00:00The Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center, or CICC, is investigating the cases of people who lost money in the e-wallet Gcash.
00:10The CICC is now contacting telecommunications companies to find out if the cellphone number of those who lost money in the account of some Gcash users is registered or not.
00:22According to the CICC, based on the initial investigation, the transferred accounts are not active while the lost ones are highly active or accounts that are often used and have a high value of money.
00:36Meanwhile, the Gcash management team confirmed that their e-wallet account is safe. The company confirmed that the system is being repaired.
