
00:57:44Ah, don't farm a zombie.
00:57:46Vamos.
00:57:48Vamos.
00:57:56I'd really like to tell him what to do.
00:57:58It's killing me.
00:58:02I think someone else has just gotten here.
00:58:05Going into the challenge, we saw Thorpeian Christian.
00:58:13And then also, there was Billy and Oscar.
00:58:16Tatine, let's go, Tatine.
00:58:18As long as we don't come last, I'll be happy.
00:58:23Oh, my God.
00:58:26Sorelle.
00:58:28Don't be scared of it.
00:58:29They look aggressive, but he won't hurt you.
00:58:31I shouldn't have done this.
00:58:33Sorelle, it's not going to hurt you.
00:58:36Yeah, the Lama didn't have any tolerance for Sorelle.
00:58:40Is he going to bite me?
00:58:41I don't want to get bitten.
00:58:44This is so frustrating.
00:58:45I'll get him in two seconds.
00:58:46No fear, Sorelle.
00:58:47No fear.
00:58:54Seriously, can this day get any worse?
00:58:59We've got to run away, Lama.
00:59:00We're done.
00:59:01We're done.
00:59:02Sorelle, get up there and get that buck-toothed Lama.
00:59:11Oh, is that a gift for me?
00:59:13Empanada.
00:59:13Empanada.
00:59:14How good.
00:59:16What is it?
00:59:16Empanada.
00:59:16What's in it?
00:59:17Meat?
00:59:19Yeah.
00:59:19Are you going to have one?
00:59:22No, they're poisoning me.
00:59:23I want my job.
00:59:24I want my job.
00:59:28That's La Casa Puente.
00:59:30Can we park in there?
00:59:31Yep.
00:59:31Yep.
00:59:32Today's been so much fun.
00:59:33Yeah.
00:59:34I have thoroughly enjoyed everything that we've had to do today so far.
00:59:38Go, Team Pink.
00:59:43You don't know where anyone is.
00:59:44Okay, unreal.
00:59:45Final pit stop.
00:59:46Come on, quick.
00:59:50Got them?
00:59:51Yeah.
00:59:52It's across the bridge.
00:59:53Quick.
00:59:58Yeah, is it across the bridge?
01:00:00We're going to get them.
01:00:01Quick, come on.
01:00:02Pull them into speed mode.
01:00:04There it is, there it is.
01:00:05Come on, come on.
01:00:08Who is that?
01:00:09It's a flag.
01:00:19Ivana and Steph, you are the third team to check in.
01:00:21Woo!
01:00:22Yes!
01:00:23We said we'd go in for third today.
01:00:25I'm certainly safe.
01:00:26Terrific effort and I'll see you soon.
01:00:28Oh my gosh.
01:00:28We're going to have the team on your heels right here.
01:00:30Come on.
01:00:35Jen, Lily, you are the fourth team to check in.
01:00:37Yay!
01:00:38Oh, that's good.
01:00:40Good job, babe.
01:00:40Well done.
01:00:41Beautiful.
01:00:42I'm stoked.
01:00:42Pretty happy with the four.
01:00:44Good job.
01:00:44Well done.
01:00:53Good on you, honey.
01:00:55We just can't come last.
01:00:57I thought I was going to avoid a hike.
01:00:59Can I ride you?
01:01:01Because I'm really tired.
01:01:04Bridget digs deep, as she always does.
01:01:06And she gets the llama to where that llama needs to get to.
01:01:08Vamos.
01:01:09Vamos, come on.
01:01:11Two more seconds.
01:01:15Well done.
01:01:15You're the best.
01:01:16And I love you too.
01:01:18This is for you.
01:01:20Well done, Bridget.
01:01:22I love you.
01:01:23Love you.
01:01:23I love you too.
01:01:25It's been a day.
01:01:26Quite the day.
01:01:27Just a man and his llama.
01:01:29You know what?
01:01:30I think the connection me and the llama have had was one of those spark moments.
