00:00We are in a context of strong transformation, the complexity is undoubtedly growing and
00:09therefore asking ourselves in what terms training can be a lever to accompany the development
00:14of people and their well-being and therefore a source of care is certainly crucial in Logotel.
00:19How do we do it?
00:20We do it by interpreting this accompaniment in an adoption logic.
00:25For us, going to accompany people in transformations means bringing them to the end of a path
00:31that makes them feel part of a change and that allows them to acquire, to translate into
00:35practical behaviors, a cultural change, a change of organization, new mindsets, new skills.
00:41To do this, we work around three dimensions, the Attractive, the Engaging and the Amplified.
00:47What does it mean?
00:48It means general desirability, deciding points that allow people to want to be part of
00:53a change.
00:54It works on the Engaging, which therefore generates enabling contexts, places of practice and
00:59finally on the Amplifying, everything that allows us, in a People and Community Driven logic,
01:04to amplify the impact, to generate a positive and transformative effect within the network
01:09and therefore make the behavior reach as many people as possible and be sustainable
01:15continuously over time.
