00:28Throughout The Sopranos, Tony treated the young mobster like a son.
00:32So, when he meets his death at Tony's hands, it feels like the ultimate betrayal.

00:43Christopher's dead.

00:46This Season 6 deleted scene adds a new layer of context to that chilling scene.

01:41The two-part Season 6 finale ends with surgeons Charles Percy and Reed Adamson
01:45among the dead and many others injured.
01:48In one of his final moments, Charles asks fellow doctor Miranda Bailey
01:52to tell Reed that he has always had feelings for her.

01:59Can you find her and tell her I loved her?
02:01Reed is already dead at this point, so it is seemingly an impossible request,
02:05but one which Bailey is able to fulfill in a deleted scene.
02:08In a heartbreaking sequence, Bailey unzips Reed's body bag
02:11and tells the deceased doctor that Charles loved her so much.
02:14And he loved you.
02:17No, he loved you so much.
02:21Had it been included, the scene would have made the already emotional episode all the more devastating.
02:26Number 8. D's Defense.
02:28It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
02:30The gang praising D for a job well done is a rare sight to behold.
02:43It's a shame we lost this surprising moment from Reynolds vs. Reynolds.
02:46The episode centers around an absurd dispute between Frank and Dennis,
02:50which spirals into an even more absurd trial.
02:52Common sense would tell you that eating a bowl of cereal while operating a car is reckless.
02:58It's moronic.
03:00One might even call it donkey-brained.
03:04D is cast as her brother's lawyer in the dispute,
03:06but doesn't actually get to do much debating in the episode.
03:09This oversight would have been rectified with this deleted scene,
03:12in which she defends Dennis the only way she knows how.
03:14Dennis Reynolds is not a good man.
03:17He's not a kind man.
03:20He's not a decent or an adequate man by any measure of a human being.
03:24Objection.
03:25The assertion that she would only defend Dennis if she knew he was right,
03:28because she doesn't like him enough to do so otherwise,
03:31is even enough to temporarily sway Charlie and Mac to their side.
03:34Why would I choose to be on his side?
03:36I don't know. Why?
03:38I'll tell you why.
03:41Because as much as it makes me sick to say it,
03:44to have these words come out of my mouth,
03:47he's innocent.
03:50Number 7, Saul Gives Jesse a Gun, Breaking Bad
03:53Those ten guys in lock-up,
03:55they're no longer numbered among the living.
03:57God rest.
03:59What? Yeah.
04:01Following Breaking Bad's fifth season,
04:03Sony approached the series' creative team
04:05and asked them to make a scene exclusively for the release of the DVD.
04:08They agreed, and decided to create a moment
04:10that could have easily fit into one of the season's episodes,
04:12had they been given more time.
04:14At the end, Jesse's scared of Walt.
04:16So we kind of wanted to see how Jesse
04:18came to go from being, you know,
04:20an ex-partner who's leery of this guy
04:22to being kind of actively afraid of him.
04:24Titled Chicks and Guns,
04:26the sequence features Jesse and Skinny Pete
04:28living it up before Saul interrupts with distressing news.
04:31He informs Jesse that Walt has orchestrated
04:33the death of several prisoners,
04:35and not-so-discreetly hands him a gun for protection.
04:37I have no idea what's in that bag, okay?
04:39A little fairy angel asked me to drop it here.
04:41It's not a sack of lollipops?
04:43Hey, back off! I'm trying to do you a favor here.
04:45Be straight with me. Why are you giving me a gun?
04:48This scene would have not only informed Jesse's
04:50heightened fear at the end of Gliding Overall,
04:52but would have provided an uncharacteristically
04:54serious Saul moment to precede Better Call Saul.
04:57Number 6. Rose's Daughter. Lost.

05:02Are you alright, Rose?
05:04The discovery of Son's pregnancy
05:06is one of many dramatic reveals in Lost's
05:08acclaimed second season.
05:10Although the storyline is more or less paused
05:12for the season's 19th episode,
05:14SOS, a deleted scene featured on the show's
05:16DVD release, reveals that this was not always the case.

