00:57This is intended to realize ASEAN's vision as a center for digital economic growth.
01:03Erlangga stated that DEFA is a master plan,
01:06fulfilling agreements regarding digitalization, including digital talent,
01:10digital ID, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and interoperability in the ASEAN region.
01:16With DEFA, the digital economy in ASEAN is expected to double in 2030.
01:24In addition to Indonesia, there are two things that can be done to boost the speed of DEFA elections.
01:30First, implementation of the Code of Ethics or Code of Conduct,
01:34which has been agreed on in 2023 and is believed to facilitate the negotiation process.
01:41Next, the need for innovative new approaches in the negotiation process.
01:45For that, an assessment must be carried out on the negotiation process
01:49to see the challenges and opportunities in forming a new strategy that is more effective and efficient.
