00:21The Operations Center of the Incident Management Team of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council of Cagayan is now located in Tuguegarao.

00:31This is for the quick response team to move quickly to the areas that are affected by the typhoon Mika.

00:38In the southern part of the province, it is experiencing floods due to the heavy rain not only in Cagayan but also in Upper Cagayan River.

00:46According to PDRRM Hoel Rueli Rapsing, at times like this, the level of water in the province is expected to rise.

00:53He is a water collector in the upstream.

00:56Even in other rivers in the province, the water level has risen.

01:00In fact, flash floods have already hit the town of Gonzaga and other places in the province

01:05due to the fact that the rescue operations are still unable to respond to the forced evacuation.

01:12The biggest concern for now is that there will be another flash flood tomorrow because it may reach the area that was hit by Mika.

02:373,843 families with 12,220 people were evacuated