01:01:34And it may be because the llama knew we're here for rural aid.
01:01:39Yes.
01:01:40Hello, beautiful llama.
01:01:42Perfect.
01:01:43Well done.
01:01:44This is for you.
01:01:46I appreciate it.
01:01:48Good on you, honey.
01:01:49We're like, yes, okay, we're not last.
01:01:52We can just get going.
01:01:55You bloody cheapskate.
01:01:56Yes.
01:01:57Hang on.
01:01:57Read the clues.
01:01:58I've got to wee.
01:02:00Just to be safe.
01:02:04I don't know how well I'll be able to direct Rino, but...
01:02:07No, we'll be right.
01:02:08It's perfect, Bridget.
01:02:09We're ahead of some teams.
01:02:11Um, Pete, can you hear that beeping?
01:02:13Uh, you got your seatbelt on, everybody?
01:02:14I've got my seatbelt on.
01:02:15I think it's our alarm clock.
01:02:17Oh, that bloody alarm clock.
01:02:18We've got to get rid of this alarm.
01:02:19Just slow on the gravel, don't lose control.
01:02:21It's driving me nuts.
01:02:25It's just a bit of shit.
01:02:30Better not leave her.
01:02:33Keep at it, beautiful.
01:02:37Let's go find Beau.
01:02:42Come on, come on, come on.
01:02:45Christian, what about the other one?
01:02:47Let's go.
01:02:48Come on, Pongo.
01:02:49You are so stubborn.
01:02:51We haven't moved for about 15 minutes.
01:02:53I'm, like, nearly bent over in a tug of war with this stubborn llama.
01:02:58Come on, come on.
01:03:02Change another one.
01:03:04We've got Moncho.
01:03:06I reckon I've got the best llama here.
01:03:09Christian, he's got the llama touch.
01:03:11Strolls by.
01:03:12So frustrating.
01:03:14Follow the path.
01:03:14Come on, mate.
01:03:17Follow that llama.
01:03:18We're going to move you.
01:03:19Come on.
01:03:20That's it, Oscar.
01:03:21What's the difference between...
01:03:22What are these called?
01:03:24Llamas?
01:03:24There's llamas and alpacas.
01:03:25Yeah, what's the difference?
01:03:26I'm going with a hump, maybe.
01:03:29There might be camels.
01:03:31Good work, Pongo.
01:03:33I knew you had it in you.
01:03:35I can't.
01:03:36Hey, Cyril.
01:03:38There's another llama there.
01:03:39He looks more friendlier.
01:03:41He's got a nice tan.
01:03:42We'll get him.
01:03:43Hello.
01:03:45Hello, llama.
01:03:46There you go.
01:03:47See, he likes you.
01:03:48I've got a good idea.
01:03:49He likes you.
01:03:49I've got a new llama.
01:03:51You want some hay?
01:03:53You want some hay?
01:03:54Yeah.
01:03:56And this llama loved me.
01:03:58Come on, baby.
01:03:59Cyril, she didn't give up.
01:04:01That's it.
01:04:02Come on.
01:04:03Yeah, I'm very proud of Cyril.
01:04:05Tatian didn't like me, did he?
01:04:07No, because Tatian was a racist llama.
01:04:10Yay, llama.
01:04:12We just wanted to show that, you know, we're fighters.
01:04:15We're strong.
01:04:17Come on.
01:04:19Come on.
01:04:22Do you like coffee?
01:04:23Yeah.
01:04:24Double shot?
01:04:25Is that right?
01:04:26No.
01:04:28You walked a llama in Argentina.
01:04:31Extraordinary proud of my wife today.
01:04:34Bridge did.
01:04:35She really dug in.
01:04:37I see the flag.
01:04:39It's a beautiful flag.
01:04:40Oh, my God.
01:04:41Oh, my God.
01:04:41It's not at the top.
01:04:42When you spend 21 years together, you recognize all those looks,
01:04:46and she found a way, and she always does.
01:04:50Woo!
01:04:51Bienvenidos al cucaracha de Tincara.
