00:00So, there are a lot of patients and I have to say that there are also a lot of unsatisfied needs.
00:11Today here we are talking about quality of life, for example, because the new drugs, which are life-saving drugs,
00:19are important, albeit targeted, etc., but they leave traces.
00:24So, we must also take into consideration that we want to live and not survive, and this is the main goal.
00:34The second is that these drugs, which are available, approved by regulatory bodies, etc.,
00:43in reality, now that they are available in hospitals and for women, they always arrive a little late.
00:50There is a study by OXXE that puts us in the top ten in various European countries,
00:58because in Germany, for example, within three months there is approval and availability.
01:04For us, it takes 12-14 months, so there are a lot to wait for a woman who is in these conditions.
01:14So, our wish today is, yes, to raise the need, but also to find solutions.
01:19So, psychological support is something we have been working on for a long time,
01:26because international guidelines say that there must be a figure of a dedicated psychologist in the ward.
01:35In reality, in fact, going to see what happens in hospitals is not like that,
01:41because almost all patients ask for it, 94-95%,
01:47in reality only one in four manages to have a piece, I say, not for the whole course,
01:55because the ideal would be from the moment of the announcement until the completion of the treatment.
02:01This is not happening yet, so we are fighting for things to get better.
