00:00The main suspects in the disappearance of the beauty queen, Catherine Camilon, have been arrested.

00:07This was reported by Patrick P. Jesus.

00:11The parents of Catherine Camilon, who was arrested by the police,

00:17former police major Allan De Castro and his driver bodyguard, Jeffrey Magpantay,

00:22were arrested by PNP Calabarzon on September 14,

00:27in Barangay Caloocan, Balayan, Batangas,

00:30on a warrant of arrest for kidnapping and serious illegal detention.

00:35Here, the Balayan Municipal Police arrested Jeffrey Magpantay.

00:40De Castro and Magpantay were the main suspects in the disappearance of the beauty queen in Batangas

00:46last October.

00:49The creation of the Special Intelligence Attacker Team,

00:53they worked hard to catch the two.

00:59Based on the report, they were walking along the highway.

01:05That's where they were caught.

01:07The case against De Castro was dismissed by the Regional Prosecutor's Office.

01:12But the motion for reconsideration of the PNP was passed

01:16and additional evidence was submitted.

01:19We made a motion and we strengthened our evidence.

01:26Fortunately, it was approved and they were released on warrant of arrest.

01:34The CIDG called for the assistance of various units.

01:40Catherine's mother is hoping that De Castro will tell her what happened to the child.

01:46I have no other request but to tell her the truth,

01:50where my child is, what they did, where they took her.

01:55Catherine's mother does not lose hope that the child will be found.

02:00She will be missing for a year.

02:03I really don't want to put it in my heart that she's gone.

02:06But I hope that whatever will happen,

02:10ma'am, there is hope that one day she will return to us.

02:16Of course, we're still hoping to see Ms. Catherine,

02:22but of course, we're expecting worse.
