00:00The National Intelligence Coordinating Council has set up a fund for the next year of joining the Camera Ngayng Araw,

00:08in particular, the fund for the NTF-ELCAC and Anti-Terrorism Council is given by Beno Sisi.

01:05The proposed budget of the NTF-ELCAC for the next year is around Php 4.8 million.

01:12Brosas was asked if the NTF-ELCAC is worth Php 1 million.

01:16Is the fight against the red flag part of their agenda?

01:21They also challenged the breakdown of the NICA in the Php 19,771,000 increase proposal for the Anti-Terrorism Council.

01:31Representative Manuela said that the proposed budget was not supported by the agency,

01:36because they believe that the NTF-ELCAC is used by the right-wing activists.

01:42They also said that there are still students who are being red-flagged.

01:47The NICA also said that they are using their funds properly.

01:52One of the funds they are using is the operation in the West Philippine Sea.

01:57Recently, Aljo, the proposed 2025 budget of the NICA was revealed to the camera.

02:03Meanwhile, Aljo, in the statement issued by the office of the House Speaker Representative Romualdez,

02:09approved the Php 6,352,000 fund for the next year, this Wednesday.
