01:13The level of water in Cagayan River is slowly decreasing.

01:17As of 11 a.m., the level of water in the river of Cagayan is already 11 meters.

01:22It decreased a little from 11.3 meters earlier at 6 a.m.

01:27But it is still remaining at a critical level.

01:31The town of Tuguegarao is already conducting a forced evacuation

01:36for the barangays near the river.

01:38But the LGU is having a hard time because there are residents who are reluctant
