00:00Alright guys, I had a lot of requests to compare these two phones the Xiaomi 14 T Pro versus the iPhone 16
00:07Pro max here. So if you are overseas, I was being told in the comments that this phone is around $600
00:14It's a little bit more expensive if you you know buying in the USA, it's like around 800
00:19So yeah, so that's a pretty good deal and it's kind of like a I guess an entry-level kind of flagship device here
00:25Especially at that price point if you get it overseas and how does it compare to one of the top?

00:39Which is really nice this year and so does the iPhone here. You got gigantic cameras on here as well, too
00:46There's not a whole bunch different here. They're both IP 68 dust and water resistant as well
00:51they both feel pretty comfortable in the hand and it looks like the
00:57Phones are almost about the same size as well too, which is really nice here as far as the hardware goes
01:03One of the main hardware differences is that you do have an IR blaster
01:07Which I think is extremely underrated on the 14 T Pro you can control TVs and it's just really convenient
01:14Just use it as a universal remote
01:16But if you are into photography and stuff like that, you might find this button to be somewhat useful
01:23You can kind of toggle through different controls and stuff like that
01:26I do find it to be a little bit finicky. But again, you might find it useful
01:29It just really depends. It is also supposed to be a AI button as well to
01:34Something like Google Lens when they actually do roll it out, but for the hardware
01:40They both look really nice and feel really nice in the hand
01:43I think the 14 T Pro a lot of people don't like the design, but I think it looks much better in person
01:49I didn't I wasn't a fan of the renders as well, too
01:52But as far as hardware, I think these are both very solid devices here. Take a look at both displays here
01:58So you do have a 6.67 inch display on the 14 T Pro here and it is a 6.67 inch display
02:06You also have 144 Hertz 4,000 nits peak brightness and it is a 1220 by 2712 resolution

02:17Eighty nine point one percent screen of body ratio as well. And it's a very nice looking display color wise

03:04And I just don't use the dynamic island because a lot of applications just you know
03:09They just don't really take advantage of it or it's not really necessary. So it just feels like it's uh,
03:15You know, it just feels like it's taking up space on the screen
03:18but the impressive thing about the iPhone here is that it does have very slim bezels, but the bezels really aren't that thick on the
03:2714 T Pro there it's actually, you know pretty even so yeah
03:31So I would say I do like the display a lot on the 14 T Pro. Obviously the iPhone it has that LTPO

03:39But as far as the display specs go, they're actually really not that far apart considering the price difference here
03:47Talk about the overall benchmarks here. So you can see the score difference here with the iPhone with a much higher score
03:54We have the Apple A18 Pro chipset here. And then we also do have
03:59256 gigs of internal storage and 8 gigs of RAM on the 14 T Pro
04:03This is the 1 terabyte version and 12 gigs of RAM
04:06But the base is 256 and 12 gigs of RAM and yeah, you get a much better score
04:12But I would say in real life the 14 T Pro is very very smooth and I would say it is
04:19Feels pretty much on par with the iPhone here
04:23It's not a slow phone at all by any means. So that's one of the press impressive things here is
04:29About this phone is that it's really really fast

05:35Now one of the best things about the 14 T Pro is that you get really good gaming performance with this chipset

05:42So if you're a gamer you're saving quite a bit of money and you're getting pretty much the same exact experience for most games
05:49You know Genshin Call of Duty have all run pretty good on here. I have zero heating issues with this phone
05:55So it's been very good gaming experience so far

06:00Dimensity processor here, and of course, you're gonna get great gaming performance on the iPhone, but that's the thing I said
06:06I'm very impressed with the 14 T Pro
06:09It's very consistent is not heating up and you get pretty much the same performance on
06:14Most of the games that people play Genshin Call of Duty, whatever
06:18It's gonna play really well on both of these phones here
06:21So as I said, if you're our gamer, you probably you really don't need to spend that much money to get you know, excellent performance
06:29Now this is an area where I was really interested in is the cameras so

06:43So the 14 T Pro has a dual or a 50 megapixel standard a 50 megapixel
06:48Telephoto has 2.6 optical zoom here and then you also do have up to 30 times zoom on here
06:55You also do have on here a 12 megapixel ultra-wide
06:58It gives you an 8k 24 and 30 with a 32 megapixel selfie that can shoot in 4k 60 now with the iPhone

07:08a pretty good camera setup is a 48 megapixel standard a 12 megapixel periscope telephoto and this one does the

07:17And then you also do have on here a 48 megapixel ultra-wide it can shoot in 4k

10:15Face unlock and you can do your fingerprint scanner, which works great on this phone
10:20No issues, even though it's an optical one. It still works
10:22Well, the iPhone does do the face unlock which is very secure and works
10:27But I do like to have that, you know second method of getting into my phone here
10:32All right, so let's discuss battery life here
10:34So the 14t pro has a really really good battery setup here
10:39So this phone has a 5,000 milliamp hour battery
10:42You've got a hundred twenty watt charging even though they took the charger out of the box this year
10:47But it charges way way faster than the iPhone
10:51It is crazy if you you know get that charger and also your wireless charging speeds are gonna be way faster than the iPhone as
10:57Well to add charging at 50 watts, so it's just really impressive here
11:03The charging specs. I absolutely love
11:05You know how fast it is able to charge here now the 16 pro max
11:10It does a pretty good job with charging speeds. We've got you know, 25 wide magsafe
11:15It charges okay for the wireless and it's got wireless reverse wireless charging
11:20I believe it's not an official spec, but I believe this charge is at 45 watts now, but it's nowhere near
11:28It's nowhere near as fast as 120 watts for sure here now surprisingly battery life has been really
11:35Good on the 14t pro. I think it's just as good as the 16 pro max in my opinion. My battery life has not really
11:42Seemed that different from the 15 pro max
11:46So yeah, the battery life is not, you know, all that
11:48You know crazy on the 16 pro max like at least not in my experience. So I would say the 14t pro
11:55Has pretty good battery life. I'm able to get around 630 SLT and it's pretty much the same with the iPhone
12:01I'm able to get a full day out of this phone as well, too

12:08I think you are getting a lot with the 14t pro, especially compared to the top-of-the-line
12:13You know flagship like the 16 pro max here. There's a lot of similarities here and you're not paying as much