05:24In a touching moment,
05:26Son approaches Rose on the beach
05:28and asks how she's doing, following her argument
05:30with Bernard. After a brief reply,

05:44She passed.
05:46This is a bit of a backstory about the character
05:48that does not exist outside of this cutscene,
05:50allowing us a rare glimpse into Rose's life
05:52before the crash.
05:54Number 5. Father and Son Video Game. Community.
05:56Have you ever wondered
05:58why the final scene in Digital Estate Planning
06:00takes place in Greendale,
06:02despite the study group's expulsion?
06:04A baby. I wasn't expecting this.
06:06Guess we'll have to support it.
06:08The scene was actually a last minute
06:10replacement for the episode's true ending,
06:12which would have seen Abed gifting Pierce
06:14an edited copy of the game played throughout the episode.
06:16In this version of the game,
06:18Pierce would have simply played catch
06:20with his father, Cornelius.
06:22So you see, Pierce, turns out you were right.

06:54Billy Butcher hates
06:56soups. Initially, this was
06:58due to his assumption that Homelander had something
07:00to do with the disappearance of his wife, Becca.

07:08We all know that their relationship wasn't always perfect,
07:10but a deleted flashback from the show's
07:12second season would have added some
07:14context to Butcher's dedication to her.
07:16It would have been an unexpectedly poignant moment
07:18for the series, in which the pair discuss
07:20starting a family. Turning towards Butcher's
07:22future, another deleted scene,
07:24this time from the show's third season,
07:26showed that Butcher was actively lying about his
07:28impending death to his teammates.
07:30This moment would recontextualize how he interacts
07:32with the boys following his diagnosis,
07:34as he would be forced to actively conceal his
07:36or her symptoms. How long they got?

07:44Tormund Taunts Sir Alasdair. Game of Thrones.
07:46The Wildlings have been at odds
07:48with Castle Black for centuries. You know what

08:02within Black Walls, Sir Alasdair
08:04questions his leadership. In a deleted scene,
08:06prominent Wildling warrior Tormund
08:08taunts the First Ranger,
08:10noting that he must no longer be in charge
08:12if he has no power to oust them.

08:16Though it's a small scene, its inclusion
08:18would have added to Alasdair's reservations
08:20about both Snow and the Wildlings
08:22and likely influenced his mutiny.
08:24Back in the show's third season, another
08:26significant deleted scene gave viewers
08:28added insight into Tywin and Pycelle's
08:30dynamic. It revealed that Pycelle
08:32played a big hand in the Lannisters' rise
08:34to power and has been playing up his supposed
08:36weakness. Since the time I convinced
08:38the Mad King to open his gates
08:40to you, I have served the
08:42interests of the House of Lannister
08:44unfailingly. Yeah.
08:46Number 2. No longer a Time Lord.
08:48Doctor Who. Completely rewriting
08:50the history of Doctor Who's protagonist,
08:52the Timeless Children was understandably
08:54met with mixed reviews. But interestingly,
08:56it was not the first time the show's writers
08:58considered the possibility that the Doctor was not
09:00a Time Lord. Are you frightened yet?

09:06The seventh Doctor's final episode originally
09:08ended with a scene in which the Doctor claimed
09:10he had evolved and no longer considered
09:12himself a part of the species.
09:14It would have been a huge bombshell, especially
09:16when you consider the 16-year gap
09:18between the episode and the series' 2005
09:20revival. I'm the Doctor, by the way.

10:00Stranger Things. After redeeming himself
10:02in the last half of the show's first season,
10:04Steve Harrington quickly became a fan-favorite.
10:06It may surprise you to know
10:08that the character originally had a much shorter lifespan.
10:16In an interview with GQ,
10:18Joe Keery disclosed that,
10:20in the original script, Steve only became
10:22more antagonistic as the season went on,
10:24eventually assaulting Nancy at a party.
10:26This dark turn would have been followed by his
10:28death rather than his redemption.
10:38Luckily, Keery's performance caused the Duffer
10:40brothers to look at the character in a new light,
10:42and they rewrote him to be the Steve fans know
10:44and love today. Given his significance
10:46to the story, it's hard to imagine what
10:48the show would be like without him.
