(Adnkronos) - AstraZeneca e Daiichi Sankyo hanno presentato oggi a Milano la campagna di sensibilizzazione sul tumore al seno metastatico "In Seno al Futuro". Alla realizzazione della campagna, che attraverso 5 video analizza i bisogni insoddisfatti di queste pazienti, hanno collaborato anche le associazioni pazienti A.N.D.O.S. Onlus Nazionale e Europa Donna Italia Aps e la Società Italiana di Psico-Oncologia (Sipo). "In Seno al Futuro" ha inoltre il patrocinio di Fondazione IncontraDonna e Salute Donna Odv.

01:22Among the unsatisfied needs there is also that of psychological support, for which the
01:27associations have been fighting for a long time, but which is still struggling to reach
01:30an adequate diffusion.
01:31The international guidelines say that in breast cancer there must be a figure of a
01:38dedicated psychologist, in reality then, in fact, going to see what happens in hospitals
01:44is not so, because almost all patients ask for it, 94-95%, in reality only one in four
01:54manages to have a piece of it, I say, not for the whole path, because the ideal would be
02:01from the moment of the announcement until the completion of the treatment.
02:06Here, this is not happening yet and therefore we are fighting for things to get better.