01:04:53Gracias.
01:04:54Pete and Bridget, you are the fifth team to check in.
01:04:56We move forward.
01:04:58He's heavier.
01:04:59He's getting heavier.
01:05:00Thanks, guys.
01:05:01Bridge was amazing today.
01:05:02She gets the Dali M and the Brownlow votes today.
01:05:05She's always had an amazing work ethic.
01:05:07I've always loved it about her.
01:05:08So when we were bricklaying, it's not only my forte.
01:05:11Thanks, man.
01:05:12Well done.
01:05:12Thanks, man.
01:05:13Good job.
01:05:13Rest up.
01:05:13Recover.
01:05:14You'll need it.
01:05:14Good job.
01:05:15So great to see you, mate.
01:05:17Oh, my God.
01:05:17I can see the pit stops just there.
01:05:24OK.
01:05:25Hang on, honey.
01:05:27Bienvenidos al cucaracha de Tincara.
01:05:32Brooke and Adam, you are the sixth team to check in.
01:05:34We're still here.
01:05:36Oh, we live to see another day.
01:05:39Maps aren't our strong point.
01:05:41Nope.
01:05:41Wow, you picked the wrong shirt, didn't you?
01:05:43Yeah, I really did.
01:05:45Smiling every day.
01:05:46Here for another day.
01:05:47Yay.
01:05:48I've got to wee so badly.
01:05:51Well done.
01:05:52Go change your undies.
01:05:56Good job, Moncho.
01:05:59You've helped me out a lot, mate.
01:06:01Kristen's nearly finished.
01:06:02Yes.
01:06:04Thank you, brother.
01:06:06You need to please take another.
01:06:08Gracias.
01:06:09Thank you, boss.
01:06:13I called him brownie.
01:06:14OK, brownie.
01:06:17Thank you very much.
01:06:18Gracias.
01:06:20Oh, hardly the last team to check in may be eliminated.
01:06:24Let's go.
01:06:27Nearly there, mate.
01:06:29Oh, Oski, yeah, mate.
01:06:32Not your fault that one cooked.
01:06:34Because someone could have skipped something through it, you never know.
01:06:36You know what I mean?
01:06:37Go right.
01:06:38Just trust me for once in these bloody directions.
01:06:41I will.
01:06:42You sure this is the way, Os?
01:06:44Yeah.
01:06:45It's tough.
01:06:46I'll take straight to you, Os.
01:06:48We haven't lost this race for him.
01:06:50Yeah, let's go, darling.
01:06:56You sure this is the way, Os?
01:06:58OK.
01:07:00OK, Oski boy.
01:07:02My charity, if you know the stories I know, it will kill me not to do this for him.
01:07:07We'll do absolutely anything to get ahead.
01:07:10We're competing against people that have won Olympic games even.
01:07:15But we might not even be last.
01:07:17Come on.
01:07:21How am I going to get past this door?
01:07:22I'll get rid of it.
01:07:23OK.
01:07:24Come on, Os.
01:07:27Come on, over here.
01:07:28Over here.
01:07:30Over here.
01:07:31Christian, quickly, quickly, please.
01:07:40Let's start moving.
01:07:41Is it there yet?
01:07:42Zero.
01:07:46Let's go.
01:07:50Run, your favourite thing to do.
01:07:52Yeah, run.
01:07:52Let's go.
01:07:53Oh, I can't wait to see Bo.
01:07:54Did it say go across the bridge?
01:07:56Yeah.
01:07:57Where is he?
01:07:57I don't know.
01:07:58I'm going to look out to find Bo.
01:07:59Oh, sorry.
01:08:00Maybe you can go over the bridge.
01:08:01I thought we can't be finishing here in this little back row.
01:08:05Maybe don't go over the bridge.
01:08:16Why are you going across, back across?
01:08:19Thorpey and Christian are coming the other way.
01:08:21So we thought, look, they probably have more of an idea than us.
01:08:23Let's just follow them.
