00:00When the Department of Foreign Affairs decided that 20 Filipinas were rescued in Cambodia,
00:05Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Eduardo de Vega brought them to Cambodia
00:11to be a surrogate mother of a child who was banned from the country.
00:16Seven of them were able to repatriate while the other 13 were staying in a local hospital.
