Il primo passo è quello di trovare una casa sicura dove parlare e di fare un fronte comune tra tutti gli operatori”. Così Elena Bignami, presidente della Siaarti,Società italiana di anestesia, analgesia, rianimazione e terapia intensiva 2025-2027, a margine del convegno ‘Il valore sociale del pubblico impiego nel Ssn’ organizzato da Aaroi-Emac, il sindacato dei Medici anestesisti rianimatori e dell’emergenza-urgenza,tenutosi presso la Camera dei deputati.

01:03The first step, in general, also against violence, is to be able to talk about it.
01:07So find a safe place, a safe house, where we can somehow share these negative experiences
01:14and find a common strategy, which absolutely cannot be the single revenge or the single initiative.
01:20We must also have a common front on this.