01:08:25Sorry.
01:08:25That's my bad.
01:08:26That's all right.
01:08:27You never know.
01:08:28You never know.
01:08:28Someone could have appeared.
01:08:29I'm coming.
01:08:30I'm coming.
01:08:33Which direction now, mate?
01:08:34Christian, which direction?
01:08:36Oh, here it is.
01:08:37Is this it?
01:08:38We're not last, I don't think.
01:08:40We don't think.
01:08:40Let's go.
01:08:43Here they come.
01:08:45Ready?
01:08:46Let's go.
01:08:48I've led us all day.
01:08:49I'm going to lead us in.
01:08:51Love you, boys.
01:08:52I'll lead us in.
01:08:53Oh, good to see you, boys.
01:08:54Get in, mate.
01:08:55Good on you.
01:09:00Thorpey and Christian, you are the seventh team to check in.
01:09:03Sweet.
01:09:04Billy and Oscar, you are the eighth team to check in.
01:09:10Tough day.
01:09:11Tough day at the office.
01:09:13Very proud of you today, Thorpey.
01:09:15Altitude, it was hot.
01:09:17And yeah, it would have been easy to throw the towel in, but you did well.
01:09:21We're still in it.
01:09:22Good boy.
01:09:23Oh, that's nice.
01:09:32Let's do it together.
01:09:37We've got to stop moving like this.
01:09:44Yeah.
01:09:46So Arel and Eden, you are the last team to check in.
01:09:50We know, bro.
01:09:52Being the last team, you are eliminated, and your time on the race is over, unfortunately.
01:09:56No worries.
01:09:57Thanks for having us, guys.
01:09:58Really appreciate it.
01:09:59This was the hardest thing we'd ever done.
01:10:02I really pushed my body to its limits.
01:10:04I've never done anything like that.
01:10:05But we never quit.
01:10:07We never tried to skip or anything.
01:10:08We really did try.
01:10:09Unfortunately, we're just the slowest ones.
01:10:11Yeah.
01:10:12Yeah.
01:10:12Still proud, though.
01:10:13Still very proud.
01:10:14It is going to be sad to see you go.
01:10:16Oh, we're sad to go.
01:10:17Me and Cyril have missed our son, and we haven't been away from him for this long.
01:10:21So it'll be really nice to see him.
01:10:23Also, again, a special mention to the Bravehearts.
01:10:25Having a little boy of my own, and nephews and nieces, and Cyril.
01:10:28And I know when I look at my son, I couldn't imagine someone abusing him.
01:10:32And I feel devastated.
01:10:34I'm gutted.
01:10:35And I really wanted that money to go to them and help them out.
01:10:39Because it is a lot of money, and it can help a lot of people.
01:10:41But I always get teary every time I talk about it.
01:10:43It's made the tears fine, buddy.
01:10:44But, you know, try our best.
01:10:46You did our best, honey.
01:10:47You did good.
01:10:48We never gave up.
01:10:49Very proud of Cyril.
01:10:51It's an experience that you never really get to do, ever.
01:10:53So we're happy that we've done it.
01:10:54Thanks again.
01:10:55Thanks, mate.
01:10:56Bye.
01:10:56See ya.
01:10:57Come on.
01:10:57I appreciate it.
01:10:59We're heaps proud of each other.
01:11:01We didn't even give up.
01:11:03Also, we're proud of each other because we didn't kill each other.
01:11:06I cannot believe I did that.
01:11:07So good, Cyril.
01:11:09Next time on the Amazing Race Celebrity Edition.
01:11:13Our celebrities take the competition to South Africa.
01:11:19Are you actually doing anything, mate?
01:11:21There's a lot of talk.
01:11:22I'm not going to be beaten by a swimmer.
01:11:24And his mate.
01:11:25Where the last thing on their mind...
01:11:26Don't look at that.
01:11:27...is the local cuisine.
01:11:28It's a head.
01:11:29Here we go, here we go, here we go.
01:11:32Oh, it's the talkies.
